Got a flat white, a fig & ricotta jam sandwich and a smoked salmon sandwich. The vibes are amazing— beautiful interior and paintings. I visited during lunch time and it wasn’t crowded, def saw enough space to sit and eat. Unfortunately, the food and coffee were so and so. The ricotta fig sandwich was great. The flat white tasted of burnt beans, and the smoked salmon sandwich had great bread but terribly chewy and unappetizing salmon. I’m a sucker for smoked salmon so I must say I was disappointed. Their staff was really great though. If you’re looking for a cute spot this a good option but if taste is priority I wouldn’t recommend.

You’ll love the timeless vibe of the decor, very Versailles-inspired! The baristas are stylishly dressed, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The coffee was good, though I’d recommend trying one of their more creative signature drinks. We went for something classic, and it was well executed.

The very second you walk it, it feels like you've stepped onto a Wes Anderson film set! Everything is gorgeously put together and colorful. And the coffee!! I honestly cannot put into words how smooth their espresso is. The presentation of every drink is a meal in and of itself, from simple lattes and espresso shots to their signatures and seasonals. I wish I had a picture of my drink but it honestly looked and smelled so good, the idea of taking a picture completely left my mind. They have their own signature blend of nondairy milk that foams up to a lovely, velvety smooth texture. My partner got one of their signature lattes - the hickory smoked s'mores latte - and the preparation was beautiful to watch! Everyone there is incredibly nice, too! 10/10 would recommend!

I think this genuinely tops my list in terms of cool coffee shops. The interior is absolutely stunning, and the vibe and general aesthetic absolutely matches. I had the deconstructed espresso tonic and it was absolutely worth the price. The whole experience was top tier.

Went here for a city date. Didn’t disappoint. Had their bagel with salmon, almond croissant and chocolate chip cookie with my husband. The star of the show are the drinks. Their s’mores latte is something to try and their regular latte with their house made syrup is also worth it. Price-wise really not that bad and worth the splurge.

* Seating: The couch was quite comfortable, offering a cozy spot to relax. * Coffee: The coffee was decent—nothing out of the ordinary, but still enjoyable. * Staff Manners: Unfortunately, the customer service could use some improvement. I didn’t feel particularly welcomed during my visit. * Overall Experience: It wasn’t a memorable visit, and I don't see myself returning in the future. * Restroom: The restroom was too dark, which added to the underwhelming impression. Final Thoughts: While the space has potential, the lackluster service and ambiance didn’t make it a place I’d revisit.

Absolutely loved this spot. The interior, atmosphere and the service was amazing. Popped in here to try their s’mores latte. Was impressed by the detail put into making coffee truly feel like something more than just a sip to give a boost of energy. This ‘fine’ coffee shop chain focuses on the entire experience and you can feel it. The interior has a nice opulent touch playing around with art deco. The only downside is the lack of power stations below the seating but I gather this is not a coworking spot. The s’mores latte was good and was impressed to hear it has their own graham cracker milk and smoked marshmallows. Perfect setting for a ‘fika’ or a hang out spot or date.

Spacious interior. The coffee prices were a little steep. But the cute decor is very inviting. We came for our simple black Americano and a pastry before going about with our day. I loved the antique diner stools.

Yelp
This was a nice surprise find on my way to an appointment. What a lovely atmosphere and can I tell you just how delighted and deserving I felt drinking my Americano from a simple Italian coffee cup dish? I know that might sound insane, but it's true. Here, you are given a guiltless opportunity to actually linger over your quick treats. I happened to walk in on a Monday morning at around 9:45am. It wasn't busy and the noise wasn't bad at all...although, you can definitely hear other people's conversations clearly. They also have wifi available here.

Yelp
absolutely GORGEOUS interior inside and one of those places you just want to sit at and work all day or hang out in. however, coffee is very average, wasn't blown away and for the price, i could make it much better at home. when you walk inside, there's no menu posted, at least that i could see, and would've loved to try a new drink but ended up going with a classic iced latte. for $7 i really could make it better at home tbh but the staff in there are so nice and friendly so 3 stars for me

Yelp
Stopped by here after being recommended by one of my local friends. I think one of the best things about this spot is the ambiance. It has a nice sort of fancy European lounge vibe with nice subtle music in the background. It seems like a great place to sit down and read a book or do some work. The baristas were very nice and I appreciated that they made the matcha with a whisk and separate specific bowl before then transferring into the matcha latte. They also seem to have a decent coffee and tea selection and food options. Wouldn't mind stopping by again for a pit stop when I visit NYC again.

Yelp
Beautiful coffee shop tucked away in Manhattan that almost makes you feel like you've been transported into another era. Would be the perfect spot to stop and work if you somehow manage to grab a seat; however, the place gets very crowded very quickly. Coffee is also pretty solid and much better than chains in the area (actually strong).
google avatar

Nivi R.

Yelp
Love this location, plenty of place to sit and enjoy a cup coffee in peace. Like that you get some privacy and not practically sitting in your neighbors lap. The coffee of course is excellent.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful space. Sat here for three hours reading a book. Very friendly staff. My espresso was good. No complaints. Beautiful design. WiFi is on the receipt. Make sure to ASK for a receipt!!

Yelp
This is a cute place right on Park Ave. The inside is gorgeous with a very Persian decor and almost modeled like Grand Central with the servicing in the center and different themed sitting areas in the front and the rear. The art is also very Persian with some portraits in the rear room and beautifully decorated wallpaper all over. I tried lox with bagels while sipping on tea. The lox was fresh however the bagel was pretty dry. For the location and the experience, this is a cool place.

Yelp
Such a cute, unique spot for a coffee with a friend or a date. I love a beautiful ambiance! My husband and I enjoyed sitting here for a bit as we enjoyed our coffees!! Definitely would come back!!

Yelp
Cute, cosy with fab food & coffee! A great place for a catch up. Lively friendly staff!

Yelp
Good coffee. Great counter service. Nice casual and low-key vibe. Very spacious for NYC.

Yelp
Visited here with my wife during a short trip to NYC. We stopped by Felix Roasting shortly after checking in to our hotel, and Felix was just a short walk away. We got a mocha and a chai latte. Both were about $7 each. My chai had some cinnamon sprinkled on top and was definitely needed after walking in the cold NYC weather! I would describe the vibe as Art Nouveau, very chill. The staff were very friendly and warm, and seating was comfy! I highly recommend this classy coffee shop.

Yelp
How have I never been to this place before? The inside is so gorgeous! There were lots of little tables to sip your drinks at and I loved the decor. I tried their matcha latte which was pretty good--the barista used a matcha whisk and made it right in front of us which I appreciated. I've ordered matcha at other cafes where they just used a premade mix so I loved that they made it fresh.

Yelp
Date of Visit: 3/19/2024 Felix Roasting is one of my favorite coffee place in New York City! There are four stores located in Manhattan, and this one is the Flagship store opened in 2018. Love the luxury and colorful decoration, with an oval shaped bar in the middle, and with the imitation of a library on one side and a museum at the back seating area. Latte I love the latte which has a perfect balance between milk and espresso. Croissant The super crunchy croissant was great for breakfast too!
google avatar

Brittney L.

Yelp
Wouldn't come here for the coffee but the atmosphere is nice. Ordered the Iced Matcha Latte and it was too milky for my taste. The S'mores Latte is a fun drink experience where they'll smoke the drink before presenting it but you're paying more for the show. At least the drink tastes good. For food I tried the Felix Classic with smoked salmon which is also good. I like that they have water to the side as self serve.
google avatar

Melkys V.

Yelp
Coffee was OK! They didn't have a lot of pastry options when I visited, but they do have a menu to order some food. Service was nice, I enjoyed talking to them. The place is super cute! But you do have to keep purchasing items every hour to renew your access to wifi, I guess I just can't come back to work from here.
google avatar

Tammie W.

Yelp
I don't need fancy frills or an instagram worthy experience for a solid cup of coffee. I don't mind spending money on said coffee when it's made very well and worth the price. When your mocha costs $9.25 which includes an up charge for their homemade milk and before tip, it better be damn good. This unfortunately was not worth the cost for what tasted like a chocolate milk with an odd aftertaste. There was way too much chocolate in the cup, not enough espresso, and the homemade milk that is part pumpkin was odd.
google avatar

Lori H.

Yelp
We came here to chill after we had lunch, and it had a nice vibe. I would recommend coming by to chill and check out the decor. It's pretty fancy inside. However, there is limited seating, so you'll have to get here at a good time to find a place to sit. Other than that, the service was okay. I got the cappuccino, and I enjoyed it.
google avatar

A'Yanna E.

Yelp
This coffee shop is the most beautiful and elegant I've come across! Wow! The staff were just as classy and attentive to match! They were closing early this day for emergency so unfortunately I couldn't order but I will be going soon to work and try some of the fancy items on the menu! Thanks for being a business that's upholds truly classy staff and environment. SN: there's a similarly classy bar+restaurant next door that has live music and games for your evening hang so if you hit Felix around 3pm for a snack while working and want to maintain the vibe with friends over a more lively and food heavy option, there's a perfectly aligned option next door! Go, enjoy!!

Yelp
I was meaning to go to a different coffee place and stumbled upon Felix roasting. I went on a Tuesday morning so unsure how busy it gets at prime hours and weekends but there was no line and I was able to order right away! The cashier recommended a bagel that to this day I still think about (picture attached here) and they have a lovely outside seating patio that I got to sit at and enjoy my matcha and bagel. The inside is pretty big with 2 levels, some individuals were working and others catching up. Because I was seating outside there was noise but the coffee shop goes in deep that I don't see any issues with it if you go to the second level. I am so happy I ran into this coffee shop as I loved the ambience, food and service! I always recommend it to friends that go to New York and want a good bagel!
google avatar

Yelp
This place made me feel bougier than what I am. Chill place with calming decor (tile work was on point). Drinks were reasonable and delicious. Food was solid too; the whipped ricotta and fig jam on toast was my jam, and their bagel wasn't slathered with cream cheese to the point where you only taste cholesterol. Staff was ultra friendly as well. Treat yourself here

Yelp
Felix Roasting became our main go to for most our coffee needs. The food was very good, especially their avocado toast; but their espresso based drinks were definitely their highlight! I also loved the aesthetic. It's hard not to take a seat and enjoy your surroundings for a little bit. The artwork has classic inspiration, while also blending into the rest of the environment, giving it a modernized look. As a former barista for a huge chunk of my life, I was impressed by the workers and their enthusiasm, as well as their ability to balance the long line of customers with a sense of urgency and confidence. It'll be hard not to stay by this cafe next time we're in town so we can get more of their coffee. I also won't miss out on the opportunity of bringing some of their espresso home with me.

Yelp
My friend and I were in town and wanted a place to get coffee and a place to work and so we came across Felix! There was no menu when you walked in so we just got a basic drink since we weren't sure and were not directed to any menu either. The iced coffee was ok - just had a lot of milk for my personal preference. My friend got the nut and seed milk and therefore didn't like her coffee for that reason. There was a decent amount of seating, I would recommend coming earlier in the morning if you want a decent table/seat. Overall, we were able to get our work done and get some caffeine so it hit our needs but just don't know that we would come back.
google avatar

Lana V.

Yelp
amazing coffee and food!! and the place is cute! lots of seats to sit with a larger crowd.
google avatar

Gina D.

Yelp
This is my favorite coffee shop. The house made nut milk is incredible and the ricotta toast is fabulous. Highly recommend. Warning: it can be hard to find seating as it can get very busy.
google avatar

Yelp
It's 9:40 am and I'm trying to wake up after a 3.5 hour battle between Medvedev and O'Connell that ended at 12:50 am Truly an epic event for any tennis fan or spectator at the U.S. Open! So after only five hours of sleep I Amadeo Felix Roasting Company getting a croissant and a dark roast drip coffee to recover. Great fresh coffee, and I can feel the life returning to my limbs! The establishment has a old Paris art gallery decor, but boasts the 300 mile an hour buzz of New York's business discussions, fast people and noise of a jackhammer is the distance.
google avatar

Angie W.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to spot and get a coffee while in the city. I have never ordered anything bad on their menu!
google avatar

Sam E.

Yelp
A very aesthetic experience! Inside is very artistic, almost akin to setting up a coffee shop in the middle of Grand Central. You place your order with the very friendly baristas in the center and they call your name out once your order is complete. If you order the famous Hickory Smoked Smore's latte, they call your name right before the smoking experience so you can get your pics and videos galore! The latte itself is quite good. Very graham cracker forward but not much else. The marshmallow on top, wonderfully charred. I do wish for full smore's experience there would've been a chocolate component somewhere, but I guess, alas, where would that fit on the glass? My only complaint is probably pricing. You're most likely paying for the experience but, for $15 (no tip), a martini glass filled with a latte seems like a bit much...
google avatar

Zei K.

Yelp
Gorgeous setting, friendly baristas and good drinks. I just wish they had more seating. Come early as this is quite popular
google avatar

Yelp
Prettiest coffee shop on Park Ave S. I had the Whipped Ricotta & Fig Toast and a regular coffee. In retrospect, I wish I ordered one of their specialty coffee beverages. The Whipped Ricotta & Fig Toast was way too elevated to pair with a simple cup of coffee. The ambiance is definitely 5/5. Perfect spot for a first date (if coffee is a part of it). The circular coffee bar in the center definitely sets Felix apart from most coffee shops.

Arpana P.

Yelp
We were excited by the beautiful space and what looked like a good menu. But this place is disappointing and way overpriced. I ordered a hot latte with the seasonal syrup (which was caramelized vanilla.) They give me an iced drink. When I say I got it hot (I specifically said hot because I'm used to getting iced drinks), she makes me another one but either doesn't include the syrup or the syrup doesn't taste like anything - very bland with no flavor. My husband got a mocha which had a sour spoiled taste. Either the milk or the syrup was bad. Paid $18 for two drinks that we ended up throwing out.
google avatar

Rebecca P.

Yelp
If you're looking for a cute spot to work or meet someone for coffee in NYC, this is the place! Limited seating, but this keeps the noise level down and a lot of the people are working. I found this spot while walking past it and being drawn to the adorable interior. The tea and bagel sandwich I had did not disappoint. Peppermint tea was very fragrant and strong enough to my liking. The sprouted bagel cream cheese sandwich was amazing! First the appearance was beautiful, wrapped in a blue and white floral parchment paper on top of a wooden plate. The freshly baked everything bagel and abundant cream cheese with sprouts was well balanced and delicious! They have other food menu items to try out as well. Definitely recommend trying this spot!

Yelp
I arrived around two o'clock in the afternoon. Not many people and had a place to sit It's a beautiful and elegant cafe
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
I stopped by after brunch with a group of 7 and unfortunately it was packed with no open tables. We got drinks and kind of hung out outside of the cafe. I had an iced matcha latte and it was just OK. I think there was definitely not enough matcha and it was also pretty pricey for the size. My cousin had the nitro iced tea and she was it was just OK as well. Maybe I should've had a coffee instead? Staff were friendly and nice, and their bathrooms are clean and roomy.
google avatar

Sukkaj N.

Yelp
I recently tried Felix Roasting Co.'s Hickory Smoked S'mores Latte, and it was an absolute delight! The rich blend of hickory and s'mores flavors created a unique and delicious experience. A perfect choice for anyone looking to elevate their coffee game.

Dee F.

Yelp
Got a drink from here and that "mixed nut milk" was definitely expired. They've been know to serve expired food and drinks to people so just be careful if you decide to waste your money here the service is also awful (and rude) and nobody knows how to make a proper coffee.
google avatar

Melanie C.

Yelp
10/10 for the ambiance 3/10 for the coffee I love coffee and while I wouldn't consider myself a coffee snob, something about my coffee at Felix Roasting wasn't quite right and I couldn't bring myself to finish it. I feel like it may have been the home made nut/seed milk that made my coffee a little bit bitter but it was hard to pinpoint the exact cause. I met a friend here to grab coffee and catch up after the holidays. Felix had been on both of our lists for almost a year so it was the perfect mid town meet up location! The decor inside met expectations and looked just like the pictures I'd seen online. The interior feels elegant and classy and the resturaunt wasn't too crowded. There are probably about 20 tables inside that are first come first serve and all are two seaters so it wouldn't be a great spot to meet up with a group, but for two people this place can't be beat! There is a lot of natural light that comes in from the front window making it a great spot to enjoy people watching, while chatting with friends or even reading a book. It was a little bit difficult to find the menu at first (it is posted on a wall but not near the line to order). I knew they were known for their specialty coffee cocktails but without a menu I didn't know what to order so I just got my normal latte situation. I got a nut milk latte but would recommend going with the oat if you need a dairy alternative. The nut milk wasn't the greatest. Overall this would be a fun place to bring visitors or someone who values ambiance over craft coffee. I'd definitely try it again sometime!
google avatar

Lynne M.

Yelp
5 stars for ambiance & baristas. But I did not like this coffee at all. Super sour and acidic! Barista was like "yeah that's what it is"
google avatar

Alexa T.

Yelp
Such a cute coffee shop! It's one of my favorite coffee shops for the ambiance. I love the decor and all the pink! I came here on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get a table! I ordered a hot vanilla latte ($7.35). The lady next to me got the hickory drink, which was so interesting and a spectacle to watch them make.
google avatar

Jeff S.

Yelp
Felix Roasting, what a spot! Service was top notch, coffee hit the spot and the croissants were incredible. Gorgeous interior as well!
google avatar

Jen W.

Yelp
Great service and nice interior. My vanilla latte was delicious! I'd definitely come back again.
google avatar

Madison B.

Yelp
Great spot and I would give them 5 stars if my boyfriend hadn't dumped me here! I got a latte with oatmilk and the service was great just unfortunate he decided to pick this spot to meet up because I can't help myself from associating it with being broken up with lmao. Planning to return one day on a different date to remove the bad memory.
google avatar

Kirstin K.

Yelp
Very afternoon high tea vibes. Iced Chai Latte and Matcha Latte are refreshing af and perfect for this humid summer.
google avatar

Maria O.

Yelp
Cool spot to go for a light breakfast. Inside it resembles an old building that was a little renovated, but all the authentic interior was kept untouched. It looks very cute and cozy, a lot of green colors! I really enjoyed my avocado toast and americano. Beans are delicious! Also, bagel sampled really well too. I felt greatly satisfied. Ot tend to be a lot busy, around 9-11am time, so might be tight with the tables. Amazing small gem, hidden in the streets of NoMad
google avatar

Corliss K.

Yelp
I think this place is a little bit too pricey for what you're getting. I was expecting to be mind blown, but I feel like it's comparable to some other coffee in town. The bagel sandwich was solid. I liked how light it was -- it didn't leave you feeling so full to the point that you felt sick. It feels like a healthier bagel choice, but again, I'm not sure if I would pay for it again. The matcha is straightforward -- nothing too exciting. My partner got the cold brew, and this I actually recommend! It was extremely refreshing and well brewed. It was very much like drinking iced tea. The interior of this location is to die for though. There are two sections for seating (front vs back). The workers are really nice too. This place is best for a quick chat.
google avatar

Victoria W.

Yelp
Good luck trying to find a seat. This place is packed and rightfully so. People are here to catch up with a friend or pound out some work over decadent coffee. The decor is so elegant and charming, really transporting you to a European experience. I highly recommend the whipped ricotta and fig toast. All of the ingredients compliment each other so well, especially that bit of truffle oil! The avocado toast is almost just as good, just with a twinge of tartness from the pickle onion and squeezed lemon on top.

Melinda R.

Yelp
While the ambiance is relaxing at this Felix Location & the service was great, I have to say that the product isn't up to a good standard. I had an iced coffee (in the most awesome takeaway cup) and it was extremely bitter, almost as if the taps haven't been flushed out in a while. Adding to that disappointment, I ordered a croissant, it was placed in the most beautiful bag (great design) but the croissant tasted as if it was purchased from Costco a couple days previous to my visit to the cafe. Again, the place is gorgeous, the staff are all very kind and personable, it's the iced coffee & the snack that were so super disappointing.
google avatar

Jairo T.

Yelp
The high ceilings, vintage-looking portraits and European-esque decor will make it seem as if you traveled somewhere far from the city. The ambience will for sure grab your attention but does the product reach a similar standard? The ice lattes have been good but similar to cheaper options nearby. The best goodies I've had have been the cardamom bun and almond croissant. The bun was soft and lightly covered in cinnamon. Croissant was lightly toasted on the outside with gooey sweet dough on the inside. Best of both worlds. Pastries go fast so Id recommend an early arrival! Although I have enjoyed every stop here and the ambience is a vibe, you'll likely save a couple dollars going elsewhere. I think the overall experience makes it worthwhile on some occasions but not an every day coffee shop imo.
google avatar

Yoojin S.

Yelp
Wow this place is so swanky! Beautiful interior with ample seats (a little tight tho) but the atmosphere was great and it was a great place to catch up with a friend! Latte with housemade nut milk was great too.
