We were in search of an affordable ghost kitchen with lots of prep space and came across Feel Good Salsa Kitchen. It had everything we needed in one place (spacious, lots of prep stations, kitchen tools, health department approved etc). Fast forward one year and we are so grateful to be part of the FGSK community! Our experience with Dina has also been amazing. She guided us from the very beginning with the business licensing process + onboarding and always has great networking/marketing resources available. Dina is amazing! She is very knowledgeable of laws and regulations and willing to share that with everyone! The tour was thorough with times, storage, prices etc. She is very motivating and understanding as she has been through the process herself. Few people would share the resources and knowledge like her. A gem in the city!

My experience with Dina, owner of Feel Good Salsa, has been nothing short of amazing. Navigating through everything you need to get up and running is daunting. Dina’s unique in that she offers consultation services to help guide you through the application(s), licensing and permits process. I initially started paying LegalZoom, but they over inundated me with links to 20+ applications which turns out were not even necessary. I was paying for something that wasn’t helpful. I reached out to Dina & immediately she set time aside for me and my husband and helped guide us with exactly what we needed to do. Within a few days of her help, I received my Long Beach Business license! (HUGE milestone) Her shared kitchen space is also clean, affordable, offers all of the basic kitchen necessities, is safe, and provides you with a sense of community. Dina has created something really special with Feel Good Salsa. She’s also well connected in the Long Beach community and has so many resources at her finger tips, but most of all, Dina is so kind and goes above and beyond to help small businesses. She’s a gem!
