Google
Great spot for a coffee break! I stopped by while looking for a place for my son, who’s a student at USF. I needed a quick coffee and snack to recharge—and this place hit the spot. I noticed a lot of students coming through, which gave it a welcoming, campus-friendly vibe. I even recommended it to my son, who’s transferring to USF from St. Pete, since it’s so close to the university. Definitely a convenient and comfortable place for a quick break or study session!

Google
A super nice find in the strip mall desert. Quirky with hippie vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to relax with a tasty beverage and a well made piece of pastry. I am not thrilled about the disposable plastic cups we got our drinks in.

Google
This was my first time here, I love the Boho feel of this place. It was eclectic and cozy. They also had plenty of pretty outdoor seating. I had the spinach feta pastry and the Earl Grey lavender latte. The pastry was very good and the latte was delicious! Service was very good, they were very friendly and attentive! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

Google
Such a nice quiet coffee shop near USF. There isn't too much seating inside, but the seating thats present is comfortable. There's an outdoor portion that is shaded and nice to sit when the weather is good. The coffee was great and the people working are exactly who you want to be making your coffee. An overall great experience and I definitely will be back!

If I could give more stars, I would! This place has such a fantastic environment perfect for studying, writing, reading, sketching, hanging out, or meeting new people! I felt welcome from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The service is also incredible- everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, with a very genuine air of kindness. On top of the fantastic atmosphere and service, the food and drinks are top-notch. As a Filipino, I was immediately drawn to their Ube specials, and the taste was phenomenal and authentic in their Mellow Matcha latcha and Ube Coconut Danish. Their pastries and burritos taste fresh and light, and their gluten-free pecan brownie was so extremely fudgy with delicious pecans. (I know the taste of pecans is a strange thing to notice, but I grew up with a pecan tree in the yard, and these are the best ones I've had since moving away from that tree!) I just moved to the area and am so glad to have found this place so soon. I know I will come back many times! I highly recommend anyone to check it out, especially if you're looking for an inclusive and chill spot with great little treats :)

Google
What an amazing little hidden gem of a place!!! Delicious baked pastries and coffee with good service. Sitting on the patio was just sublime!! Highly recommend the spinach & feta cheese pastry. Also the spicy chicken sausage pastry.

Google
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I love the aesthetic of the coffee shop! They have cute little accessories to purchase and clothes! They have a decent coffee menu and homemade pastries! I love the service and Corrinne is the best! She’s beautiful, friendly, and super nice! The pastries she makes is perfect and not overly sweet! Also, this is a perfect place to sit and relax or to study! Quiet and relaxing! Must come here when you’re in the area!

Google
I’m no joke a coffee snob….. if u offer me crappolla I’ll smile turn away and laugh at what u think is decent coffee!! I have five different methods of brewing coffee at home and hate 2of them but they exist for convenience! (I dislike Starbucks with unbridled passion) My wife got me the TAMPA CAFE PASSPORT for Christmas! To explore tampa coffee more, I’ve live here 20yrs and have visited most. But never had time to enjoy them. Felicitous coffee on 51st is totally enjoyable. I hate even being on my phone here! Just get whatever your fancy is and enjoy the atmosphere! They have VERY DECENT COFFEE AS WELL!

Yelp
Love this place! I love the homey feel you get when pulling up, almost like you're pulling into your driveway at your own home. They have an amazing assortment of teas, specialty drinks, and coffee. For someone who doesn't drink coffee everyday it's a great spot to go to because there are countless options. I also love the cute outdoor seating area. It definitely helps since there isn't too much seating inside. The workers are always super friendly as well!

Yelp
* I hate to do this but maybe I can save just one guy from being dragged here because it is "cute". Drove out of the way to try something new and it was a complete and utter letdown. The coffee is incredibly weak and watery. Egg sandwich had virtually no egg and the place is filthy and unkempt complete with mold in the bathroom.
google avatar

Yelp
We decided to hit a few of the coffee shops that were part of the month long coffee battles. Felicitous was our first stop! It was a cute house and we chose to sit outside on the cute side patio. They served our drinks pretty quickly. I had the teachers pet and my friend chose the honey bee. Both were served hot and were delicious!

Yelp
Personal anniversary coffee tour today. 1st stop was "earthy". Location is nice, hidden from main street as this is down from USF. Stick to the ice/hot stuff, food is decent, no grilling = panini or microwave . So a bit bummed on that.

Jordan W.

Yelp
I love coming to felicitous, no only for their amazing coffee and food. But the warm environment always makes me feel at home and safe. The food came out very fast and they add a personal touch by all the food being in regular glasses and order with your name I love this place and would always recommend

Skyler C.

Yelp
I used to love coming here a couple years back and haven't been in forever. I decided to visit and ordered an iced latte and breakfast sandwich. The latte was extremely bitter and sour, to my disappointment, and tasted nothing of lavender and vanilla. The breakfast sandwich, which is served heated, had a room temp croissant and a nearly frozen egg with hard cheese on the inside. Unfortunately, my nostalgia could not lend to the quality/taste of the food and drink. I will not be returning.

Yelp
Felicitous is a great local option for an amazing cup of coffee. The ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. Felicitous is a vital and active part of the community and this is certainly a great thing for a business to do. It is one thing to do business in a community and it is a far better thing when a business is PART of the community. I would definitely recommend Felicitous and I will give it five stars overall.
google avatar

Amber N.

Yelp
The inside decoration is very eclectic and looks more like a house than a coffee shop. The lavender latte was okay for me. Not my favorite but I prefer things a little more sweet so it might be good for serious coffee drinkers.

Yelp
Lovely little cafe near USF! Great for a coffee and a treat. I had an iced caramel latte and it was one of the best lattes I've had in a while in Tampa. The cafe itself was artsy and fun to look around while you wait. They had clothing and other items available for purchase. The outdoor area was my favorite part of this place. It had plenty of seating and it looks like they hold events and markets there! I'm excited to go back with friends!

Yelp
I am so pleased every single time I visit Felicitous. Let's start with the fact that it's a charming little house with creaky wooden floors lol my vintage/antique lovers will get me with this one. No but in all seriousness: I deeply appreciate the creativity they've clearly put into their drink flavoring options. I tried "The Floridian" latte today (orange mocha) and it was amaaazing. Orange and mocha just work so well together in my opinion, specially coupled with espresso and milk. Pair all of this goodness with friendly counter service and you've got yourself a nice little coffee shop experience.
google avatar

Yelp
The outside vibes are fantastic for a cool "winter" day in Tampa. However, I found their AC to be really weak with how many people were inside. We managed to stay for a few hours, but were sweating. The drinks were pretty unique, which meant the price was on the higher end.

Yelp
I found this place on a whim. It's a quaint little coffee house with a lot of character. I stopped in on my way to work for a cold brew. They told me that they roast their beans in house which was neat. The coffee was pretty good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly . There were a lot of students present and probably a local hangout for nearby USF. They have a unique vibe.

Yelp
Felicitous is the coffee shop I didn't even know I needed. And now I can't live without it. I had a few hours to kill between errands, and yelped for a coffee shop. I found Felicitous and headed over. You're greeted by a cute, older looking house that is home to this unique coffee shop. Inside is super cozy and they have free wifi, plenty of outlets and a bunch of seating. The baristas were so nice and patient with me when selecting my order. Their coffee menu is out of this world, especially the signature lattes. I literally couldn't even choose one. I already can't wait to come back and choose a different one. Today, I tried the Teacher's Pet, which was peanut butter mocha in a latte. I mean.... Could they be anything better in the world than that?? It was so good! I got it half sweetened and it was the perfect amount of rich for me. Lastly, the vibes here are everything. Taylor swift was playing softly in the background, and I honestly just got such a feeling of calm and peacefulness being here. Like I said, I didn't even know that this place was what I exactly needed. I highly highly recommend you come for a delicious latte and a breath of fresh air from your busy lives. 12/10!!!!

Yelp
So so cutesy and local vibes! A little overpriced. Always quick and efficient and tastes amazing.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem. The coffee, the tea is perfect! The service is super friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home and relaxing environment. I love they have little area for hair claws, stickers, socks, and clothes to buy. The coffee here has diary free and the coffee isn't overwhelm of sugar. The tea tastes so refreshing during the Florida summer time. They have cute area to sit outside to enjoy the flowers and breeze. The owner is super beautiful and she makes the best bakery items! Highly recommend you to come here and enjoy this gem!
google avatar

Yelp
Felicitous is a hidden little gem near USF and one of the beautiful cafes in the area. It has a lot of seating options along with the free wi-fi which helps students to work. The atmosphere at the cafe is positive and calm with the beautiful artworks inside the cafe. The cafe has a lot of different coffee options along with the small bites and plates to eat along with the coffee. After exploring the menu from the menu I ordered Mocha and Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread. The service was also good and I got my mocha coffee in 5 minutes. The coffee was hot, freshly brewed and delicious coffee. I also got the bagel in 5 minutes which was hot and roasted along with the cream cheese spread which makes it delicious. Definitely a place to hang out with friends and enjoy coffee as well as small bites. Do stop by Felicitous when you are in the area.

Yelp
Not bad but... the little house and location are so cute and typical old Florida. Very quiet inside or outside, a few people were either reading or studying there. We had coffee and tea as drinks, both were average. Coffee was missing strength and tea tasted like water sadly... Foodwise, we tried a few different things. Pecan brownie: really not good at all, tasted like mint instead of chocolate (ugh?). Chocolate croissant: average, not super fresh and fluffy. Falafel sub was ok. And the Spinach bistro pastry was excellent!!!! So quite a large spectrum of terrible and terrific pastries... However, I should have taken a picture of the pastry boxes! They were right behind the counter with the distributor price tag still on... not sure how much they charge to transfer the pastry from their containers to the shelf, but this is where the sad magic happens.....

Yelp
Cafe Con Leche was spot on! Hard to find at most coffee shops. Great little place. Yelp is my go-to when I am traveling to find hidden gems and this one will be saved.

Yelp
Ambiance is king here. Absolute perfection. Customer service comes with a smile and they're fast! Perfect place if you're in a hurry or you want to spend some real time. Outside patio is fantastic!!

Yelp
I have been coming to Felicitous since about 2012 and I adore it. My friend from out of town always demands we go when she's down visiting. It's such a comfortable, laid back environment. You can sit and sip on a latte or a tea for hours and read or study or draw and no one will bother you. The drinks are delicious and they have a large variety of snacks and small meal options, often with dietary restrictions in mind like vegan and gluten free. The outdoor seating is lovely, especially on a beautiful day.

Yelp
such a cute & vibey study spot! loved the variety of coffees & they tasted great! everyone felt so welcoming there too

Yelp
We've made it our mission to try more new places. That's not to say that we won't have our usual spots but it's time to venture out a bit. One stop on this mission was Feliticous. Pros: - Love the vibe or the trendy house. The exterior is invited and removes any "chain store" feel. The inside was equally trendy/hippie-ish. Very welcome and has an inclusive all are welcome themes. - Food: we ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant, vegan bean empanada, and a vegan chorizo empanada. All three were delicious. I can't recall if the sandwich has a sauce but that would be the addition I'd love to see; garlic aioli perhaps? Empanadas were delicious. The chorizo filling was the star was great, not spicy, flavors. - Drinks: I got an Iced matcha latte and the wife got a hot chai latte. Both were very good. - Patio seating: the outdoor patio seating was perfect. Relaxing with graffiti art, and nature. There's nothing better than sipping coffee, snacking on some noms and being outdoors. No cons today, it was a great little go away and close to home!

Aliece B.

Yelp
One of my favorite hangout spots in Tampa- everything on the menu is delicious and decadent- the ambience passes the vibe check. I always speak very highly of this inclusive, comforting cafe. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Not to mention, their appreciation for fellow small businesses and local creatives will not go unnoticed. They hold monthly markets to highlight creatives in the area and bring the community together. Cannot recommend this spot enough.

Yelp
Love trying new coffee shops especially local ones. Felicitous is a trendy little hidden gem. Has its own unique quirky vibe. Lots of seating options both inside and out great place to chill or get some work done. Menu offers yummy eats and delicious drinks. Love that they have changing seasonal specials. Must try their specialty drinks. My personal favorites Arabian nights and Green Tea Kit Kat.

Isabel H.

Yelp
Great vibe. Very cozy hippie feel to the whole place. Food is okay but the drinks are always both cute and tasty. Service is always 10/10, the baristas really know each drink. They've helped me adjust countless drinks to fit my fiendishly sugary tastes, and re-made drinks on the rare occasion where I really didn't like something.
google avatar

Nick T.

Yelp
Second time here! Didn't write a review for the first so this will be a consolidation of both my visits (which means it's def worth a trip here!). To start: this coffee shop has ample parking which is a huge convenience! The outdoor space is gorgeous and has plentiful seating with both shaded and sunny areas. The inside is warm, inviting, and has a charm that makes you feel like you should be there. The baristas are super friendly and prompt and can answer any questions you have about drinks. They have a great selection of specialty coffee and tea drinks as well as your traditional drinks. I had one of the seasonal specialties the first time (it was lemonade and coffee I believe, may sound odd, but it was great) and this time I got their signature "Honey Bear latte", which was delectable with a solid taste of coffee, milk, and cinnamon with a touch of sweetness. BUT aside from these other great attributes, my personal favorite part about the coffee shop is their support of local artists. They have paintings hanging and prints for sale as well as key chains, pins, stickers, and a few other items. I LOVE the feeling of a community oriented and focused coffee shop, it brings joy to me, and hopefully others as well. So if you want a delicious coffee or tea drink, quaint and welcoming atmosphere, great service, and a sense of community, head to felicitous!

Yelp
A cute unique independent coffee shop that offers great coffee and home baked goods. Vegan friendly and mostly sustainable in its trash usage. Stop Trippin' (Vegan)- a delicious simple sandwich that doesn't feel heavy. Served on a. Pressed Cuban bun, this sandwich uses hummus instead of mayo along with fresh crisp kale and tomato slices which is nice. The mushrooms were fresh but I would have preferred them cooked a bit more. Very light on your stomach. 4/5 Oat Milk Latte- delicious fresh espresso with a creamy oat milk. You can't go wrong with this! 5/5 Dark Cherry Chocolate Clafoutis- they warmed it up for me and this was made in house. The almond cake mixed with baked cherries and warm dark chocolate make this gluten free treat a delight to have after the sandwich. Usually clafoutis can taste very eggy but this was not the case. Not sweet but definitely satisfies your sweet tooth! 5/5

Yelp
Cute little place off the main drag. Failed friendly service, varied breakfast menu and really good coffee. Plus 4 minute drive from where I was going. Good vibe, good place.
google avatar

Janet L.

Yelp
Very cute cafe I like how balanced and smooth the latte was. Also that the syrup was not overly sweet. Barista was nice and the place looks like a small house.
google avatar

Alexa Z.

Yelp
Great spot for studying or just catching up with friends. It's nice and quiet. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, even though you wouldn't think so at first glance. Their drinks are all delicious. I haven't had anything that I didn't like. I love their little library in the corner by the bathroom. Great books for you to share with other patrons. Staff is super friendly and the service is quick. It's so cute and quaint in here. You'll think you just walked into a coffee shop from a sitcom.
google avatar

Audrey M.

Yelp
Such a cute little coffee shop here in temple terrace. The little house is adorable, a super cozy space. I got a sandwich which was really good. Will definitely return to try more items and to just hang out.
google avatar

Meghan C.

Yelp
Quaint little place near USF that sits hidden behind chain restaurants. Fun vibe with many unique drinks! Great spot for studying but has tight quarters and you have to be okay with that. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about drinks. My friends and I went there to study while enjoying a coffee. We all tried the "teachers pet" which has espresso in it and was delicious! You should stop here if you're looking for a new or great coffee shop to try! AC could have been cooler
google avatar

Zaid N.

Yelp
Nice little coffee spot in temple terrace. Cozy, good vibes, quiet atmosphere to work/study and they have board games! They had outside seating if weather is nice and they have free WiFi!
google avatar

Marissa H.

Yelp
Coffee ice cubes Peanut butter coffee AMAZING chia tea Chill vibe Best coffee spot in temple terrace for sure.

Diana K.

Yelp
I was coming from out of town for an extended stay and found this gem! The chai tea was amazing and the best blueberry scones ever! The ambience was cozy And always inviting. The staff gets an 11 out Of 10. They were my bright spot in my day and the best way to start my Mornings. I can't say enough about Corrine and the entire staff.
google avatar

Neek B.

Yelp
Have you ever been to a place where the coffee/food wasn't that good but the service was so top tier you thought maybe I should come back and try something different? That's how I would describe this place. They have a very odd aesthetic but it's very accepting and friendly place. (No masks, no social distancing but this is Florida) anyways the place was crowded with like 10people sitting and studying at the little tables it's a very small place but very cute. Even though it was busy the barista still was able to come over to us and let us know that it was a little busy but it would be out soon which was a very nice thing to do. I had the chocolate rose and my friend had the teachers pet and they had a very strange after taste. I want to come back and try the regular coffee or a late and see how that goes.
google avatar

Zacharias P.

Yelp
Nice coffee shop near the USF Tampa campus. The coffee shop is in a historic Florida bungalow so it has a unique charm to it. Seating inside and outside in a small garden. Nice place to meet friends or bring a laptop and work- there were a few people doing that. Parking is available for cars.
google avatar

Lexie R.

Yelp
This place is so Awesome, the coffee flavors are a comfort to the palate.. Chocolate Rose is my favorite... and their bakery is fresh ... Butter croissant OMGAWWWD

Taylor Hadam Z.

Yelp
Relaxed chillhop vibe with cute decor and a large, private outdoor seating area and of course they have amazing coffee ! The coffee has a smooth cocoa flavor profile and they have a couple of roasts to choose from and a large homemade pastry selection and cafe menu. The cafe is cozy and has local art. We are happy they renovated the bathroom too! They have some couches and armchairs. Once things settle down, they're planning to do more events too like open mic and yoga. They roast some coffee on premises too. My husband and I love it here & it's popular with university students so sometimes it's busy during the school semesters, but we enjoy it while it's not as busy on Sundays. Even when it gets busy, the outdoor seating area has enough space for everyone. It's a bit of a hidden gem since it's not super visible from the main road, but once you find it, you'll find it's comfy and the perfect place to slow down and escape the fast pace of life for a bit.
google avatar

Mattie M.

Yelp
Really good coffee shop. It's expensive. It's ridiculously expensive. Just drink water, bruh.
google avatar

Deb H.

Yelp
This is a nice eclectic little place for coffee and tea and snacks. There were quite a few students who were using their computers with the wifi and studying. I met a friend there for coffee and we hung out for a while. The coffee was good and there were plenty of choices for types of coffee and tea. There was also food and deserts available but we didn't try those even though they looked good. The staff was nice but did not make any effort to suggest items even though we had asked about menu choices so there was no pressure to buy additional items. We especially enjoyed the setting and nice place to sit and chat. We will return.
google avatar

Fay F.

Yelp
I was visiting Tampa for a day and name of this coffee shop popped on my Yelp screen with 300s review and almost 5 starts, so I decided to give it a try! This coffee shop is the cutest little house from possibly 80's that they decorated it very well. Very cozy spot with super nice staff that help you navigate through the menu if you are new here. I ordered a Teachers Pet latte and it was truly one of the best coffees I've ever had! Tasted very delicious with the right amount of sweetness. My friend also ordered the cold version of it and she loved it! Overall a great quite place to get some work done and eat some deliciousness. Highly recommend it! Oh And the coffee is huge! It's as big as a Starbucks Venti size.

Yelp
Parking situation: Confused with parking because there's a sign that says two way traffic (to the back of the building) and then right below it, it says Do Not Pass. So I was forced to park in front of CDB. There are no handicap parking in front. I asked about the sign and the lady said no it doesn't say "do not pass" (pic in comment) and assured me I can drive to the back. The menu is 3 pages.. 2 of drinks and 1 of some sandwiches they offer. While the sandwiches sound good, I ordered one vegan donut and one small vegan hot chocolate and that came to almost $8 (that's a bit high!) She asked if I want a receipt and I said yes however never handed me one. I checked my bag and nope no receipt. I went to eat my donut and saw the donut was put in face down in the bag where the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag... not so thoughtful there. The donut was good in flavor and texture. The hot chocolate was good, Nothing amazing because they don't have vegan cream or marshmallows. Price is way to high for this experience. Cute place and not so bad taste. Nothing spectacular. I can't speak for the sandwiches as I have not tried them.

Yelp
What a special and unique option for your morning coffee! Love the eclectic inside and the outdoor seating is lovely too!

Yelp
If you're into supporting local establishments rather than the big chains, Felicitous will quench that need while going above and beyond the chain coffee shops. As we pulled up, we immediately noticed the quaint and welcoming atmosphere of Felicitous. We were greeted by the barista and she immediately helped us. Since it was our first visit, we had questions about the different drinks and varied roasts. Not only did she know all about the drinks, she was delightful in helping. My wife ordered the "Teacher's Pet", and I had the Colombian Roast with a Blueberry Muffin. Each item was very delicious. The "Teachers Pet" was not too sweet. In fact, it had the perfect flavor for a sugary coffee. The Colombian Roast was fresh (not burnt) and it wasn't too hot to drink (like some chain shops). The blueberry muffin was warmed to perfection! Here are some pros if you're wondering whether it is a place for you or not. -Plenty of board games for a fun night! -There is a book swap (who doesn't love that?) -the location of the one we went to is almost immediately off of Fowler, so it's easy to find. -Staff was incredibly helpful and I kind -They support local artists! -Prices are reasonable -And, there's even a printer if you need to finish that paper! If you're looking for a quiet, but fun place to enjoy delicious coffee, Felicitous is your place.

Yelp
I freaking love this place, a great ambiance and great food with different themed drinks for the holidays and all year around. I love to support local businesses and this one is by far one of my favorite spots. They have a book exchange corner along with a game corner with board games. It's a perfect place to just come in and relax inside or outside. They're also dog friendly and have a dog menu. I love to come for breakfast or just study.
google avatar

Addie S.

Yelp
Quaint little coffee shop. Good good and drink selection plus free wifi. It's a little small for remote working in my opinion but a nice alternative if you're tire of getting the same drinks at Starbucks.

Joanna S.

Yelp
Super cute ambiance, good coffee, quick service. Would recommend. A nice place to just relax and have coffee.

Yelp
I've never used this word in a review or frankly, in casual conversation until now. This place is CUTE. It's a clean, funky, well-decorated house that has transformed in to a coffee shop! There are seats both inside and out! Oh yea, the espresso drinks are excellent too! The beans are straight from our local Naviera Coffee Mills in Ybor City! Today, we tried some sandwiches and while we were not overwhelmed, they were tasty and on fresh cuban bread from our local bakery, El Segundo! We look forward to returning again and again since I'm frequently in the area.
