My husband and I love coming to this Feng Cha. 🫶🧋It’s always been consistent and staff is super friendly and helpful. I do appreciate that there are milk alternatives for an extra dollar for those who are dairy-free. I tend to opt for oatmilk in my classic milk tea with a base of jasmine green tea. The oatmilk tea does have a darker color as an fyi. My husband does the same but with regular milk and boba. They have lots of options on the menu for whatever you’re in the mood for and you can customize your drink, which is really nice. It’s such a sweet treat to have after any meal and we highly recommend coming here. The interior is cozy and clean, and there are also kiosks for you to put in your order.

Google
All the staffs members are super nice and welcoming. Any edits to the drinks they perfectly manage to deliver without any hesitation. I love going here. Highly recommended. ✌️

Google
The milk tea here is absolutely amazing! I actually have another Feng Cha location much closer to me, but I find myself happily driving an extra 15 minutes almost every day just to come to this Carrollton spot. The drinks are always consistently fresh, smooth, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The staff is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Totally worth the extra drive—this location has become my go-to!

Google
Very rude service. Wednesday 1pm September 3rd. I came to order a drink, then the waiter rudely asked me to order in the kiosk. Then I ask her if I can get a vanilla syrup pump added to my drink. She said they dont do that at this location. I tell her they do it at the others & she begins to talk to me very passive aggressively. I can tell she hates her job & is not a kind person. I was asking about the ingredients & she was very rude with answers. She is very condescending & even says the other locations shouldn't serve vanilla pumps, & thanks for letting her know.. Absolutely would not recommend coming here. She laughed at me when I asked a question about what they serve in the drink, as if I know all the ingredients. So mocked me that this is a boba shop not a coffee shop. Very poor service. Poor representation of a franchise. The front server should be atleast nice & not condescending. DO NOT COME HERE, IT doesn't look clea n . It was only 1 worker here.

Feng Cha Boba in Carrollton is such a nice spot! The drinks are always tasty, and it’s easy to find something you’ll like no matter what you’re in the mood for. The shop has a really welcoming vibe - perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing for a bit. The staff is friendly and makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite boba spots in the area!

Google
I have always loved Feng Cha and have always had amazing service at the Castle hills location. But today I visited this location for the first time (since it was on my way home) and while we were sitting there, I needed to throw away my straw. I was sitting facing the cash counter, next to which I saw a trash can. It was also kind of in a corner where restrooms normally are in restaurants. There was nothing suggesting they dont have restrooms or bot to go there. So I thought that area is accessible to the normal public until I went and threw away my straw and quickly realized that what I thought was a restroom was not (I didn't go in or intended to or even saw inside the drape) but before I could step back, the employee who had served us earlier) jumped out from behind the curtain very rudely screaming "please don't go there! Its not for you to use. There's a trash can by the door" To which I responded, "Im sorry, I didn't know" And I genuinely didn't. But I got treated like I am stealing something from them. There are polite ways of guiding people and then there is a way how this employee treated me. I may be blowing this out of proportion, but I am never going to this location again. You shouldn't too, until they get respectful staff.

Google
Easy to order. Fast service and good flavor. Place is small. It seems more like a take out boba place.

Google
I got bubble tea the other day (from a feng cha), tried a drink with 70% sugar. Normally I can do 100% on a lot of drinks but this one was just way too sweet. Just couldn't drink it, and neither could my partner. I went back, and they told me that even at 0% sugar, it was still a sweet drink (huh). I asked to get something else and was about to get charged for it. "Why?" Apparently it is against policy to replace drinks. I walked out without any stink and tried to keep drinking my tea, but I had to throw it in the trash. Is this... normal policy (to not replace drinks if a customer dislikes theirs)? It is one of their top drinks, but I just couldn't handle how sweet it was. I tried emailing their office but haven't gotten a response. Just trying to get a feel for what's going on before I do anything else

Yelp
Fast drinks. Always good. Small place, but like the decor. This location is defiantly more of a to go place while doing other things in the shopping center. But inside is nice, I like the wood, and they do have some seats. You order on a kiosk . These is a mini menu on the wall, I would still look Regis screen, the wall menu does not have it all. They have many options. Since you are on the kiosk, not much interaction with staff. Today my drink was a Matcha Breeze with Grass Jelly. They defiantly are making drinks with good matcha. Jelly tasted fresh as well. Also like their coffee drinks and boba from past visits.

Yelp
Feng Cha is a wonderful bubble tea location. This location is located in a busy plaza in Carrollton. There is plenty of parking which is great! The overflowing grapefruit with Strawberry syrup which was phenomenal! I get regular nice, no sugar and it's always so refreshing. Service is great and ther servers/cashier's are always so sweet. I really love this place!
google avatar

Yurie H.

Yelp
I've been to fengcha in SoCal and overall a solid tea/boba shop! Feng cha is located in an large mall with bunch of other Asian stores. Inside is very small with no table seatings. They have various fruit/milk tea choices. I got the kiwi basil fruit tea with less ice and 50% sweetness. The tea was so refreshing after being in a 100 F weather. The kiwi and basil went well and sweetness was perfect. Service is fast and tea is made to order, would love to try the taro milk tea next time.
google avatar

Vania B.

Yelp
I love Feng Cha for all their milk foam options!! Usually I like their jasmine green tea with matcha milk foam or the rose oolong tea with matcha milk foam. This time I got the green tea with taro milk foam and it's a great combo! Both flavors really come through. Interior is well decorated and cute, but small with no seating. Service is always good here!
google avatar

May G.

Yelp
I got brown sugar creme brulee milk tea at 50% sweetness. It was very creamy (I couldn't taste any tea, just milk) and it was a little too sweet. I will try 25% next time. My bf got taro milk tea and he didn't like it. Service kind of slow.
google avatar

Vin M.

Yelp
W boba spot. I got a taro milk tea with boba, and I didn't have to wait that long to get my drink. Tasted exactly how I wanted it. Easy 5 stars and I would recommend this place if you want good boba drinks. Also the interior design is really cool, and the store made it work even with the small interior.
google avatar

Karima A.

Yelp
Ordered dirty boba from here for the first time, and was not disappointed! I added black tea for that caffeine fix! It had the perfect amount of brown sugar, milk, tea, and boba! Definitely ordering again!
google avatar

Penny K.

Yelp
Loved popping in for a refreshing drink and dessert! It was my first time trying the strawberry dessert which is a type of sponge cake with fresh strawberry toppings. It was very light and delicate. I ordered the ginger milk tea which packed a bit of sugar and spice. The boba teas here are just as good. I just wished they had one closer to where I live in Oak Cliff!
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
We've been to so many tea places and this is our #1. Our number 1 is the taro milk tea! Hands down the best! We also get the jasmine green tea with 50% sweetness and this is simply delightful. We don't usually like bubbles or toppings in ours. This place is so small and hidden in the back behind the 99 market plaza that you will miss it if you don't look hard enough. The down side of this place is there is literally 2 seats- but it's also so small that it's more of a to-go place. We usually pick up tea here for hop over to tesco or daiso or the kino book store as we browse and drink our tea!
google avatar

Claudia C.

Yelp
Not the most ambience filled Feng Cha location but not really complaining since I was there for the bubble tea. *A heads up if you plan to stick around, there are only two seats at this location. Ordered their Kiwi Basil Green Tea (25% sweet) with crystal boba which is essentially konjac. The best way to describe konjac is it is like a chewy jelly. The drink itself is pretty sweet even at 25% so it is up to you if you want to adjust the sugar level. Best recommended shaken.
google avatar

Abby L.

Yelp
Quick and easy boba stop. Parking is a little easier since it's behind some of the bigger stores. They have large tablets where you can order.
google avatar

Nguyễn Q.

Yelp
The staff was nice. This place is for to go only. I like how they open on Christmas till 8 pm. Feng Cha's boba is always top-tier. My absolutely favorite is their Kiwi Basil Green Tea with boba, 50% sugar. Every other drinks are just okay. Their dessert is not good at all. The dessert was thick and cakey, super expensive for the quality.
google avatar

Yelp
In Carrollton, I stopped by Feng Cha, and wow, this bubble tea shop is amazing! Since the shop is far from the main parking lot, parking is fortunately not too difficult. The shop has a really calm vibe when you walk in. Be ready to take your drink to go due to the lack of seating in the store (there are only two chairs). With fresh milk brown sugar boba, crème brûlée cheese foam, and a blowtorched caramelized sugar top to the drink, the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba was out of this world delicious. The staff at the restaurant were also extremely friendly and inquired about how I liked my drink. I'm eager for our upcoming trip to Feng Cha!
google avatar

Miguel A.

Yelp
Triple check that your drink was accurately prepared, specially if you have any allergies. They will not pay attention to your order details and just prepare whatever they feel like preparing.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
The space is really small but very decorated. The staff interaction was brief but nice. I got the taro slush which was amazing. I'm vegan and accidentally forgot to ask for oatmilk, but the drinks come automatically with lactaid. Overall great experience!
google avatar

Danica A.

Yelp
I love going to Feng Cha & trying something new. I usually go for the bobas, but I tried a fruit tea called "Strawberry Overload" this time. It was so good & refreshing. Oh, & they have an awesome app for ordering! Will definitely swing by again!
google avatar

Tiffany C.

Yelp
So glad I tried this place! The interior is very cute and has Instagrammable walls with their branding and greenery. We ordered Oolong Milk Tea, Grapefruit Tea, and Sea Salt Boba Cake. Everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks were flavored well and boba was fresh. I love tea and loved that their milk tea boasted a stronger tea flavor than some other shops. Sea Salt Boba Cake is as good as it sounds - spongy asian cake topped with chewy boba galore and drizzled with a subtly sweet sea salt foam. Yummm. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Such a long overdue review! Been here a countless number of times and without fail I can always find a drink to fit my mood. This place is tucked around the back of 99 Ranch Market, next to KTV. A cute little shop with a few seats, great for a pit stop for your boba needs. Love love LOVE the milk foam series! They now have a new tiramisu foam which is to die for. I love pairing it with the earl grey or oolong for a cozy drink, perfect for winter. Next best in my opinion would be the cheese foam, which I know sounds odd but it's like drinking a creme brulee! However the tea just swirls together with it, creating a milky dreamy sip. My bf likes to mix it up on the sweeter side of things, with his go-to choices of Strawberry Overload or the Dirty Boba. Surprisingly the Strawberry Overload isn't ridiculously sweet but still packed with fresh strawberry taste. Dirty Boba can be diabetically sweet so I'd recommend getting 50% sweetness with that one. The drinks are reasonably priced considering the generous amount of topping and the real tea flavor you can actually taste. BONUS- the cold drinks have a reusable cup that you can keep! Every time I come here I am greeted by friendly staff who are very attentive and patient (especially when I can't decide on which drink to try). This is definitely my go-to boba spot when I hit up Carrollton so don't be surprised if you see me there!
google avatar

Yelp
Clean and cute little tea shop located behind 99 Ranch. Had the caramel brulee milk tea with boba. The torched sugar on too make this drink delicious
google avatar

Allie Y.

Yelp
Feng Cha is one of my favorite boba places in the area. They stand out to me for their aesthetic matte finish cups, consistency, and STRONG tea flavor drinks. My favorite is their green apple jasmine tea which comes with mini bits of apples, beautiful hue of green, and strong jasmine tea. Their drinks come in one sizes only. One thing to pick a bone with them about is that they give out very little amount of tapioca pearls, I would say half the amount as a typical boba store would. I would suggest getting double tapioca if you really like'em. Also, this particular location is very small and can feel easily crowded inside.
google avatar

William S.

Yelp
Being a regular customer to Feng Cha, this is the first time my drinks were not filled up to top for Vietnamese coffee and Kiwi Basil Green Tea. Please replace the manager named Alice. Extremely BAD customer service. We requested her to fill up but she refused by saying the gap was for foam/bubbles??? WTF.. foam in Vietnamese coffee? Horrible.

Yelp
This review is for the Carrollton location. First timer at Feng Cha. I am a huge boba fan, but I am not sure about this franchise. I came here on two separate occasions thinking my first visit was a flop. Gave it a second chance and I still feel the same way about it. No sure if it's just this location bc I've heard good things about Feng Cha. On my first visit, they were not busy and it took me 40 min to get 3 drinks. When I went to ask if mine were almost done, the staff said to me " still working on it" ... come to find out when I left, they confused my drinks w a mobile order and mine was sitting at the counter the whole time under Uber eats pick up. My hubby got the chrysanthemum drink. Def not good. He said it was very medicinal. I got fruit drinks and they were not sweet. Second visit, I was the only one on the store, but they still took a bit long for y drinks. This time, about 25 min. Same thing. Drinks aren't sweet. I got them at 100% and they were very subtle and bitter. Maybe I need to try another location and compare.
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Good quality and variety of boba drinks. They seem to be a little smaller on the menu side, but what they do make is great The last few times I've been there it's been decently busy but they still manage to make the drinks well. A big fan on the matcha one.
google avatar

Stacy Y.

Yelp
Feng Cha (specifically the Carrollton location) is my #1 favorite boba spot in the DFW area. I've tried a lot of different boba shops, but there's really something special about this place. It's hidden in the back of the plaza behind Daiso and 99 Ranch but it deserves a lot more attention!! The reason I love this place is that they are able to make an earl grey milk tea and because they make it incredibly well. They cold brew all of their teas, which really enhances the flavor of the tea. They also do not make their drinks sweet, and their boba consistently has the perfect amount of chew and sweetness. I'm honestly torn about wanting to live closer to this place. On one hand, I could get it much more often. But then on the other hand, if I lived any closer, I'd probably get boba multiple times a day and my health would suffer!
google avatar

Bernadette D.

Yelp
This boba place is super cute inside and I'm a big fan of their fancy reusable cups. I've gone here twice so far I've tried their black tea with a taro milk foam. Their milk foam is probably the best part of the drink. The tea is pretty good and strong. The second time I went, I wanted to try a milk tea and so I got the dirty boba and added in black tea. I think from the 2, my favorite was the plain black tea with the taro milk foam. I love how their milk foams can be customizable to any flavor (matcha, taro, cheese, sea salt, tiramisu). I also decided to try their milk foam cakes. The cake was fluffy, and reminded me of a regular chiffon cake. Nothing special about it but, it was still a solid 8/10. Anyways, this is a great boba spot in Carrollton. If you want to try a new boba place, I recommend going here!
google avatar

Anthony D.

Yelp
I got a taro milk tea and enjoyed it! It had nice flavor in a cute cup. The shop is a bit on the smaller side, and can get filled up quickly if there are many people. Fortunately, they're tucked away behind a lot of the busy parts of k-town so parking and seats were not a problem when I went. When the area around it starts developing, I can see how it may become a problem. For studying, it's a decent place. The outlets are sparse, but the internet is definitely fast! Overall, I liked my experience at Feng Cha and hope to come again to enjoy their drinks!!
google avatar

Joanne N.

Yelp
A decent boba joint with many fruit tea options to choose from! They also have a tiramisu, matcha & plain milk foam if you need a way to make your drink creamy but light. It is a small store so be warned that it's mostly a grab and go versus sitting to chat. They do have 2 seats for waiting but again a small space which can get crowded easily. The drink I got is a summer melon which is seasonal thing but it contains watermelon, lemon, and spring tea! If you love watermelon then this is the drink for you. My friend got the mango pomelo sago, some of the sago was frozen but for the price and drink size it's not bad!
google avatar

Jeanne Y.

Yelp
I do enjoy Feng Cha for their drinks, but I've recently experienced more negative experiences. The service is pretty slow even when we're the only ones there. The boba hasn't been as chewy as when I first got it. It is pricey for what you're paying for. We got the strawberry princess cake and I was very disappointed by something that was a little over $5. What is advertised is not close to what we got. The strawberry syrup was really sour and the sponge cake is pretty dry. I will probably try it again and hope that my experience gets better!
google avatar

EunSik S.

Yelp
FOOD// I love the foam drink because they are thick and heavy. So, if you are not a fan of foam, probably will be too heavy for you. If not, if you love strong foam, this place will satisfy for that. I, also, love how fresh the tea base is compared to many other places. So, fresh tea, Feng Cha will do. By the way, get less or lesser sweetness. SERVICE// It's soft opening right now, but it's good! ATMOSPHERE// Gives a very Cafe-like vibes that cafe lovers would appreciate with their unique wooden walls and leaves deco with their logo on side for basic pic. SURROUNDING/: It's behind the 99 Ranch Market building; so, pretty good place to go after hanging out around that area. Would go here than KFT or Mango place, shh.
google avatar

Jim H.

Yelp
My usual was the Citrus Lord with boba and lychee or the Overflowing Grapfruit when they gave you an entire hollowed grapefruit... Now they only give you a slice. I've now moved on to the Kiwi Basil Green Tea with Lychee jelly. But if you can't decide, you can't go wrong the OG boba milk tea. They also serve small pastries but I haven't tried any. Everyone here is friendly and all of their drinks are delicious! Pro Tip: Download the app and order ahead to skip the line. Plus you get to earn points for discounts on future purchases. When you reach 100,000 points you can redeem a secret prize. It will probably take me two lifetimes to get there, but I wonder what it could be?
google avatar

Kathleen T.

Yelp
I got the "dirty boba" today & the presentation was beautiful! The drink is comparable to black sugar milk tea at other places but with no tea unless you request it lol I like that the cream and boba was included in the pricing but that's where the positive ends. The negatives are I tasted no black tea instead the drink was very bland it just tasted like milk lol until I mixed the toppings and the chocolate drizzle at the bottom of the drink. It's $5 for the drink in small size and get this +$1 more for a large =6 just for the drink not including additional toppings (.50 each) O.o $6 is a high premium price considering the 700 ml cup is not that much larger than a L at 7 leaves and in Cali OMOMO teashoppe has larger "regular cups" & here my total came to $7 fora L that I've never paid in Cali... with such a premium price I'd expect premium tea and it was not served for me today :/
google avatar

Charleen C.

Yelp
Anytime we are in Carrollton, we always crave Feng Cha. It's our special treat on days off. The flavors are good and the tea taste is nice. I love tasting my tea and not being overly sweetened or watered down or artificial tasting. Really nice. If you like a thicker creamier boba, add cheese foam.
google avatar

Silvino P.

Yelp
Feng Cha is my favorite boba tea location in the entire DFW and I've tried every single one(at least the popular locations) the dirty brown boba is my favorite and I haven't tried any other since I've been to this location. For some reason I like the Carrollton location a little better the the other Feng Chas I've visited. It's small and intimate and straight to the point, having other restaurants in the area also helps with me going back to this location even though Addison is the closer one.
google avatar

Joshua K.

Yelp
Taste is 12 out of 10 Thai tea & some strawberry drink is 2 thumbs up Cups are high quality plastic & reusable
google avatar

Heema N.

Yelp
Yum!!! I ordered a mango au lait with lychee jelly. I got it less sweet, I would take the sweetness down even more... it's super sweet. But it tastes great. And the location is away from the chaos of the main part of that parking lot!
google avatar

Matthew Y.

Yelp
A busy boba location in a strip mall filled with Asian restaurants and shopping stores. Decently priced and great drinks.
google avatar

Lady G.

Yelp
Best location ever!! It's always perfect! The workers are helpful & sweet, owners are so nice too. I get my order super fast & it's always correct (even when they are busy) Keep up the good work K-town Feng Cha!
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
Great boba here! It's a favorite among the DFW area. I would get the Green Tea Cheese Milk Foam Tea with more toppings. I don't usually like boba unless it's the dirty boba. Service is very friendly. The owner is very nice as well :) I don't understand how this place isn't busier because I think they're the only few boba places in the DFW area that makes Cheese milk foam. I hope in the future, they'll open in frisco!
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
I love their cheese foam oolong tea! Green tea is great too. Honestly if you are looking for a fresh and flavorful tea, I would definitely suggest Feng Cha. If you're into rich and creamy teas, I would suggest Tiger Sugar.

Raymond C.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE!! Been a fan for Feng Cha a long time but the practice from this branch is simply horrible. The menu RIGHT NEXT TO the cashier clearly shows the drink is $4.50. When I order drinks, they charged me $5.00 each. I asked this Asian American young lady at the cashier why was that, her reply was "It includes tax". But when you look at my receipt, that was the pre tax price. This lady did not even bother to look at their own menu, or update it afterwards. Instead, when I told her this is unlawful to charge a commodity more than it is advertised, she went straight back to the kitchen and never showed up again. BAD and ILLEGAL PRACTICE. How long does it take you to look up or change the price? And I DID NOT even get a "sorry" from her.
google avatar

Cynthia K.

Yelp
Favorite place to get fruit-infused green tea! This place offers several different variations of milk/jasmine/green/oolong tea with mixed fruit infusions along with a variety of topping selections for that extra bite. Love how they allow you to alter the sweetness as well as ice level. Feng cha truly accommodates to all of your boba tea personal preferences :)
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
The HIGHLIGHTS: -Most unique boba place in DFW offering a variety of milk foam cap flavors (matcha, taro, sea salt, cheese foam, oreo) -My go to: rose oolong with the matcha milk foam cap (70% sweet) -Want something rich and decadent? get the dirty boba -This location doesn't offer the afternoon tea cakes. -A lot smaller than the location in Richardson. Seating is limited. -Cute aesthetics (lots of wood used in design) and cozy inside. -Located next to City KTV karaoke in Carrollton. You could hear people singing from next door, so might not be the quietest.
google avatar

Cristal Y.

Yelp
There are a ton of boba shops in DFW, but this one is definitely one of the best. The thing that sets this place apart from other boba shops is their incorporation of fruit. I've tried a few of their drinks, but the kiwi basil green tea is prolly my go to! You can adjust the sweetness, ice, add toppings, etc .. you know the drill. If you're in Carrollton, then this place is tucked away behind the Daiso!
google avatar

Cheryl P.

Yelp
My favorite is matcha latte with sea salt milk foam. I order it with half sugar and regular ice. It's not too sweet and I love the creaminess. I can't seem to order anything else. Its a small space but I like how easy it is to order and the drink is ready fast. I never had to wait in a long line or wait for a long time for my drink. I will continue to come to this location whenever I'm in the area or planning my food and drink outings. That's how much I love matcha latte!
google avatar

Sunny C.

Yelp
I always stop by here to get their dirty boba. It only comes with one size- medium and it is super addicting. The cups are very cute and hard plastic which is nicer than other boba places.
google avatar

Kyle H.

Yelp
After many months, this place is officially our #1 favorite boba tea place in the entire Texas. As the husband started to also like many other drinks on the menu, the wife has grown even more loyal to Osmanthus Oolong than ever. Just today, she has gotten more advantageous and added the Tiramisu milk-foam on top, and we are so in love with it!!! Easy to say there are other Feng Cha locations around, unfortunately it is just not the same; we were traveling and ordered our same drinks in the Austin location and it was a huge disappointment there... It wasn't until later that we learned that not all locations cold-brew their teas overnight like this one here in Carrollton (the tea is just so much smoother that way)! We are sticking to this place big time and can't say it enough - LOVE this Feng Cha!!!
google avatar

Ashley P.

Yelp
This is now my most favorite place to get drinks at. If you're more into the tea side then I would definitely recommend Fengcha. Their tea is very flavorful and light. It's not too heavy or bland at all. Unlike their Arlington location, this location doesn't offer seasonal drinks. I first tried the rose oolong with Taro Milk foam and it was refreshing, but I would definitely recommend trying their osmanthus oolong tea at 50% less sugar with cheese milk foam. I had it the 2nd time and it was so delicious. The creaminess and light salty taste of the cheese foam really help enhance the tea. Since the tea was on the lighter side, it wasn't heavy on the stomach when I went after eating. The interior is small and they don't have their own bathroom, so you have to use KTVs bathroom next door. But overall, it's cozy and the next time I'm in town, I'll definitely try the other teas that they offer.
google avatar

Rainie T.

Yelp
The service is great. The boba is delicious. Didn't regret coming here at all. The boss is super sweet and friendly! Please come and support her business.

Yelp
Early grey tea with taro milk foam. This is the best boba tea ever. Definitely the best in town. The milk foam flavors taro, seasalt, milk, and matcha are unique compared to other places. If you ever get the chance check this place out.
