I ordered from here twice just to check the consistency. This pizza is pretty great. I highly recommend it. I just pick my own toppings. The crust is perfect. They use quality ingredients. The pizza is just as great the next day and it tastes homemade instead of bland and cardboard tasting.

It’s been awhile since we’ve had their pizza. Ordered today and it was amazing. Cooked perfect and just the right amount of topping! Chefs Kiss!

This is my fav pizza in the area. I love the robustness of their red sauce and the tiny crispy pepperonis. Chefs kiss, best pizza and reliable quality.

EDIT IS AT THE BOTTOM So, we have been long time customers of Fellini's since 2016. Always great food and customer service but honestly in the past year, things have declined. First off, my wife and I call the Monroeville store to place an order and the lady who answers is always miserable and sounds like she hates her job. I get customer service is difficult but you have to try to be pleasant and if you don't like your job, then quit. We still ordered. Then within the past few months when we order; The first time, they were an hour late, the food was cold and the fries were just regular, not the seasoned ones I ordered. My wife's Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not the garlic she requested and my wings were not seasoned with dry habanero. The next time was similar, they came an hour and a half late, my burger was undercooked and same with my wife's pizza and again, the wrong fries. THIRD TIME, same thing only this time I called when it was going on 2 hours!!! The lady said "It just left." Ok, I get things happen, an order is dropped on the floor or you get busy but UPDATE THE CUSTOMER. My wife complained and we got $30 toward our next order. Four times a charm? No. Same as last time, I called and they said the girl left with our order. The girl calls me and said she was here with our food. I looked outside and no one was there. She went to the wrong STREET not DRIVE. We ordered at 6:45 when I got home from work. We had our food by 10:00!!! LIKE REALLY?! The food was cold, the chicken wasn't garlic at all, my wife's calzone had pepperoni and she requested just cheese and again, the wrong fries. I'm done with Fellini's in Monroeville. My wife gave them another chance today but at her work. They delivered. The Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not garlic as she requested and the pizza was soggy and the pineapples tasted off. Only her mozzarella sticks were ok. We are done with Fellini's in Monroeville and have no desire to try the other ones. We ordered from Stockman's. They're cheaper and better quality foods. EDIT Fellini's reaches out to us and made things right. They gave us a free meal on the house and assured us things would get better at this location and they really have. The food comes on time now and it taste like it did before! 5 stars!

Ordered on line. Was charged $1.50 for using the website! For a pick up! I usually call the order in, which I shall do from now on! I always add a tip. Kids don’t see a penny of this! Shoddy business practices if you ask me. Food is good, workers are great, and work hard! Owner...not sure?!

This used to be a regular spot for us but not anymore. After biting into what I thought was just a hard piece of cheese, I discovered that it was hard plastic instead. I’m not sure how plastic got into our pizza but never again. The quality has really diminished over the years.

It was ehhh... Fries were good but had no salt, the burger itself was good but the bun was very stale. The lettuce was also not very fresh tasting... no restroom inside either.

It was our first time visiting Fellini's. I grew up eating at a place very similar to their pizza. When you walk into the pizzeria it's like stepping back in time. I absolutely LOVE it! The smell transported me to my favorite pizza joint that I would go to after swim practice. The way the pepperoni curls brings a smile to your face as you think of times past. The first date when you're in middle school while your mom sits 3 tables away as the chaperone. That first delicious bite takes you back to the days of your swimming WPIAL practices as a celebration dinner before the big day. The late night greasy fix after the school dance with your friends while playing the pac man table top game. (I wish Fellini's had one of those!) The steak hoagie is by far the better of the steak hoagies that I've had recently. It's seasoned well and they actually put the mayo on the hoagie! It starts to liquify and just soaks all through the sandwich the way it should! The provolone sticks are incredible! I don't know if they're homemade, but they sure taste it. And the breadsticks! The breadsticks are just leftover dough covered in delicious butter garlic sauce. PERFECTION! I could just sit in Fellini's all day smelling the wonderful smells and talking about growing up in the 90's.

2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza delivered. It was delivered in their usual timely fashion hot and,,,,, OMG this pizza is fabulous, unlike the last time, it has ample toppings and is fully cheesed. I cannot believe the change. This shop has great cooks. This is the four time in 2 weeks. Used to be only once a month. They have earned me as a customer. PS I Ordered a Steak sub that was hot, juicy, fully of goodness 5 STARS *****

Melissa and Matt are so extremely helpful and made sure I knew the specials happening when I stopped in. They were very patient with me even though it was a busy day for Fellini's due to a football game going on! The store was very clean and well kept, and I was pleased with everything about the service that is why I'm giving a 5 star review!!

I ordered a steak wedgie, it came with no steak when i called the first time she said she watched him make it and he put steak on it then i called again because i was upset with how they acted & the owner said "even though it's a busy friday night i will send you a new one and take the old back" very rudely & when they got here they would not give us the new one or take the old one back. so we will never be ordering from there again we normally order from there like 2x a week.

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. I'd never heard of it, and they came through! Just did a cheese pizza, whole wings, and cheese sticks. The wings were fantastic. A tad over seasoned but I really didn't mind. I'd definitely get food from here again.

We ordered two medium pizzas for pickup tonight and asked for no onions on one of them (my boyfriends allergic). We got home and unfortunately there was onions. We called and explained the situation and the man on the phone was SO NICE, and they ended up having someone drive it out to us AND they gave us a large. Talk about going above and beyond! This is my favorite pizza place in Pittsburgh (the crust is INCREDIBLE!) If you haven't tried them, you must check them out! :)

Great pizza joint in Monroeville. Classic pizza taste, great sauce, plenty of toppings, nice crispy crust. If you love pizza, you'll love Fellinis. Today was meat lovers, and one half cheese, half black olives.

3.5 stars... This is one of the only pizza spots in town we hadn't tried out, so we ordered a mushroom, olive, and onion white pizza with a side of the hot cheddar balls and breaded mushrooms. We requested delivery for 8pm and the (super kind and apologetic) delivery lady brought our order around 8:20ish. She explained there were only 2 drivers and they were extremely busy that evening. I honestly didn't mind, but might have, had I been hungrier. Her sincerity made all the difference. The pizza was very good and I'd say the best part about it was the generous toppings. They were easily spread around and slices weren't cut completely even, but again, the toppings made up for it. One thing I noted about the taste was it seemed like they use a lot of herbs like Rosemary or oregano on their crust. It helped to bring out the flavor, although the dough was not the best I ever had. It reminded me slightly of Pizza Hut crust, and was just a tad too oily for my personal liking. Breaded mushrooms and cheese balls were good and served with a marinara(?) sauce that was sweeter in taste than most I've had. I thought the cheese poppers were a little scarce both in quantity and quality (not the best I've tasted) for the 5.50 price. Mushrooms were decent and again, came with dipping sauce. I would order again from here, but wouldn't be my number one choice. I think it has potential to get better, though. Bonus point for coupons that are offered via text, which we did not take advantage of on this occasion.

Before I begin, The food was excellent when I ordered from them previous times which we order at least once a week from Fellinis Penn Hills. I never had an issue until now. When Covid happened and we found out that it was corporate restaurants who received the bail outs the restaurants that my husband and I frequent even in the carry out times, we said, we will start ordering from our neighborhood restaurants in support and tip large. The people who cook or own this place obviously didn't appreciate it except the delivery drivers who would thank us over and over again because we gave them a $20 tip and one we gave her a $50 buck tip in response she tried to give us a hug and said, she never received a tip like that before. Mind you our order never is over $25 bucks. The tip is the money we usually spend on a more expensive meal at one of corporate restaurants. On this evening in question we ordered a salad, and wings. The wings were under-cooked, it was to late to call them so I waited until the next morning to let them know. I told the person I didnt want anything in return and that i was calling to let them know. HE BLAMED US! And said, there is no way the wings were not cooked thoroughly. He didnt apologize or say, can I make it up to you. NOTHING. I told him they were pink. I took pictures of the wings. He than hung up. My husband was so mad at the way I was treated on the phone that he took the wings up there, showed him the wings and the guy said, the exact same thing to him. The cook did everything but call my husband a liar. The guy left the conversation and said, he was busy and my husband said, "Your going to kill someone with these rare wings, and in this time of Covid who needs that. Im trying to help you here." the guy ignored him, my husband left the wings on the pizza counter and told him he will never order again, we have a pizza shop on every corner in Penn Hills who would gladly except our business and who would love to get the tips we give out. So this review is for the wings, the people who cooked these wings and the bad Customer Service. We tried to help and support our community in times of Covid, when restaurants are closing every day and this is the thanks we get.

Giving it 5 stars just on food alone. No place to eat there. There is a single table, but I think that's just for people waiting for carry-out. Ok, the food. I had Fellini's Famous Roll(s), Chicken Bacon Cheddar and an order of fries. Lots of chicken, good amount of bacon, oozing with cheese. I've had similar items at other places, but those were more bread and dough. This had a good wrapping of fresh dough, sweet and a little chewy. Not tough, just a bit chewy. I liked it that way. They included some type of white sauce, probably some sort of garlic dip. Tasty, but I probably should've asked for pizza sauce, which is my usual preference. French fries were really good. Hot, fresh and no grease!! A definite yes! Next time I'm in the area, will be back for sure.

I called at 7pm their phone just ring and ring yet online it says they are open until 10pm.

Customer service was awesome.... The guy took his time very polite. Also made my order correct, remembered the sauces on the side. Friendly when I arrived and made suggestions. My pizza was fresh crust was soft and the sauce was on point with a slight sweet note. I will be back.

This place served me a hot calzone, and a crispy chicken sub. Both were good. However... I asked for extra sauce for my calzone.. eehhh. It definitely came straight out of the can. They must've opened a can of tomato sauce and poured it in my to go cups. YUCK. AND.. it was cold. ( because it was fresh out of the can ) Can't put one over on this full blood Italiano. Nice try

This was a tasty pizza! We ordered for lunch and the delivery was right on time. There was a perfect ratio of components, and the crust was cooked perfectly. I will definitely order from here in the future. 4/5 because it wasn't as warm as it should have been but it was warm enough to still be enjoyable.

Place is going downhill. Most of the time order is wrong. Today we ordered a large french fries to go with the rest of the food we ordered. We got a small delivered. Sure enough charged for a large. This sort of thing has happened multiple times lately. I called and was told they would send a large right over. Forty five minutes later driver comes with the large. I told him we have been done eating dinner almost an hour ago, take it back and tell him to credit for the fries. We order not exaggerating about twice a week from them. I think we're done patronizing this place. A shame,used to be one of the best around.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop and order food. As soon as we walked in, I had a bad feeling. The restaurant is filthy and the guy who took our order was high on something. He took our order and and overcharged us twice. The total should have been 11 dollars. First they charged us 16 and then 13. The women in the back kept screaming about how he undercharged us for a salad. She argued with us and we showed her the menu. She still was bitching about the price. My food was thrown in a bag, not in a container. I got chicken tenders and fries. His salad was chopped and was dumped into a container. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

We waited almost 2 hours for our order to be delivered. A simple salad and a calzone... Called twice, and was told the order was "out for delivery." Nope! Cancel it! Will never order from there again!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, management is a joke. Their manager/delivery driver/ (alex) steals money from the register, and tips from the jar that should be going towards the cooks. (Ex employee witnessed him steal $60 right in front of them out of tip jar) absolutely no gloves are used in the building. Things get dropped on the floor and still used in your food because "food cost". You like the cheese in the pizzas? It's probably got some metal shavings in it since their cheese shredder is broken and shaves metal into the cheese blend. The same mixer also leaks oil into the dough as it mixes with the hook. I've LITERALLY seen an employee scoop sauce out of the bin with his BARE HANDS and slap it into pizza dough, proceeding to rub it in with his hands and smear it into the circular sauce pattern. YUCK! There's sauce scoops for a reason!!! Sauce bottles containing wings dressings, Italian, and Mayo are almost never rotated and cleaned. Only refilled over and over until the contents build up a crust. Their makeline is always breaking, and they leave the food to get warm inside it all day as they use it as the owners are to frugal to actually fix anything in the store. I have SOOOO much I could say...but pleas beware before someone gets sick.

Great place to order food from!! The people I work with order from Fellinis Monroeville A LOT. The food is always really good. And it's not just the pizza -- their salads are fresh & very big portions. Sandwiches have always been good as well. The delivery drivers are always very polite & nice -even on the days when they deliver to my work multiple times in one day - again my coworkers order from Fellinis a lot!!! Food always arrives hot if it's supposed to be hot - they are quick to get it to you. Definitely recommend ordering from here!!

The food has always been great and reasonably priced. My problem lies with the fact that they charge you $1.25 to place an order online, and then their delivery charge is $1.85. While we love this place, we never figured out our extra charges until we placed an order for delivery today and saw these charges. Completely disappointed in this discovery. Charging to place an online order. What time era is this business in? The delivery was quick considering we live less than a mile from here and the driver was extremely courteous.

Good pizza, salads and hoagies. Burgers are decent, Wings not so much. Prompt delivery, and never had any issues with orders. Online delivery option is nice!

Excellent food. I followed some of the recommendations and order their AMAZING pepperoni roll and Philly chicken hoagie. Also, I got a broccoli chicken pizza. All very, very good. Online order was delivered on time and hot!! My new delivery place!!

Took a half hour for me to get my food delivered and the driver forgot my 2liter of pop. He told me he would be back in ten minutes with it. Took him an hour and a half to deliver my pop that was already paid for. Ridiculous!!!!

We always order pick up as we commute from downtown Pittsburgh to home in Monroeville. The staff is super, after telling them we pick up on our way home they offered to put the order in a bit later than usual so our pizza would be hot and fresh when we picked it up. Best pizza and service in Monroeville. I will recommend them to anyone.

After ordering pizza from the same place for over 10 years, this is our new favorite for pizza delivery. The true test of a good pizza is to try it plain. If the plain is good, adding toppings will only improve it. Have tried all 3 types of pizza and our favorite is the New York style. The delivery time was reasonable and a little less than stated. Most importantly, the pizza was hot. Having to reheat pizza is just annoying.

Everything is so good here! Their chicken Philly hoagies are the best!!! And of course their pizza and wings. And they deliver! Super good!

I did not have a good experience with Fellini's in Penn Hills. I am not the type of person to even typically leave bad reviews like this but my experience was so awful I felt compelled to do so. For starters, we ordered our food around 830 pm and were told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived to the pizza shop within that time frame and when I arrived I walked in to two employees (who I later found out their names were Kim and Cory) screaming, swearing at the two men working and storming around the shop. When one of the men asked if my food was ready yet the woman screamed "no it's not f***ing ready". Hearing this as a customer already turned me off to this place but I figured I'd sit and wait and see how long it would take. Shortly after that one of them stormed out saying "if I even have to f***ing come back here I swear.." And then the second woman followed saying "I'll gladly get the f*** out of your way" and they both sped off in a car together. Needless to say - whoever their manager is should maybe speak to them about how they carry themselves and how the way they act reflects on their shop. I was appalled that anyone would be acting that way in their place of work. Then, after waiting maybe an additional 20 minutes my food was ready. Brought it home and found that my pizza (cheeseburger pizza) was not finished. There was no toppings on it just cheese burger meat and onions and the whole crust was burnt. So after the whole drama filled ordeal while waiting for my pizza my order wasn't even correct and by this point it was almost 10 pm and my fiancé had to take the pizza back. The man (didn't catch his name) who was working made us a fresh pizza and gave us a 2 liter for our trouble but really that wasn't able to make up for this terrible experience. We will absolutely not order from here ever again and I think maybe the manager needs to reevaluate his staff and their ability to do their job appropriately and also maybe teach them how to respect their customers.

Great pizza! Visiting nearby and had to have a pizza. Used Yelp to locate Fellini's and ordered online a NY Style large pizza. Not only was the pizza delivered quickly the pizza itself was superb. They did the crust just right, and no skimping on the toppings. A must try!

This place has the best pizza I've ever had. I even get it delivered and it's still hot when it gets to my door. They're quick with delivery and the food is good. Their gyro bites/mini gyros (I forget the actual name) are good, too- very filling!

We ordered from here last night, and this mornign woke up to a double charge from them running my debit card twice for our order. It seems they add an utomatic gratuity to ever delivery and not knowing that I wrote in a tip so the driver wouldnt get shorted. Then they ran my card all over again for the greater amount as well. When my business partner Richard Orr, called to straighten it out today the manager wouldn't help and said he had to wait for a call back from the owner.....then hung up on him. I am beyond livid and this will be the end of us patronizing this restaurant.

Hope you like surprises because that's what you get when you order a delivery from this place. You don't get everything ordered, although they will charge you for everything. Calling the pizzeria doesn't help - the girl will talked to today called me a liar! She most certainly knew the order was correct because she packed it. This is the third time in 2 months that we ordered from Fellini's and the third time the order was wrong.
