"Anyone who lives near West Hollywood and drinks natural wine (see: me) knows you generally have to leave the neighborhood to buy it. The opening of Fellow Traveler in November changed that in a big way. Run by sommelier Rick Arlene (formerly of Auburn), the wines at Fellow Traveler are fresh, funky, and, frankly, unlike anything you can get for miles. That said, the food might be even better. On paper, Fellow Traveler’s menu reads mostly like snacks you’d eat while drinking wine (and to be sure, that is the goal here), but the fact is, this is food worthy of its own order. The charcuterie board is balanced and interesting, I could drink the truffle porcini dip from a Yeti, and the smoked paprika aioli burger is easily one of the best new burgers in town." - Brant Cox

Google
I used to be vegan, but am not anymore. I found this place when I was vegan, and I still go here to this day occasionally because the food is just honestly THAT good! The food is unbelievably flavorful, and super feel-good bar grub! I can't wait to keep coming back here. The staff are also all very friendly. Only thing I could suggest would be slightly more attentive service, but I've never left this place feeling anything but completely satisfied!

ft is one of those places that feels like a neighborhood staple that has been there forever, even though it's actually a relatively recent arrival! I'm really glad Englewood has a destination block now with them, Mutiny, and Tabletop. I love having a fully vegan menu to order from, of course, but the thing that makes them stand out is the bar. Every cocktail is just really well-done, and priced appropriately. They also have a huge selection of spirits, focused on gin, agave spirits, and apertivos/digestifs, but with plenty of whisky as well. To top it off, the vibes are fantastic and the owners demonstrably care about the community and their staff. Cheers to that!

Google
Fellow Traveler, tucked away in Englewood, offers a delightful culinary experience. Their poutine is a must-try, with crispy fries, savory gravy, and a generous helping of cheese curds. For those seeking non-alcoholic options, their selection is impressive. The falafel wrap is another standout, packed with flavor and served with fresh pita. While it might be a bit pricey and a little out of the way, the quality of food and unique atmosphere make it well worth the trip.

Google
Fellow Traveler is one of my favorite spots in Denver! I’ve dined there several times in the past couple years, and it never fails to impress. Every visit has been a standout, thanks to consistently excellent food and service. The staff here are always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. This week, I stopped by during Happy Hour and had another amazing experience. Our server, Colby, went above and beyond—his positive energy and friendly attitude truly added to the vibe. The Happy Hour deals were fantastic, and I especially loved the buffalo cauliflower and lavender lemonade cocktail. If you’re looking for a spot with a great atmosphere, stellar service, and consistently delicious food, Fellow Traveler is a must-visit.

LOVE Fellow Traveler and I'm not even vegan! Food and cocktails are always on point! An incredible Old Fashioned!

Google
This place is amazing! We enjoyed brunch today with their chicken fried cauliflower and waffles with spicy maple syrup! And their special which was a Korean barbecue with jalapenos and pineapple and possible burger and french fries with Chipotle aioli. Breakfast martini and vampiro oh and their coffee was also delightful. Check it out y'all!!

Google
Not going to lie, I ate way too much food because everything was so fantastic! The staff was great and the music was perfect. Definitely get the poutine with smoked jackfruit. Best vegan brunch we've had.

Google
I love this place! It may have the coolest atmosphere I know of. The food is always spectacular and the creativity and execution of the chefs are really impressive to me. The people who work there are always very nice. I am a huge fan of this place.

Riane N.

Yelp
The food is incredible and the service is even better. I recommend being served by Eric and Colby at the bar, they're both so kind.

Dorian E.

Yelp
I have been here a few times and the only thing that disappoints me is that we don't live closer. Their service was just excellent--very attentive and so kind to our 10 month old baby. We ordered the cauliflower wings, Colorado poutine, burrito and bahn mi and we left very satisfied. Everything was flavorful and sizable portions. The decor is unique and welcoming. It's fun to sit at the window on the couches if you can score that cozy seat! Again, just wished they were closer to the west side but it's well worth the trip!

Meagan D.

Yelp
I'm seriously obsessed with this place since learning about it; I had thought I knew all the vegan places around, but I'm still discovering more!! The food is INCREDIBLE here; so far only had the pleasure of having brunch, but I seriously can't stress enough how delicious everything is. Even my non-vegan partner can't get enough. Everyone who works here is an absolute delight, they truly make you feel welcome even on your first visit. They're also accommodating, always willing to modify something to your liking or suggest what they can make to fulfill your request! We can't wait to come here as often as possible

Yelp
My date and I stumbled upon this place mid December (of 2024) after an extremely filling meal we ate at the Asian restaurant three or four doors down (or up!) I was too hungry to consume alcohol along with the meal I had there so both he and I saved our appetite for alcohol later so accidentally finding this place right after it convenienced us. It looks so inviting from outside; and we sensed a great vibe emitting from the bar area which we saw it through the windows. We were compelled to stop by and check it out!! We grabbed a comfy-looking couch right at the window where we could do people watching. A lady from the bar came to us with waters and menus immediately after we had sat. My date told her "We are here for a couple of drinks only" to which she replied "No problem!" She was pleasant and friendly throughout our entire stay. We perused the menu and we found just what we'd hoped to find: a nice red wine for me and an IPA for him. The lady came back and took our order soon after. My French blend and his IPA hit the spot. As much as I want to elaborate more on his beer (which I only took a few sips of) I can elaborate a bit about the red blend. Chateaux Beaubois (as of mid Dec 2024) is/was $12 per glass. Excellent red blend with some fruitiness that hit my palette at the first sip. Medium bodied and yet it's got some depth to it where it's not flat in any way. I later looked it up online and I' sad to say that it's not sold at any of the local stores (so online shops only.) Well, it's alright. I just have to go back here to taste it if I want it again. Like I said, we didn't order any food at our visit. I later learned that this place is more of a vegetarian/vegan focused restaurant. This resonates with me greatly as I'm always on a hunt for healthy food options. It's so fun to Yelp because whenever I discover a new place like this it's my service to tell others about it. This is how our community where we reside thrives. And this business needs more attention from like-minded folks like me!

Megan H.

Yelp
Fellow-not-vegan here. Tonight we shared the Sweet Garlic Cauliflower, and now I can't stop thinking about it! I can't wait to get it again. I had the Aloo Gobi which was fantastic! I will absolutely get that again as well. My friend had the Onion Smash Burger which she said was fantastic. My other friend had the Falafel Wrap which, I regrettably didn't ask about because I don't care for falafel. Fantastic food, great service, beautiful restaurant, AND no wait at 6:45pm.

Yelp
Looking for a vegan spot while visiting from FL and found Fellow Traveler. We had no idea what to expect, and it's in a little strip area middle of town. We were delightfully surprised to find a beautiful, serene, clean restaurant attractively decorated with plants and wood everywhere, with a nice looking, long bar. The bartender was also our server and brought water. He was quite knowledgeable and advised us on our choices. We started with the Cornbread, which was super crunchy on the outside and wonderfully soft and corny tasting on the inside. The pepper jam it came with was delish as well. For entrees, I ordered the Chilaquiles, not knowing what to expect. They are basically nachos, loaded with tofu, beans, green chili sauce, a crema, and cheese sauce. The green chili sauce was delicious and spicy (which our server advised us about). It was a huge portion, so lots to take home! Hubby had the Smash Burger and fries. The fries were a little soggy/greasy, but we agreed that the burger was quite literally the best burger we have ever had as a vegan. Simply delicious. Daughter had the Mac and Cheese, and enjoyed it, but wasn't the best she has had. She loved the spiral noodles in it though. We will def be back - I want that burger!! Thanks for a great meal!

Alyssa C.

Yelp
We had such a lovely experience here. The server was wonderful - very attentive. If you get nothing else - get the cauliflower. It was so delicious. It was the star of the meal and we tried many things. The tacos had good flavor but they were the least memorable item we had. Pineapple fried rice - YUM!!! I also had a phenomenal old fashioned as well. As a gluten-free person it was a carefully selected restaurant and 60% of the menu is gluten-free but another 30% could be made to be gluten-free. I was not expecting this cute, trendy, hipster, place from the unassuming front but it was wonderful. I wished that I had more time in Denver to be able to make it to their brunch; next time? The only annoying part about this is that the parking in the area is a PITA and we went during the week during the day.

Magda C.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place more. It has a nice vibe, service was good, but the food just wasn't there. First chilaquiles- all toppings were at the bottom, chips at the top were soft and it was hard to eat it, becoming mushy fast. Then Aloo Gobi, which had great flavors but way too oily. Mango sorbet was very good. Overall maybe 3.5 stars. I might go back to try again.

Lauren D.

Yelp
After hearing multiple rave reviews, I knew I had to make a visit to Fellow Traveler! As family was in town, we decided to make the stop in and it was a great choice. Many delicious options that hit the spot. The bar was so cute, and they had tons of cocktails (and mocktails!) as options. The food was good, our favorite was the Smashburger, but nothing disappointed. We had the Fried Cornbread, Onion Smashburger, Chilaquiles, and Mac n Cheese. It hit the spot and we were very full! As we were the first ones in on a Tuesday morning, service was great and our server/the bartender was very nice. Will definitely be back to try more of the delicious looking options and yummy cocktails!

River E.

Yelp
Delicious vegan meals or bar snacks! Drinks are tasty, and I always am greeted by the most friendly staff. Fast service and minimal wait times in my experience. The restaurant itself is very cute and has cozy vibes

Meena K.

Yelp
Well seasoned food , friendly efficient staff . Clean, neat and affordable . We ordered chilaquiles and it was surprisingly filling with beans at the bottom and scrambled tofu . The burrito was filling and the green Chili was perfectly seasoned and served warm . Would love to go back and try other items . Great Vegan food

Lila R.

Yelp
The ambiance of the restaurant is very eclectic and nice. We got served really quickly and both severs were nice. The food was very good also

Denise S.

Yelp
My favorite spot in Englewood. As someone who doesn't eat meat, it can be difficult to find delicious food. Add on top of that my love of a good cocktail, and choices become extremely limited. Fellow traveler fits the bill for both of those things. Fabulous food and creative cocktails, this is my go to place whenever I'm in town. Must try's include the Banh mi, chilaquiles, and pozole. I absolutely love their take on Old Fashioned cocktail's. They add jist a touch of pistachio to the recipe and it is pure perfection. I have been here with plant based and non plant based folks and everyone has truly enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend!!

Sydney E.

Yelp
One of my family members decided to pursue a more plant based diet, so we have recently been trying many vegan friendly establishments. Though I have been impressed by some of the meat substitutes I've tried, as someone who has been a dietary chef for years- I appreciate when a restaurant can use whole ingredients to create a complete meal with protein, starch, and fiber. Fellow traveller excels in this area! The atmosphere is rustic and inviting. The Staff is friendly and prompt. We ordered off the happy hour menu and shared avocado tacos, poutine, and cauliflower wings. I enjoyed the wings so much I ordered another round! The Poutine gravy is made with a silky cashew cream where you do not miss the dairy at all. The avocado tacos were also great, I just needed a little more seasoning. We also ordered an iced coffee and Jamaica, made in house which were both delightful. I cannot wait to come back and try more items off the full menu!

Mallory S.

Yelp
They have won me back over after a couple of bad dishes. I would love to finish eating my way through their menu before I skip out of Denver, and almost have. Love the fried cornbread and pineapple fried rice the best. Plus mocktails and drinks to tempt everyone! BUT last night tried their rice pudding and that might be my new favorite! They also had drunken noodles on special and I tried the mac and cheese too, all great. Servers are good to great! You can tell a good restaurant if the staff eats there every day and still loves it -- I also heard the owner was in the kitchen which probably contributed to the food being so dang good.

Larry J.

Yelp
Great food and friendly staff if you're going there to eat! Lots of options and even better that they're all vegan, really impressive! There's a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant there too if you're just going in for a drink, everybody is friendly there too, good selection of spirits, good cocktails, try a malört shot at your own risk! Really clean and the restaurant in general has a unique look to it!

Taylor W.

Yelp
The food is delish. Everything we tried was top notch and cooked to perfection. This is one the places vegans take non vegans and leave them questioning what they just ate and how it was so good. The cocktails are top notch hand made and uniquely tasty! Don't skip out on Fellow Traveler. Your taste buds want to take this journey.

Caroline L.

Yelp
Service is always stellar (prompt, attentive) and I love the vibe of the bar! All food is vegan or vegetarian. I will say that the staff gives conflicting answers as to what menu items (food) are Gf, which psychs me out as someone w/ celiac so I don't often eat there. Since I get conflicting answers I recommend going w your gut!

Tim G.

Yelp
Still five stars. A hidden gem for sure. Great cocktails. Great mocktails. Great food. Great conversation. And, a great location, too. Every time I go here, I'm reminded how great it is and tell myself I need to come back more often.

Brandon H.

Yelp
We came in here shortly after 9 and asked if we could still order food and we're told yes. We ordered some drinks, the cauliflower, gelato, and poutine. I wanted to like the food so bad, but the cauliflower breading was soggy and had no flavor. I would not have ordered this had I known it would be like eating slightly cooked cauliflower. The drinks were okay, and the gelato as well. The poutine was the one thing I thoroughly enjoyed. The flavors were great and it was very satisfying.

Jon L.

Yelp
A Malört bar. Not the only one in the world, but in the name of all that is holy hopefully the only one in Denver. The bartender Tanner taught me that the much malïgned tipple is a form of a Swedish wormwood liquor called "Besk" and not just some cruel joke played on the rest of us by Chicago. There are four varieties here and my favorite is called letherbee besk. Kind of what you would expect but maybe a little more refined and intricate. We had fried cornbread and it was excellent--really good texture and strong corn flavor with a hint of popcorn. Even if you're not a vegan (I am not) it's a great little spot.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fellow Traveler, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. One of the best Vegan restaurants in Denver hands down! Food (5/5): The culinary journey is nothing short of extraordinary. The menu is a testament to the chef's creativity and dedication to using locally-sourced, vegan and fresh ingredients. Every dish we tried was a work of art, bursting with flavors that delighted the palate. From the first bite to the last, I was impressed pineapple fried rice that was a symphony of earthy flavors. For dessert, the chocolate lava cake was a divine indulgence. Service (5/5): The service at Fellow Traveler is impeccable. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive and passionate They took the time to explain each dish, offered fantastic pairings, and ensured that our dining experience was flawless. What truly stood out was their ability to strike a perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting our privacy. Ambiance (4/5): The ambiance at Fellow Traveler exudes sophistication and warmth. The restaurant's commitment to sustainability is also reflected in its design, with reclaimed wood and eco-friendly accents that add to the overall charm. The only minor improvement would be a touch more acoustic consideration, as the space can become a bit lively when it's busy. Nevertheless, this didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.

Edie A.

Yelp
Fellow Traveler is a bright vegan spot on Broadway. Stopped in for happy hour (which runs 3-6pm). Our bartender was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. Their margarita special was an apple cinnamon variation that he suggested with mezcal instead of tequila. Great rec since the smokiness of the mezcal matched the spices. Bonus - if you strip you get a free shot...give them a photo strip. They have a fun photo booth in the back and if you give them one of your photo strips, you get a choice of whiskey, vodka, or limoncello. Definitely go for the limoncello as it is made in-house and delicious.

Danielle M.

Yelp
Super creative n/a cocktail list and an awesome menu that swings vegetarian but will satisfy everyone. Foodie food without the crazy price tag, friendly staff and the patio vibe is perfect this time of year.

Hollie M.

Yelp
Yaaaaaaas! The food, the service, the kitschy decor, all of it...so good. We had the Bahn Mi and the Burger. Both were exceptionally fresh, tasty and plentiful. There was also a huge menu of original cocktails along side several classics, beer and wine. Seating is limited but the upside is highly attentive service. Prices were on par for the area and cuisine.

Parker S.

Yelp
This spot was recommended to us by a local, it didn't come up in Yelp search for vegan spots?! It's 100% plant based! But glad we found our way here! Definitely a good spot! Fun decor, comfy seating, good service, good food and good drinks! I had the breakfast sandwich that was really good! And they have a decent mocktail menu! Nectar of the goods was good along with limone e sale! Definitely recommend and would definitely come back when we're in the area again!

Amy R.

Yelp
This is such an awesome coffee/cocktail/food spot in downtown Englewood. I love the light, open, airy ambiance in the restaurant. The food is super tasty (and I'm not even vegan!). They have a kickin taco Tuesday too! I also found the servers to be incredibly helpful, and so patient with all my questions :-) My only complaint is that they don't open earlier in the day... I love to come here for morning coffee meetings.

Emma J.

Yelp
Let me preface by saying I am not vegan nor was anybody in my party. 15 of us went on a Saturday (reservation), and we were provided a nice space with good service. On my side of the table some of the drinks ordered were the lavender gin lemonade, dream lover, limoncello shot, and king of carrot beer. The drinks were all good! For food we then had the fried cornbread, chili garlic cauliflower, aloo gobi, bahn mi sandwich and rice bowls, pineapple fried rice, fried avocado tacos, and mac n' cheese. The fried cornbread and the cauliflower were the best things. Honestly, the rest wasn't great. The people that got the bahn mi bowls/sandwich and fried rice enjoyed theirs but the Mac n' cheese, fried avocado tacos, and aloo gobi were all pretty underwhelming. Everyone at the table agreed the Mac n' cheese had a strong egg flavor which was really just odd. The fried avocado was under seasoned and just not crispy enough. All in all, notbad per se, but not good.

Cinica L.

Yelp
An exquisite environment crafted by very chill staff. The food is amazing (as a non vegan) and the drinks are top tier. I quickly added this to my top list of restaurants to show friends and regularly attend myself!

Sally P.

Yelp
Great vegan bar food and mocktails. Definitely try the cauliflower buffalo wings sooo good!

Ted Z.

Yelp
Everything was yummy, service was good, and cool vibe inside. Will be back! Sunday Brunch around 10 am wasn't super crowded.

Maïkha J.

Yelp
Even for the non meat eater, this place had a variety of delicious foods for the palate. I got the jackfruit sandwich. My friend had the biscuits and gravy which I also recommend. There are also a good amount of mocktails. Service was prompt and friendly. Loved the overall vibe and would definitely come back.

Jessi G.

Yelp
I cannot recommend this place enough! This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. I am not vegan but the food was so flavorful and filling! The ambiance of the place is so cozy and inviting. The service was excellent and my waiter helped me choose between a couple of menu items. She let me know the Bahn mi sandwich comes in a rice bowl option and would pair best with the espresso martini I ordered (also great). I don't want to be dramatic but I lost most of my taste a few months ago due to covid, and that being said this is probably the best and most flavorful fried tofu I've ever had! The chips offered a great crunch with my meal and came with a Chile oil sauce. Please give this place a try!

Robin B.

Yelp
The most friendly and accommodating restaurant, with great food and atmosphere. Vegan. Loved it!

Diana G.

Yelp
Had the falafel wrap and chilaquiles to go. Both held up great and were very good and flavorful. They were on the spicy side but not too hot.

Tatiana T.

Yelp
Fellow Traveler is a charming little vegan restaurant off of South Broadway that I didn't know existed until very recently. I've been there 3 times thus far and it's been excellent each time. I especially love their mocktail N/A bev menu. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for the effects of alcohol, but I want something fancy. They've got great options here! If you're feeling adventurous, try the Nectar of the Gods. You wouldn't think that pickle juice and grapefruit pair well, but they surprisingly do! I'm also in love with the N/Agroni. For food, you really can't go wrong with anything, but if you like a little spice in your life, I recommend the jackfruit tacos. They're not too spicy but if you're more on the sensitive side like I am, these have a good little kick. I love the retro vibe of the place too. And they have plants which is always a big plus in my book! The servers I've had are all very sweet, and kind of quiet/reserved, but they are extremely efficient and give you just the right amount of attention. Pro tip: there's a 2 hour parking lot in the back that's open to the public starting at 8am. No need to stress about street parking on South Broadway. Who loves parallel parking on busy streets anyway?

Alex R.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Denver. I've tried just about everything on their menu. However, my favorite is the Sweet Garlic Cauliflower and the Bahn Mi with Fried Cornbread for dessert. Worth a try for anyone vegan or not.

David G.

Yelp
Food is the best vegan in South Denver area! Great servers, yummy cocktails. Highly recommended!

Zelda S.

Yelp
The jackfruit poutine was very bad. We also had a kale salad that was extremely salty. Maybe they got a new person in the kitchen? Went here for my birthday and it was wholly disappointing.

Colleen L.

Yelp
Wonderful vegan food...so tasty and healthy. All of it was good, but the cornbread sticks were to die for. Their coffee, too! Highly recommend giving this beautiful, chill vegan restaurant visit.

April N.

Yelp
Great cocktails & yummy happy hour food. Sazerac yummy & the poutine & cauliflower are so good.

A C.

Yelp
Love this place! Great cocktails. Yet to try the food but all the dishes looked fantastic coming out.

Art K.

Yelp
We went for drinks before going to dinner on a Friday night. Cute place. Sitting at the bar, the service was very poor. We moved to a table service was mediocre at best. Drinks were ok. Fried avocado tacos didn't have much flavor. If you're dropping $40 for two cocktails and an appetizer, I think there are much better places.

Cassandra R.

Yelp
The food here was delicious, but the drinks were definitely bland. Didn't taste like there was any alcohol in them making them not worth the money. The fried cornbread should definitely be considered a dessert item vs an appetizer. The fried aspect made it extremely crunchy with sweet deliciousness in the middle. It was definitely sinful. The salad was delicious and the pumpkin seeds really have it great texture. The calculator didn't have a fried crunchy exterior but the flavor was great. The chilaquiles were great but could've been called nachos as they were made like traditional chilaquiles in that they weren't cooked in sauce. Willing to come again.

Carolina T.

Yelp
I think it was pretty good, it was kind of odd getting a table and their staff could have an extra hand, but overall it was a good experience. The desert was amazing!

Karen S.

Yelp
Fellow Traveler is a new favorite place in town! The restaurant has modern decor inside (lots of plants!) with a trendy al fresco area. I loved my creamy aloo gobi and my husband enjoyed his Broadway burrito; made gluten free with corn tortillas. We also tried the corn bread with red pepper jam. The jam was amazing, but the corn bread was burned. Personally, I think it'd be nicer not fried at all. Overall, this places has tons of amazing gluten free and vegan options. (Thank you!) There are so many dishes I want to go back to try. Just one quibble: we called to check on a few things (as you have to do with allergies) and were told they had Happy Hour on Saturdays. When we arrived, however, we discovered the information we'd be given was inaccurate. That was a little disappointing.

Cindi W.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite. Could not have been happier with service or food. Lovely interesting wine list. Fried cornbread is a must. The fried potatoes with black garlic aioli was an interesting twist on patatas bravas. And the bahn mi had just the perfect amount of sweet and heat. Sadly we were too full for dessert. If vegan was this good every day there'd be no turning back

Sumukh T.

Yelp
I happened to be a fellow traveler myself in the Englewood area so I looked up vegan restaurants and Fellow Traveler came up. The vibe in the bar/restaurant seems cool but I was just getting food to-go what with me being a true fellow traveler and all. I ordered their fried cornbread and their burrito. Their burrito is $13 which seems like a lot but it is massive. It's filled with seasoned tofu and vegetables so plenty of food. But, despite being a lot of food, I found it to not be anything particularly special. The seasoned, mashed up tofu wasn't anything to be floored by and, covered in green chili, the burrito was somewhat of a mushy mess. I did enjoy the fried cornbread. On a scale of vegan options that you can try out there, I just found Fellow Traveler to be middle of the road. More of an Average Traveler than one I would bond with.

M E.

Yelp
Holy Cow! (well, no cow served here, but...) this place is great. Neither myself or my eating companion are vegan/vegetarians, but the provisions knocked us out. The service and info from Berit was spot on. We shared the chili garlic cauliflower and a burrito over rice. Yum! Had to take leftovers home. We also tried a Billows and Thieves (zero alcohol cocktail with cold brew). So good. There were all sorts of 'science projects' going on behind the bar (infused liquors and concoctions being filtered). Ambience was perf. It was a noon hour nosh... this place deserves to be filled up! will definitely be back soon.
