Beautiful hand made products. We have ordered multiple times and on one order had a shipping issue that was resolved quickly by their team. The pieces are beautiful and still look like new after heavy use (in a house with kids). Definitely recommend!

Never sent me my order, and terrible customer support. I reached out every two weeks for over two months and they just kept saying they'd ship it "next week". DO NOT recommend.

This special little bud vase is the centerpiece of our table. We adore it! Felt+Fat have a reputation for well made pieces. I hope to buy more from them someday.

Never sent me my order. After waiting long after the promised timeframe I requested they cancel the order. No one should have to wait more than 2 months for an order to ship out.

It’s a joy to see felt n fat continue to grow and produce beautiful and functional cups, plates, and bowls… and planting their HQ in a location that will see real economic benefit from their presence is icing on the cake.

First order with these folks for a household. Ordered some dinner plates, mugs, and spice bowls (in azul). Took a few weeks for delivery (like the website says). Everything was packaged great, but one plate didn't survive shipment. E-mailed customer service and heard back the next day (thanks Erica). Within a few days the replacement was shipped. Customer service- A+. As for their stuff, it's really nice. The Azul is a great color - get it while you can. Highly recommended.

I love Felt + Fat! They make beautiful, functional products and have the nicest team. I recently coordinated a pickup at their factory in Northern Liberties and they made it easy and seamless. Pretty plates and bowls, handmade right here in Philly.

Loved the craftsmanship and pure beauty of their products but have only had my everyday plate for about a month and it already has a crack all the way through it with minimal use.
