We are beyond grateful to Dominic at Fegley’s for making our wedding day absolutely magical! From the moment we started planning, Dominic was professional, organized, and incredibly kind. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was just right. On the big day, everything flowed seamlessly — from the beautiful setup to the delicious food and drinks. Our guests kept raving about the service and how amazing everything was. Dominic truly brought our vision to life and made sure we could relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re planning a wedding, we highly recommend Dominic and the team at Fegley’s. Working with them was one of the best decisions we made!

I recently hosted my daughter’s graduation celebration at this venue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Dominic was our main point of contact and he was extremely attentive and kind, making everyone feel welcome. The food was also delicious and presented beautifully. From start to finish the team catered to our every need, allowing me to truly enjoy my daughter’s celebration without any stress. I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion! Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the tables but they were set up beautifully and the details matched the party theme perfectly. They also had a sign upon entering the building to tell guests where to go and they even added flowers to match the theme of the party! Again I am so grateful for the amazing management and team, I will definitely be returning in the future to host future events !

Google
We just hosted a sweet 16 and I had an amazing time! Everything turned out great. The process was very simple and affordable for the package plan we chose. Lots of menu options as well! I was working with Dominic Dominguez the event coordinator to pull off the vibe we were looking for. He was very accommodating, flexible and timely with communication. Every detail we requested was met. He also popped in throughout the night to make sure things were going smoothly. We had made an error with the invitations and ended up having to start an hour earlier than expected but it didn’t interfere with the staff and we even had the option to decorate the night before. Overall, everyone was happy and the fried Mac n cheese bites were a hit!

Google
Dominic & the whole team are an absolute dream! 10/10 wedding experience. Super communicative & easy to work with. Could not have had a better time for my wedding!

Google
My husband & I recently got married at Fegley’s Allentown BrewWorks and we had a phenomenal experience! Dominic was our main point of contact and he was extremely responsive, helpful, organized, and amazing! We had our ceremony & reception on the fifth floor and our cocktail hour on the second! Everything looked great, the food was delicious (We heard tons of compliments from our guests all night!), and everyone was so great to work with! I also thought they had lots of great additions included for the price (chargers, some small decor, etc.). We had a phenomenal time and would highly recommend BrewWorks Allentown as an event venue to anyone!!

Google
Bar food at its worst! Boneless wings were terrible! No chicken, thick breading, terrible. Nothing half decent healthy on the menu. Used to have fish tacos. Menu just sucks! Bethlehem has a good menu! Hhmmmnn

Google
My wife and I met up with friends at Hebrew works. We were not disappointed at all. The beer was good, the food was really tasty and the server/bartender made our visit really nice. He made a few recommendations that were great! It was a really nice atmosphere and he made the visit that much better! He did a really nice job for us 4. If and when I come back through the Allentown area, I would definitely stop here again! Highly recommended!

Google
The service was excellent! Our server was quick and attentive. Unfortunately, I think Brew Works food may have changed their recipes since a few years ago, as the quality and taste has really gone down. Our favorite is the boom boom shrimp, but last night the shrimp was overcooked and just covered in too much sauce. The brussel sprouts were nicely fried on the outside but undercooked in the inside. The Philly cheesesteak was a little dry but still pretty good. Overall it was just an okay experience, food mediocre for the price we are paying, but service was very nice.

Yelp
Love the food, the beer names and their art are clever, merchandise is fun, cool atmosphere to eat in, just a little hard to find parking.

Yelp
Great beer, great wings, and a great jukebox with Spotify. Our bartender was great and she was quick to service us in a good way like Koko always enjoys on Friday afternoon afternoons with tequila

Yelp
Nice space in an old historic building right on Hamilton Street in Center City Allentown. I was just here for an afternoon and was desperate to try the local eats. Had a nice dry cider made on site. Would definitely check it out for the LBGT night on Fridays if I am back in the area!

Yelp
Fantastic dinner! Excellent food, attentive service, delicious brew. Right there on the main street. Clean. What more could you ask for?

Kathleen F.

Yelp
Was there this evening early (430) Was attending a show at PPL center. Planned on dinner and drinks prior to show. Unfortunately you were so short staffed. Our server had 15 tables. That is ridiculous No one should be expected to work like that. 1 person in our group never got a drink. Food wasn't great either. Will not be back ever.
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
Great ambiance! Really good burgers. Service was excellent. Will be back next time I'm in town. No complaints. This place is really cool and seems like a very popular restaurant/bar.

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch and had a great visit. We sat outside - it was quiet on a Sunday afternoon. The beers were pretty good - 4 stars. Food was just ok - 3 stars. Brandon was the manager on duty and our waiter - he was engaging - made the visit fun - 5 stars.

Yelp
I used to love going to brew works but will not return. I joined the waitlist 40 minutes early. Get there early and was told "I don't have you on our waitlist" even showed my phone multiple times. Said well it doesn't matter it's a 2 hour wait. Plenty of tables outside, multiple tables not in use. So I was turned away after Yelp saying I had a guarantee spot. I'm my opinion the guy didn't seem to care and wanted to turn people away knowing there was a concert. Honestly ruined my night. Got here two hours before concert on purpose to eat here because I wanted to have a nice meal and was turned away. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Yelp
Friends from the area had their wedding in one of the upstairs rooms Great decor - an old building in the downtown area repurposed into a gastro brew pub Food was great Service was great The price was zero, since we were wedding guests. However, looking at the menu on the way out it looked very reasonable Try it if you're in Allentown

Yelp
I have gone to this and Bethlehem location on and off for near 20 years. This evening after seeing crowds for Trump I wanted to have a beer but the Harris for President sign stopped me. Simply too many other places to go.

Kelly H.

Yelp
The WORST experience ever !!!! Called a week ago to make reservations for 3/13 and was told they don't take reservations for "event nights". We arrived at 4:45 and were asked if we had reservations. We were told they changed their rules and NOW take reservations. We waited over an hour to find out they gave our table away after being in the wait list. Finally got seated and waited over an hour for drinks. We had to leave to attend the show. We NEVER ate !!!!! How could this even happen? We clearly weren't the only ones experiencing this AWFUL service.

Rachel P.

Yelp
Holy cow! Event night and I guess they didn't know! Worst service I ever had and didn't even get my food. An hour and a half, and we had one round of beers. Someone needs to get their shiat together. You know the event schedule you know you're gonna be busy staff up.

David C.

Yelp
Beer selection is really impressive and what I had was really good. The food, however, was meh. I had the chicken cheesesteak and I have no idea how they call it a cheesesteak, the chicken is cubed or something and it tastes nothing like a cheesesteak. Wasn't very good. Flatbread pizza was also just barely ok. Go here for beer and bar, not for food.

Yelp
Very kind server, she was very patient with us. Nachos were amazing! It's your local sports bar if you're looking to drink and have fun with your friends.

Yelp
Terrible dining experience. The waiter never took our menus away. We had to ask for water. It arrived tepid with one or two mostly melted ice cubes. Yuck. The waiter never offered to refill the waters throughout the meal. We were there Saturday around 1pm. The place had very few customers, quite a few staff. Mediocre service. I ordered a Blueberry Smash cocktail. It arrived, one or two melted ice cubes, not a crisp cold drink for sure. Even more unappealing was the semi-gray color. Ew. Isn't it the bartender or the managers job to make a drink look good? Add pea flower powder or something! Three blueberries floating in the bottom. It was too sweet and had no blueberry flavor. I called the waiter over and told him I didn't like it, could I trade it in for a wine? He said, "I can take it back but they won't take it off the check." Really? Our table of 8, which would have spent a lot of money here, isn't worth removing a drink? I was surprised and annoyed. I kept it, everyone at the table tried it. No one wanted it. I stuck to water. I usually am good for several yummy drinks. Their loss. We ordered buffalo shrimp appetizer. I suppose there was shrimp in the thick hard hard breading but I can't be sure. They were not even covered in the buffalo sauce, it was globbed on some on the side. No one finished this dish. I ordered a beet quinoa artichoke salad. The beets seemed straight out of a can, nothing special, there were two artichoke pieces it the salad and it was so overly already tossed with the feta and the dressing that the whole salad had pink goo like substance all over it. So unappetizing. Again, it was wasted, I couldn't eat much of it. Two men ordered burgers, they didn't finish them and said they were not great. How do you mess up burgers? Worse yet, how do you mess up fries? The fries were not hot and didn't seem fully cooked. One man got a bison burger. He didn't finish it. He got a stomach ache on the ride home. We always finish our food, so in that measure, we knew it was a bad dining experience. We skipped dessert for sure! I would never go there again. Maybe the kitchen staff wasn't feelin' it that day? One positive note. The people who ordered beer said it was good. I guess that's why they are still in business.

Yelp
So we (Bailey and I) checked out dog friendly restaurants in Allentown. Low and behold- Fegley's on Hamilton!!! So we are digging the complimentary pumpkin dog treat (no chicken) and I am too happy to really start eating. Love supporting local businesses that have phenomenal service. Plus I am pretty sweaty from the park so there's that. (TMI fur sure). So now I plotting my suggestions of other local rescues. Boy , I am always thinking. In a good way today. I had to try the "Karen" beer again (same as Fegley's Bethlehem (when I was awaiting my "ink") and of course the "blueberry belch". I must say I am not a fan of the "wiggity wackily wack wit." Our server, Billy, said it's a real "hit or miss." The Diet Coke is amazing though!! Highly recommend the salad. Produce is at the peak of freshness. And you can't go wrong with the generous serving of pretzels. Definitely ask for Billy. He's so welcoming and personable. And clearly enjoys his job. Very good service as well!!!

Yelp
This was our second time at Fegley's, the last being about 3-4 years ago. We are not local to the area so when we were in town we stopped by again! I was surprised to see reviews regarding service being slow after our visit. Our waitress was extremely attentive and we had our drinks within 5 minutes of sitting, appetizer in no more than 10 minutes, and food followed quickly behind. Admittedly the place wasn't packed when we were there, but we had no complaints on service. Food was ok but the beer is really what you go there for. I enjoyed the Doozy Smoothie beer a lot! The French dip wasn't the best I've had, but the pretzels with beer cheese were good. Would head back again and plan to when in the area.

Yelp
THANK YOU ALLENTOWN BREW WORKS!!! We could not have been more Happy with the Quality, Service, and Atmosphere provided to us for our Wedding Day. All of the guests had a Great Time and were complimenting about the Staff and their precise attention to courtesy and detail. Your accommodations for my wife's handicap needs was an excellent added icing on the cake. Not only was it helpful to her, but to some of our older friends and relatives as well. For all of the Excellent Service for such an Important Event, the price is Shockingly Affordable. We recommend FABW for anyone looking for an affordable Wedding Venue or even for those who could afford better (Save the money for a Honeymoon).

Yelp
This is a cool place. I parallel partied out front about 4:30 pm for $2. Not sure about other parking options; it could be tight on this downtown area. Great beer selection in draft. The soft pretzel was outstanding; fantastic beer cheese dip.

Ernie K.

Yelp
The beer and cheese soup. Delicious the burger and beer very good ! Our waiter good with and questions about the menu. Great time before Phantom game

Ginger S.

Yelp
Good food, good beer menu. Service can be a little slow but they are all very nice & helpful.

Zach A.

Yelp
Good service. I wish I had known it was wing night when I had arrived. I preserved the burger and it was a good. Would encourage this place to get more creative with what they add to their burgers.

Yelp
i've been a fan of fegleys for an extremely long time, so tried to bring friends here before a concert at PPL - that was a mistake. we walked in and stood by the host stand - no one was there. most of the tables had no guest at them, but were not bussed - they were piled high with trash / glassware. we tried to get drinks at the bar and waited 15 minutes before trying to locate any employee. finally a server appeared and we asked how to get a table - they said see the host ... so we waited more. the host finally came back and said 1.5 hour wait for a table (which was when the show started) we waited longer at the bar in hopes to get one drink and finally got served - they were out of a few things we asked for then we finally ordered something they had but had to wait for glassware to be collected off the floor and washed. we didn't attempt to order food, we had our drinks and left. i was disappointed because i really wanted to eat there. they need a better system in place for event nights.

Yelp
Our 4th and final stop for our brewery tour ended up being the best. We had almost started off the night at a Fegley's in Bethlehem but the wait was too long so we ended up in Allentown. This is certainly your strong arm brewery, with huge space for seating and a big bar. They also have a ton of options along with a food menu. Similar to me of Cherry Street Brewing back in Atlanta. Aside from all the great draft options, I'll let you in on why this place is better than the others. First off, there is a large age range of people here ... from 20s to 60s. And secondly, if you're a single, you'll find this place even more appealing after 10PM. We sat at the bar to eat and drink, and got hit on not long after we came in. Actually, hit on by two groups of females and none of us were single. I joked to my girlfriend about it after, bc one girl just walked up and asked if she could have one of our shrimp . They also have Rockbot here, so you can play music to your liking by utilizing the app. I only had one beer here, the blueberry belch. DD so couldn't drink more than one. But I liked it and loved what they did have. The food was ok. I did enjoy the boom boom shrimp. I'd highly recommend this spot!

Yelp
Came for dinner before ppl event. Website said no wait (so couldn't get on waitlist.) Got there and there was a "25-30 min" wait and the website doesn't work right. Ok, not a problem. It's 530 pm, thinking we would be out of there by 7 right? 45 min later we finally go a table. 15 min later we gave our order. 20 min later our food came out. Husbands buffalo chicken wrap was cold, but maybe that's how they serve it? No ketchup for fries. Told kids to hurry up as game was starting. Waitress never returned to see how everything turned out, if we needed anything or a drink refill, etc. This place used to be top notch. I will NEVER go there again. It was not packed or over crowded.
google avatar

Janet H.

Yelp
Waited over an hour for a table, 2 hours for food that never came. We called ahead the day before for a table because we were going to a concert next door at PPL. After waiting another hour for our food order, and after expressing our concerns to the host because we had kids with us, he brought us this plate of 5 crackers. For 5 people. The manager then said that they "lost our ticket." The order wasn't put in, and it would be an even longer wait. We left and got pizza two doors down.

Yelp
Love this place...great beers and food. Their Blueberry Belch craft beer is beyond compare. Consistent quality and have been a consistent customer for years. Recently not pleased with a change to a cheap aluminum trays with paper for all servings...okay for maybe an appetizer or burger/fries...but when you're paying over 20 bucks for an entree...not acceptable. Heard similar complaints from friends who are consistent clients...Hope they bring back plates...

Yelp
The Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! Excellently made cheese sauce with cheddar and Buffalo flavor with blue cheese sprinkled on top. The grilled chicken had nice char but was unfortunately dry. The actual Mac and cheese made up for the lack of moist meat. The fish and chips dish was also very good, fries and fish were crispy and well fried. There was an option for contactless viewing of the menu. The restaurant smelled like cleaning solution, akin to a bathroom, possibly caused by the bar. It was uncomfortable initially but then my sense of smell adjusted so it became less noticeable. -1 star for dry chicken and less than ideal smell

Yelp
Best place to go for a pre and post hockey meal! the wait to be seated isnt too bad before the game, ive never gone afterwards. the wait for the main dish took a while but the appetizer was quick, i got the loaded fries which is brisket bbq cheese and fries 10/10. im not a brisket eater but amazing. high gravity mac and cheese 7/10 i felt like it needed something. caeser salad 9/10 i love my caeser!!

Yelp
Went there to eat before a show at PPL. Was told we had a half hour wait. Two hours later had to leave to make our show hungry and never even seated. Watched many others in same predicament. Went up to hostess and she kept saying her manager was working on fixing things. Never saw a Manager at all- hostess getting yelled at by angry, hungry frustrated patrons. Awful experience all around. Poorly managed. Sorry I can't review the food because we never had any!
google avatar

Caleb T.

Yelp
Food was cold where told kitchen was short staffed. Food tasted good service was amazing just expect hot food when paying money for it. Table was not cleared at all until we left had zero space for dessert.

Jim G.

Yelp
Having visited here several years ago, I was excited to return recently for a beer and dinner. To my dismay, the entire experience was poor. On arrival the host was busy on his iPad and it took us some time to get us seated, while there were many uncleaned with staff milling about. The stout and ale we ordered were flat, with limited body and zero head. The bar tender was nice to meet us, but noted the beers came directly from the tap and he would have to raise the issue with the brewer; he did offer to replace our drinks. The meal was delivered without utensils and the busser took his time, never spoke to us, and was clearly untrained. As we were finishing our meal to leave, we noted a mouse run under an adjacent table. I will not be returning.

Yelp
We've been a couple times and Fegley's in Allentown (and Bethlehem) do not disappoint. Don't be in a hurry or you may be cranky. Typical brew pub food collection. The BrewBen (Reuben) is my favourite. The chili was a no for us. The beer is why you go. On-street is ParkMobile or pay garage. Cheers

Lucy M.

Yelp
The food was better than the experience. It's like what would happen if an Applebee's in Jersey suddenly became VERY crowded. Staff didn't seem happy, one waitress kept banging into my chair every time she passed by, which was a lot. Their ladies room only has 3 stalls- and the employees use it too. For a space this massive this is absolutely ridiculous. But what's really gross is the faucets don't work. I used the restroom twice and every woman was complaining and trying to get the stupid automatic things to work, backing up an already crowded space. No matter how you seemed to hold your hands out, the water would not turn on. When it finally did, it sprayed all over your body and the surrounding vanity, for 5 seconds, then turned off. So you can't lather the soap, and you can't rinse it off. Are you kidding me?! And your employees are using this, which means they're not washing their hands effectively. That's disgusting. The soft pretzels with beer cheese and the perogies were great (though the perogies did fall apart, the tasted good). My burger with pepperjack, guacamole, and fried jalapenos was very good, though the meat itself was just average. It would have been a fine meal but the chaotic ambiance, inability for staff to clean their hands after using the bathroom, and weird staff makes me want to avoid coming back.

Jeffrey C.

Yelp
Subpar everything, will not go back, food not memorable or service as well. I should have ordered a beer and maybe that would have changed my opinion.

Kurt Z.

Yelp
Service, food, cleanliness all Poor. Used to be great place! Tried it 3. Times recently same experience every time.

Traci A.

Yelp
Great beer (we had Venom) and excellent bratwurst (I could taste a hint of nutmeg). Quiet place to have a lovely dinner.

Yelp
Four of us met at Brew Works before the LV Phantoms hockey game. Although the service was great, the food was only okay at best. Everyone raved about the wings - hot & honey and very crispy. French fries were very good - fresh cut band plentiful. But everyone's sandwich left much to be desired. My grilled chicken was very dry and the bun partially burnt. Two people got French dips, and said they were just bland. Our 4th person ordered a smoky bbq wrap and said it was just okay. Even the mac and cheese she was so excited for was just okay. A margarita ordered even needed to be sent back. If we had time, I probably would have sent my sandwich back, and I never do that. But we needed to get to the hockey game. So glad they had some thing there to eat

Yelp
Standard brewery with a good selection. The atmosphere is nice for a happy hour. I prefer the sister restaurant in Bethlehem.

Sherry S.

Yelp
My first time back since March 2020, before COVID. Ordered an appetizer a soda and 2 beers at the bar. It took over 30 mins for fried cauliflower.. We didn't get plates, utensils or napkins and couldn't get either of the bartenders attention so we had to use the cocktail napkins. I also had to use cocktail napkins to clean the area where we were sitting. The dishes from the patrons that were there before us sat in front of us until I moved them myself. When I asked about our 1 appetizer that we ordered I was told the kitchen was backed up. He did check on someone else's food but not ours. My husband and I used to go here a lot and always sat at the bar but all the good staff left. I doubt we will be back.

Rob K.

Yelp
Kitchen short staffed , the service was not good . After reading other reviews, this seems to be poorly managed. Tables all over the place experienced Sam's issues . Food was cold . Would never go again

Payton E.

Yelp
I'm not usually one to comment, or give negative feedback, but I feel like upper management should know about my experience, especially for the professional side. Trust me, I'm all about having fun and letting loose, but in my eyes, work and pleasure need to stay separate. With that being said, last Friday me and a few friends were there getting some drinks and quick bites to eat. We started talking to this girl who was sitting semi close to us. We obviously assumed by her demeanor, and attitude, she was not working there and was just out having fun. As the conversation progressed, we realized she was actually the marketing director (which as a woman...that's so awesome) but it became unknown if she was actually "on the clock" working or just trying to have conversation. Once we tried to veer the conversation back to lighter topics, because we weren't trying to conduct a business meeting when we were all a few drinks in and started feeling them, she got kind of upset and her whole attitude changed towards us. It might the rest of the time a little uncomfortable. I'm not saying you can be proud of your accomplishments, or even try to network with new people...but when it looks like your working but also drinking at the same time, it looks unprofessional, especially when they make you feel uncomfortable. I'm sorry to be the one with bad reviews, because honestly everything else that night was great! Loved the place and the food and drinks! I just wish we weren't made to feel pressured by employees to hold certain conversations or interactions, when we had no intentions of coming there for business.

Yelp
We were running an errand around Allentown and decided to try Fegley's Allentown. Our server( Martin, I think) was really awesome, attentive, and even always made sure our one year old was good too. We shared the pretzel app, which was really good. We also got the French dip which was also good but the bread could have been better, made it alittle soggy, not as much meat as a French dip should have however the taste was great, so they are on the right track. I would definitely stop on here again sometime, if I was in the area.

Kayla B.

Yelp
Yell app said less than 5 minutes. When we got there, we were told 20. We waited over 50 minutes. We ended up getting a seat at the bar. The food took another 30 minutes after ordering and it came out cold. super disappointed.

Yelp
Placed an order for the Bratwurst Sandwich and the Rueben Sandwich for pick up. Got home and opened the containers and there sat a bratwurst with a few strands of sauerkraut and No Bun!! Wouldn't have been a big deal if I wasn't looking forward to a sandwich. Called and spoke to whomever took my order-the response was ' I will let them know'!!! The rest of the food wasn't good but edible. We had ordered from them for pickup before and it bad too but we thought we'd give them another chance. Before the pandemic we would eat there quite often and as the months would go by the food was getting worse-cold mashed potatoes-soggy fries-forgot to make the order etc. Not sure what's happening there but we aren't going back to find out!

Lorisa M.

Yelp
Third time ordering last time was a mess and sloppy but whatever it's a pandemic maybe they were rushing, maybe it was the driver. So this time I order the French dip. Food comes.... no dip. Last time I was given Au Jus and the beer cheese dip it comes with, it was spilled all over the container and a soupy mess but we dealt with it. So what does one do with a French Dip and no dip? The fries were completely undercooked.... flaccid. I don't know about you but I'm fairly certain no human is excited by anything in a flaccid state. We tried to put them in our air fryer but they couldn't be saved. I called the restaurant and was told a manager would call me back, hasn't happened yet. I'm not even mad I'm genuinely disappointed ‍ We won't be giving them another chance

Yelp
Consistently good. Can't beat the nachos. They are $13, and whatever extra you decide to add. We added the guacamole for $2. A lot for a little guac. Other than that they are fabulous. Would definitely recommend and will return. And best part every Tuesday is Yappy hour procedes of the special goes to an animal rescue! :)

Yelp
I love Fegleys!!! Good service and good drinks. The food is okay. Clean always and that means the most to me.

Yelp
40 min wait to ORDER our drinks. Then after a 2 hour wait for food we decided to leave. Every table around us had been served their apps and entrees. Was told that we should "fill out an application". I completely understand staffing issues right now but food should be made in the order it was received. Considering most of us only ordered apps as meals. My lemonade was decent can't rate the food, and won't return! $50 for our tables drinks and left hungry.
