Fen Classic Guilin Rice Noodles 合味桂林米粉

Toppings: crispy pork is the most impressive topping by a mile. Then pork feet is also great with generous portion. Brisket is too chewy, not my favorite . Other toppings are good but does not stand out Soup can be improved from my opinion. That’s the reason of the missing star. It is worth a try!

Omg these are the most authentic Guilin rice noodles ever! Even better then Guilin noodles in Guilin! Toppings are so tasty and so bountiful. The beef brisket was so soft. The five layered pork was crispy and chewy. The broth was rich with spice and flavour. I’ll be back!

I’ve been here at least 3-4 times? My go to place for a quick one person dinner. I’ve always got the rice noodles but also tried the rice for a change. The rice noodles are usually better but my partner said in the most recent visit that the Luo shi fen feels less tasty than before like something was missing 🤷🏻

This is our favorite fen rice noodle place in the Bay Area. Both soup and ingredients are very fresh and tasty, you don’t taste the artificial flavors, which appreciate the authenticity.

The Laoyou soup was flavorful, with a deep fermented black bean flavor. The beef tripe picked up the flavor well Pickled cabbage noodle soup was a lot milder. Adding the house made chili oil sauce made it better. It wasn't bad, but it's not as good as the pickled vegetable soup at Noodleosophy The Guilin rice noodles seemed to be the most popular thing, there were a lot of take out orders Soy milk was good and refreshing Service was good, tables were clean, bathrooms are being remodeled

Probably the most authentic Guilin noodle I've had in the bay. So happy that I found this place, because the noodle remindse of home. 😋 The dry Guilin noodle with crispy pork and beef brisket is a must try.

This one is much better than the Milpitas one, cleaner and the food is less greasy.

Really great place with the nicest staff! I wasn't familiar with Guilin cuisine at all prior and the owner has been so nice explaining everything. I go with the dry noodle mix with marinated beef & crispy pork. SO good. If you like it spicy, be sure to ask for their homemade spice mix rather than a typical hot oil - amazing flavor and spice level. Be sure to get the plum drink as well! One of my favorite drinks at a restaurant I've ever had! Been here 4 times in the last month :) cannot recommend it enough
