Felicità Trattoria Vayres

We came here based on the Michelin Guide. We were, unfortunately, disappointed. To be clear, it has a low accolade on the Michelin guide so we weren’t expecting the most amazing food or service. But still. It wasn’t good compared to everywhere else we had been across France. Firstly the menu and decor was wanting. The menu was on a dirty paper. I don’t really care. But should you be on the Michelin guide if that’s the case? The concept is Italian food. In France. It obviously did not live up to traditional and genuine Italian food. We had pasta and the dessert. To us, it seems made by someone who had never had Italian food. My understanding is that the chef has been trained there. So, I can only assume they are adding French twists to the cuisine. Great. If it works but for us it didn’t. It felt like the pesto had pieces of spam added to it… To add salt to the wound I had to run out to check the car after the alarm began sounding and there were some dodgy looking individuals hanging around. Overall, not our best experience hence the low rating. We’d be happy to give it another go if we are in the area, but we would not travel here for the restaurant itself I’m afraid.

It is one of the best restorants around Bordeaux. I loved the atmosphere and the people working in this amazing restaurant. Great food . Great people. Amazing experience

Portion sizes for ants. One of the younger waiters rushing around all the time, therefore speed walking by us as we try to ask for things. Taste of the food was good I must say but I also must have paid 1 euro per tube of pasta

A beautiful romantic St Valentin dinner. We were recommended this restaurant and keen to try something new for our night out. The food was absolutely delicious and service attentive, yet relaxed. The atmosphere was vibrant, with great playlist and beautiful decors. We have already booked for a more casual affair in a couple of weeks time. The owners know what they are doing, with love and passion. We were privileged enough to meet the chef, a bonus.

Si vous passez devant Felicità et qu'il est midi ou soir et que vous voulez être sur ! De manger du vraiment bon avec des personnes très commerçantes et un chef passionné ! Arrêt d'urgence ! Vous ne décevrez pas vos papilles. Un très bon appétit à vous tous. Un grand merci aux personnels et au Chef !

Visite en famille en Nov 2025 pour un diner, l'accueil est chaleureux, la décoration soignée, l'ambiance agréable. Le service est vraiment à la hauteur de la qualité de la cuisine: TOP ! De l'apéritif au dessert tout etait parfait. Nous reviendrons, et nous vous le conseillons vivement !

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant au détour de notre escapade à Saint-Emilion (à 20 min) et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Beau et grand restaurant avec différents espaces : intérieur et patio où nous avons manger. Le lieu est très bien décoré et agencé à l’image de cette trattoria moderne. Niveau cuisine, rien à dire. Les assaisonnements sont justes, les quantités sont au rendez-vous. Mention particulière pour le risotto de gambas que nous avons dégusté jusqu’au dernier grain de riz ! Personnel chaleureux et dynamique. Ça fait plaisir ! Bravo.
