If you’re a coffee or tea enthusiast, Fellow’s store truly feels like a candy store. From the moment I walked in, Pam and Bobby welcomed me so warmly, even offering a cup of freshly roasted coffee on their Aiden brewer, which tasted amazing! I appreciate them taking the time to show me the technology that’s built into the Aiden and Espresso machine, and even got a hands on experience, which made this experience so memorable. They have everything here!! Matcha tea sets, matcha powders, coffee brewing tools, they even have freshly roasted coffee from local coffee roasters! Perfect to pick up if you’re running low or to get someone a thoughtful gift. I couldn’t resist and picked up some espresso and cortado glass cups, a few gifts, and several of their 12oz slider mugs. HUGE PLUS the 12oz fits perfectly in the Tesla Model Y cup holder! Such a beautiful space with a incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!

This store is such a quaint little gem amidst the fun and boutique storefronts of Venice. I had the pleasure of getting to demo the Espresso Series 1 with the help of Matt, and this young man was such a pip to talk to and have help me. He sold me on more than a machine. He sold me on the community that comes with the ownership of a Fellow ES1, and he gave me gift of a bag of the fresh roasted coffee that is carried in store because of the hour trek I made to come visit their location. Because of Matt I will be planning on saving to buy one of their machines right from the Venice storefront so Matt will hopefully get a bit of commission on the sale. Good job, Fellow! Keep people like Matt in your store and you will have near no problem selling.

I want to be concise, but could turn this into a book"let". Over the weekend I went into this store with so many questions about the Fellow Aiden coffee brewer. Kelly is who "helped" me, and let me tell you, that was an understatement. She was so patient and knowledgeable. It went beyond "help"....she really taught me a lot. I left with the brewer, and it is spectacular. I've roasted my own beans for many years, and honestly have never had so much flavor in my cup. Suffice it to say that today I ordered 10 packages of the flat basket filters for the Aiden :).

My friend and I visited this beautiful store yesterday, and we both were completely blown away by the friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, and most of all - passion! - of Kelly. I am a former roaster/retailer with multi-unit experience, and never in the 20 years that I was in that business was I ever lucky enough to find someone like her. I highly recommend this business, and in particular….Kelly!

Such good customer service at this store! We were there to make a return because we ended up buying a bundle with the grinder and kettle and the man that helped us was super friendly. He even asked us if we wanted to remove the label with our address on it before tossing the box which is something I always like to do but forget this time and he even offered the space for us to make sure we got the email confirmation about the refund. Their products are beautiful, I highly recommend checking this store out and their products!

Handled the issue with a quickness, went way above and beyond, and was super friendly and professional to boot. Simply put, she was the bomb. Holy cow, promote this woman. Haley makes the chemistry and precision of brewing perfect French Press & Pour Over coffee easy for laymen. Her soothing voice and zen like brewing ritual in-person or online seem easy. Nicholas showed me the FELLOW/BIG FACE Pelican travel-brew kit. GUARANTEED UPGRADE YOUR COFFEE TO FIRST CLASS WHEREVER YOU GO! I would check all my other baggage and would make this MY CARRY-ON BAG. Pamela and Loren were detailing FAB-collab products and the latest coffee drop by STEREO SCOPE Colombian Anaerobic Pink Bourbon. I left starry-eyed like the BIG FACE logo “smiling and highly focused”!
