The dirty crème brûlée is amazing! I ordered mine at 50% sweetness, and my husband got his at full sweetness. We both loved it. It’s even better than The Alley—which I already love. I’ve officially found my new favorite spot!

They also offer some cake desserts, but I wouldn't recommend them. * Lychee Oolong: 9/10 - light and refreshing * Boba (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy, decent proportion * Oreo Cheese Cake: 4/10 - quite dense and heavy, cream was sour The interior was spacious and clean with plenty of seating. We came while they were hosting a KPOP cupsleeve event so the tables and chairs were rearranged differently. They're located in a plaza with other restaurants so it should be easy finding a spot. The workers were also nice and we didn't have to wait too long. Stop by and see it for yourself!

This is the most photogenic boba spot I've ever been to! They got a rose wall, comfy seating, and even fish tanks under their benches! Whether for a date or a boba run, this is the place to go. Plus their drinks and desserts are really good. I personally like the Purple Reign. It is not too sweet and has delicious real black grape in it.

This is my second time here. So fun so many drinks. I didn't care for their Thai tea, but love their fruit teas, mango breeze, and dirty cafe latte. There cheese foam is also deluxe in the right drink

Seems to be family-owned and the folks were very friendly! This place just opened last Sunday and I love this new boba shop. They got a dish underneath the seats which is super dope and has fish wowow. Boba was good I got the dirty boba. The prices are fair and a great place to drink boba and talk with friends

Quite a cute place to get boba and hangout! Me and my friend ordered the brown sugar dirty boba, and it was very good. The crunchy caramel really ties the flavors of the drink. Not to mention the decor within the store is very vibrant. You could take nice pictures in here.

I stopped by with my friends. We got the Dirty Cafe Latte, Superfood smoothie, and Taro (left to right). I really liked the smoothie. It was not too sweet. The bitterness balanced well with the sweetness. The basil seeds added a nice texture. The staff were very kind. They made sure we have what we wanted and were satisfied. The lady kindly informed me that with all the toppings I requested—boba and coffee jelly, plus the basil seeds and yogurt already in the drink—there might not be much room left for the smoothie itself. She didn't want me to have a bunch of toppings but not have the actual smoothie. Since I couldn't decide, she made a choice for me, and I'm glad she did. Whatever she made tasted good. The coffee jelly and the boba were not too sweet, which I prefer The drinks also came out normally quick. There are also nice seatings inside. Will definitely come back again.

cannot even tell you how much i've been dying to find THE boba place in orange county. not to bash anyone but went to bear cup down the street and couldn't sit there and pick between three drinks so i searched around and took a shot at feng cha, best decision of my life. huge variety of drinks from teas to coffee hot and cold! love the unique flavors and presentation. the little cakes were so good my favorite were the strawberry and oreo! salty sweet goodness. super light and airy. they have a register along with 2 kiosks. some vending machines and ramen! such a cozy fresh environment and oh my gosh, the staff. this young man was so attentive and helpful and listen to everything i ask and wondered. 1000/10 coming back again. this is now my favorite boba place. if you go, get the dirty thai or the crème brûlée milk tea!!

I used to go to this place very often but since I moved, I haven't been to here for so long. Today, I traveled back to Fullerton, so I stopped by and ordered a jasmine green milk tea, however, it tastes nothing like jasmine green tea. It tastes so bad and very bitter. The girls in the store are very nice and they helped me to make another one with regular sugar, the one I ordered is half sugar. However, it still tastes horrible. Anyways, I'll never come back

I have been going to this Feng Cha location since it opened back in 2022. I have always enjoyed coming to this boba location. It's so convenient as it's right next to the gym that I go to. Some of their drinks have been very consistent like the Jasmine Apple Green Tea or the matcha latte. The matcha latte is on the creamier side. It's not like your typical matcha latte you'd get at a coffee shop. If you prefer something creamier, definitely opt out for the matcha latte. Their fruit teas have always been refreshing. One of my favorites is the Jasmine Apple Green Tea. There are only a few tables inside so when it gets busy , I usually take my drinks to go. Or hang out with people outside of the shop. I love their decorations inside. Since Halloween is coming up, they have Halloween decor up right now. My only gripe is that sometimes the drinks are a hit and miss depending on what other items you get. Some of their teas aren't brewed as strongly as others as it tastes watered down. I'm also sad that they no longer have their point system available anymore when you order with the cashier. I'm not too sure about the kiosk. Something to keep in mind if you have a number tethered to obtain points.

Located in a small plaza, this Feng Cha shares parking with several other businesses. The inside is cute, there are a few tables and a vending machine with ramen and unique snacks you can buy. You can order drinks at the front or there are self serve kiosks to order the items yourself. I've noticed service overall has been pretty good. Sometimes there might be someone that gives stand off-ish vibes, but it's not a frequent occurrence so it doesn't bother me. I've been occasionally visiting this store for a while and personally, drinks have been a hit or miss. Some drinks are super sweet but tastes watered down if you order them less sweet. Other drinks, like their regular brewed teas, are light and refreshing. It really depends on your preference for drinks. The one thing I have noticed with this location though is how little boba pearls they give you in a drink. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence at this store, but ever since I've noticed this, I've stopped getting boba in my drinks here because of how little I've gotten in the past. I do prefer their drinks without boba personally so that's also just personal preference. That aside, they do have a decent variety of drinks to cater to different people. Personally, I've enjoyed the blended drinks or the regular brewed teas. If you do like drinks less sweet, do adjust accordingly to your preference. Overall, although not my first choice for a boba stop, it's not a bad spot for a sweet treat.

I came here on Chaewon day for their cupsleeve event on a warm summer day. I got a Mango Breeze which seemed like it would totally hit the spot. It was pretty good, but it wasn't something I feel like I could finish due to its sweetness - think of a mango hi-chew but in a liquid form. The grapefruit adds texture and a twist to the flavor, but I feel conflicted about it. I don't think I would get this drink again, but I would like to try their other drinks as it looks like they have a great assortment of options. The inside is a bit small but I do like the decor - it looks upscale with the marble vinyl and it's also comfortable with the couch seating, making it easy for small groups. The service was great - staff were super friendly and accommodating. They did a great job with welcoming me and providing mutual gratitude. Overall, while I'm not impressed by my drink, I would like to come back and try their other options.

When my grandkids come to spend the weekend, a lot of times one of our treats is boba from Feng Cha Teahouse. The boba is amazing and we get them with half sugar which is just the perfect sweetness. Service is good. A lot of younger kids maybe from the surrounding schools but they are mostly polite and helpful. Few tables and chairs. It's a very intimate setting and would be a nice place to hang out at.

My boyfriend and I were looking for some tbh isn't refreshing and came across Feng Cha. We came right before they closed and I was happy to see they were still taking orders. The staff member was helpful and recommended drinks based off of what I was looking for. We ended up getting their strawberry fruit tea and the summer melon fruit tea. The drinks came out fast and were delicious. We were also able to adjust our sweetness and ice level. There's plenty of seating inside as well as a cute photo op in the front. They even have a claw machine in the back!

My go-to study boba place! Drink menu has a great variety and are very delicous! It's less than 5 mins from CSUF and is a study spot for a lot of students but it's a nice, clean environment and is isn't super noisy which is nice. I rave about this place to everyone haha

Super cute place - good vibes indeed. Was perfect place for an afternoon tea and snack while visiting the kiddos. Wonderful selection of milk teas and personal size tea cakes (?) .. anyway yes ! Highly recommend this

Boba- 8/10 I was a bit disappointed with the amount of boba provided. I finished my drink halfway through, and there were hardly any boba left. For a drink of this size, a more generous portion would really balance out the drink.. Drink- 9/10 Creme Brulee Dirty Boba- I usually ask for 75% sweetness in my drinks, but today it tasted more like 60%. I'm not sure who made it, but it didn't have the same flavor I typically enjoy. Service- 10/10 the guy who helped me was super smiley and welcoming Cost- 6/10 $6.75 in total with boba.

Service was super nice, welcomed us and told us to let them know if we had questions. We ordered at the kiosk. Our drinks were both 50% sweet but they just asked watered down. Boba is like books to me, I love it! So whenever I find out about a new boba shop, I have to visit. This location has changed quite a few times and this is one of my favorite changes. The tea house is cute and has some really cool decor to take that perfect photo for IG and Yelp. Shout out to the staff who were great. I felt bad because some lady was there ordering drinks for her manager and was being super difficult because they wanted to make sure they got their points to redeem for rewards on a later date. Staff kept their cool and remained professional throughout the transaction. I ended up ordering the Summer Melon and it was so refreshing. The fresh fruit added to the drink was so good and tart. The boba was excellent, not overcooked which is a pet peeve of mine. The Strawberry Overload was also really good and the fresh strawberries were an added perfection. Apparently there are other locations, so I would definitely like to visit and check out their specialty drinks to relax and enjoy the ambience.

I love trying somewhere I haven't tried before, especially when it comes to boba. Unfortunately, this hit the mark. I came on a Tuesday afternoon to pick up some boba and bring it home to family. I ordered 4 drinks, among the drinks I ordered were the Dirty Black Milk Tea (which is supposed to come with "soft brown sugar boba") and the Cookie Crush which I personally added boba to. Sadly, when I got home, both of them did not have boba. I admit, I should have checked before I left because they were placed in a cup holder in a bag by the people working there, but also I shouldn't have to check. It wasn't even busy, there was one customer sitting at the tables and me. Cute decor, didn't have to wait long for the drinks to be made (probably because they forgot the boba), the drinks were actually pretty good, I really wanted to find a regular spot in this area, but I don't think I'd go back.

Came here while waiting for my food order at Pho Amie next door. I ordered a passion fruit tea with boba via their kiosk. My drink was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way. Drink tasted great and was on par with the passion fruit tea I've had at many other boba shops. Inside, it has a very cute and classy aesthetic with tables and chairs. Great place for studying or catching up with friends.

I was craving a sweet boba and came across Feng Cha. Easy to park and quick to order. I like that you can customize your sweetness level. Wish it had a bit more matcha flavor, but did not disappoint nonetheless.

An alright boba shop and is really close to cal state Fullerton. I did order the milk tea with crystal boba but got regular boba instead.

I have been to Feng Cha a lot especially this location because campus is near by and went for the Cha wars and it was lovely and warm inside! I got their chrysanthemum honey ginger tea (iced) with boba and it was actually my first time getting it and it was so good! I definitely will get it again!

This used to be my favorite place and I used to go at least twice a week but the new management must have made pretty significant changes as the teas I used to order no longer taste anywhere the same. 50% sugar is just watered down. And peach oolong really doesn't taste like peach at all. More akin to sugar water with a hint of tea. I gave a few weeks for the new owner to settle in in hopes they would be able to improve but the teas are still watered down sugar water.

Vy was AMAZING! I was a train wreck today but she was SO kind and helped all the kids make the right choice. She also did a solid looking out for sweetness. The drinks were solid and unique. The fave was the mango sago inspired. Great drinks and service-- Will definitely be back!

Found this tea spot thanks to Yelp. There's plenty of seating and there were a few people studying. Not busy, so helped right away and drinks ready quickly. Both had exactly what was asked of them, less sweet and lite ice. The strawberry breeze was cool and creamy. The kiwi basil had the right amount of basil seeds.

Had to try the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and it did not disappoint. Just the right amount of sweet, even the foam is so good it's makes you want to have a bowl full. Ordering is quick and easy. Just walk up, use the tablet.

RIP to the old Kung Fu Tea that used to be here before Feng Cha. After some yakitori and sushi, my friends and I were parched and dropped by here. Looks like fruit tea is abundant on their menu but I went for a coffee milk tea. Best of both worlds -- sweetness of a milk tea and the caffeine kick from the espresso. I also found it randomly amusing that they have mini aquariums under the benches near the front.

One of my favorite boba shops in this area. I used to come here maybe once a week during the summer and only for their mango fantasy drink, which was a seasonal drink unfortunately. Ever since they've taken it off the menu, I've struggled to find a new favorite drink, but everything I have tried has been good on average. Ambiance is clean and modern, and it looks like a great study spot. It gets loud when it's packed inside, but otherwise, it's a great place to hang out and grab boba. I haven't tried their desserts, but those look yum too.

This place was kind of tucked away, but I'm so glad I tried it! I think it's the best in the area, the boba was perfectly chewy and had the right amount of sweetness. We tried the Jasmine Milk Tea with matcha foam and the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba, both drinks were great! The jasmine MT with matcha foam had a nice floral flavor, but the matcha flavor was too subtle. Both were perfect sweetness without any adjustments but I would do less sweet if you don't like sweet drinks already. It was pretty empty when I went so I would say it's a good place to study or do work. The people working were friendly and drinks came out fast!

My daughter and i love coming here. Its kinda hidden in the back of the plaza but has plenty of parking. My fave is the peach oolong milk tea with boba while my daughters is the dirty milk tea with boba. Staff is friendly and it does get busy sometines. Very spacious and a good place to meet up with friends or to study after school.

What better way to celebrate my 1000th review with a reputable business like Feng Cha Teahouse? I first tried their Las Vegas location years ago then frequented their Costa Mesa location and then their Buena Park location. I've only tried two different drinks out of all my visits but have stuck with one particular one that I really liked every single time. I got their Kiwi Basil Green Tea. I usually go 50% sweet but this time I got it 25% sweet and it was perfect! Everything is fantastic including the base jasmine green tea, kiwi, and basil seeds. Got it with regular amount of ice and it was a very decent portions unlike many other places these days that go heavy on the ice. At $6 per drink, it is definitely a great price! I went in about 10 minutes after they opened and the two people working inside were very chill. Drinks were made in a timely manner and provided excellent service from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I received my drink and walked out the door. Feng Cha Teahouse always manages to hire the perfect people that excel in providing great customer service and this spot had the best employees I've encountered. I 100% recommend this location and I will be back soon!

The Vietnamese coffee is very good. I also had the Mega Greens... I really loved the texture and taste and felt so energized from that combo... the service was polite and professional. They have WiFi and it's a comfy spot... It has a nice vibe...

This place makes me miss Kung Fu tea! The drink was ok, but their service is lacking. A dry welcome, barely knowing the menu....off putting to say the least. The drink was over priced, but the ingredients were decent. Note sure if I'd come back. The inside is cute though.

The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and a great place to pick up boba or hangout. They have arcade games in the back and a cool fish tank chair up in the front. The boba was great, soft and fresh, but the drinks come very sweet (even at 50%!) Something to keep in mind if you do not like sweet drinks We got the dirty boba which is milk, boba, cheese foam and creme brulee. It was delicious but 50% sweet felt regular.

Drinks are good. Depending on the sweetness level it's hit or miss from one visit to the next. Reason for my review is, in my last couple of visit I've tried to use the offers they send but they've changed their rewards app. However, I'm still receiving text messages of promotions. I mentioned it to the gals there and apologize saying they can't be accepted. Well if they're not accepted and people are still receiving messages about it, it would be nice if they could accept it or reach out to the previous program to stop sending out promotions/ coupons they're not going to honor.

Fragrant tea, delicious sweetened drinks and best of all.., the boba texture is PERFECT every time! The foam toppings take milk teas up a notch and sooo good! Also love that we can substitute non caffeinated drinks with sparkling water which I haven't seen other boba shops offer.

Me and two other friends came in this Sunday around 4:30pm and we were all greeted immediately by a super sweet young girl. We looked over the menu for a couple minutes and our order was taken right away. The drinks took just a few minutes to come out and we all got something different so we could try multiple drinks. WOW, All three drinks were delicious! The inside was super aesthetic and even had a few claw games. They had plenty of seating and we found front row parking upon arrival. I will be back!

Always a pleasure coming here for a quick refreshment! Their staff are very prompt and nice every time I visit. Feels like this place never changes, which is great because they were already amazing and have been very persistent on their service and quality of the drinks and cakes. They maintain this place so clean with various cute interior items such as flower wall, fish tanks, claw machine, etc. and it's so cool inside with the AC on all the time.

The newest Feng Cha location in Fullerton has their grand opening event going on this weekend with BOGO deals through today! The first 100 guests got a free drink, which we got thankfully! It's a pretty warm day too so they passed out ice cold water bottles to everyone in line. That was a very nice & cool thing to do for us. I went with the Strawberry Breeze, which is their sweetest fruity drink. Mixed with milk and lychee jelly. It's so refreshing and very strawberry. I tasted the Summer Melon drink and it was very good too, with fresh watermelon pulp inside. They serve some desserts too, and they all sound amazing. We will have to come back to try those.

One of the most Beautiful Tea Shop that I've gone to...Fish tank under the seats YES!!! When i saw Feng Cha was replacing Kung Fu Tea. I was super Stoked! Hubby use to always bring the Creme Brûlée Dirty Boba & other drinks from the Buena Park Location. Now i have a local one. They had their Grand Opening celebration this weekend 07.22-23 which included BOGO free all weekend. My 1st visit was on 06.30.23 during their soft opening in the daytime. What we've tried ~ Creme Brûlée Dirty Boba is highly recommended. On the sweeter side. You can adjust the sweetness level. It's topped w cheese foam & caramelized sugar on top. My favorite here & my daughter too. ~ Taro Freeze is a slush. Really good taro flavor. My oldest son fav. If you're looking for a much cooler frozen drink. This is for you especially if you love Taro flavor items. ~ Peach Oolong tea is really good and fruity along w it being a bit on the sweeter side. I added lychee jelly & topped w cheese foam matcha powder on top. This is a really refreshing drink ~ Matcha Love cake dessert is yummy. Cake is really soft like an angel food. Sponge type of cake topped w matcha & pocky sticks. My daughter loved it as well. BOBA is really good. Soft chewy & good tasting. Associate was really friendly & service was fast along being great. They have lovely soft comfortable seatings with pretty floral centerpiece. Love love their floral wall. Great for photos along w the entire chic boba shop vibes. Girl working cashier was fairly nice and was super dedicated to her job and greeting customers. I can tell that feng cha is devoted to their customer service!! The drinks themselves were also very good and very accommodating to remaking the drink if sweetness is not to customers taste. I would like to say that a rude customer came in today while I was there studying and they approached the situation with best care and made sure the customers needs were meant something very few small boba shops have :) Overall the cashier Ani and ambiance there was super welcoming clean and very fun and aesthetic. I got a drink similar to matcha latte and jasmine tea and they were great would come again and highly recommend to just chill and maybe even study!!!

Taste good! I live nearby and when I saw this is the new boba place, I am so excited! As what I read from the reviews that the dessert are so good, the drinks too and it's a cozy place! When I came there, they re not that crowded, and the table arrangements are ok for a limited space, as the store is not that big, the interior is cool, not too loud music as well. We ordered: *Vietnamese Coffee, 4star *Mango Au Lait, 5star (this is my drink, and it's so good, the mango chunks are in good amount, and it's not watery) Oreo Cheese, 5star (oh! This is surprisingly good! The cheese and Oreo taste didn't overpower each other, they mix it well!) For service, they're fast! But! There was a misunderstanding though I actually wanted Oreo cheese cake (dessert) not the drink! That's why I repeated myself before I pay, 2 drinks and 1 cake. Apparently I was so surprised it came in drink! And when I check the menu, oh! They have the drink in it too! well, it's ok. I can just go back again! But just to those who want to try their dessert, better repeat the order again to the employee to avoid the misunderstanding like my order! So far it's good, and yes! I'll be back for dessert! The Kiwi Basil Green tea was delicious. I didn't get it too sweet, so it was perfect. It was my first time at this tea house.The service was great and the ambiance was very beautiful.

This place has the nicest interior I've ever seen. There is water trickling down in front of the sign down to aquarium tanks that they have under the seats. You can hear the sound of the water as you enjoy your drinks & dessert! As for the service, they got my drink wrong the first time but were apologetic and happy to fix it. The worker was very helpful when giving us suggestions and the drinks my friend and I got were great! Not out of this world, but definitely above average in my opinion.

It was a hot day and our family decided to stop by Feng Cha to order some boba. We ordered online and then drove over to the store. We went inside and we were the only ones there, welcomed by the staff as we walked in. They were really nice and told us to just hang around until they were done. The interior was really aesthetic and clean with white walls and light greenery around the whole store. The seats in the front near the "Feng Cha Fullerton" decor had an aquarium underneath them, so I spent some time looking at what they had swimming in there. I ordered the dirty boba which is what I usually order from Feng Cha. It's a brown sugar milk tea and it was made just the way I like it. The boba was soft and the level of brown sugar was just the right amount. Everyone else really enjoyed their drinks, so it was definitely a successful trip.
