Feng Shui Kitchen

It was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were surprised to see how nice it was inside. Though small, it was neat and well maintained. We ordered Shanghai noodles, egg drop soup, chicken lomein, and the chicken fried rice. Kids loved the egg drop soup, chicken Lomein was just okay, and the chicken fried rice was great. Shanghai was our first time to try and we didn't like it that much! Overall 3/5.

Stopped in here for a quick dinner. I had egg rolls and house lo mein. Very tasty with friendly service and nice atmosphere. I would definitely eat here again.

Phenomenal food. It's hard to find good Chinese food these days but this place still has some of, if not the, best Chinese food around!

We had the sesame beef and the crispy duck. They were both pretty good. Feb 2024: Seafood delight and Kung Pao chicken. The Seafood Delight is their best dish.

This is the quality of food they provided. Cucumbers were completely rotten and lettuce was moldy and slimy. Waste of money. Didn’t trust the sushi after seeing this.

Service was a bit slow. An error on the order when it finally came out, apps were a bit cool. Takeout might make for a better experience but I would try it again out of pure convenience.

We went here Saturday before a movie at the local AMC theater. WOW what a great experience. Convenient location, lots of parking, clean & cozy ambience with immaculate bathrooms. We ordered 5 different sushi dishes including yellowtail sashimi. Simply divine, tender & flavorful with every bite. This place is our newest hidden gem. Worth the drive from central new hampshire. Excellent service and quality food.

The food was wonderful and our server handled our party of 7 very well.

For those who may follow my reviews, you'll recall that I was on the fence between trying the signature wings over the original chicken wings in order to determine if and what the difference was between the two. Turns out....you really DO pay two extra dollars for improved flavor. As ironically hysterical as that is, I honestly don't have a problem with it. It may very well be the quintessential reason for me granting this place another star. Since the time of writing my initial review, we've ordered take-out from this place more times than I can count. And they have consistently delivered in promptness, taste, and flavor every single time. I guess what I'm saying is....it's nice to know that first impression wasn't simply a fluke. I won't retread any former points I made. You can read the review which precedes this one if you want the full 'deetz'. Instead, I came here mainly to briefly discuss the significance between the signature wings versus the original chicken wings. And like I said, it's basically flavor. On the one hand, you've got the original chicken wings - which are rather prosaic both in flavor and appearance. They're....fine, for what they are. But pretty much....they're just regular chicken wings. Not much to write home about. On the other hand, if you opt for the $2 upgrade, what you'll experience with their signature wings will be nothing short of phenomenal. Not only are they jam packed with 10 times more flavor than their plebeian counterpart, they also have a kick of spice to them and also come garnished with sautéed onions. And, of course, I took a photo to illustrate what I'm describing here. I also wanted to expand a bit more on why their online ordering service is so outstanding. You can totally place orders in advance and, to our experience, they've always had our order ready for pickup the minute we arrive. So, yeah....their timing is spot-on! One time, we even somehow qualified for a $5 discount. Noice! Far as we're concerned, this place is the crème de la crème of Chinese take-away (lack of egg drop soup not withstanding). The fact that we're willing to make the 20 mile hike from Nashua and back every month or so should speak volumes. Feng Shui is now officially worth 5 unbelievably delectable signature wings seasoned to perfection out of 5.

My daughter did a delivery order and didn't get what we wanted. What was ordered was kung pao chicken and philly roll with avocado instead of cucumber, rice and soups. The philly roll had cucumber and we got chicken with cashew. So not sure what happened between placing the order vs what they received and delivered. Food was good but not what we wanted.

This is a very good place for fresh sushi. The restaurant is clean and spacious. They also offer lunch buffets but we haven't tried that yet. Maybe one day we will. We ordered the fried calamari which was a bit greasy and the finishing salt was a little heavy on some parts. The Kani salad was delicious and so was the miso soup. We ordered the Feng Shui Maki, Jalepeno Maki, and Spicy Blue Crab Maki. My favorite roll was the Feng Shui. It's a must try. We also ordered the sashimi regular which had beautiful and fresh cuts of assorted fish. We enjoyed our dinner very much and we will be going back for more. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't so busy but it definitely deserves to be filled up. We hope this establishment continues to stay around for a very long time. Also, there is parking in the back of the restaurant so no side parking search needed. Very convenient location just down the street from CrossPoint in Lowell.

Ordered the Pad Thai for take-out today. Terrible! Cold, uncooked noodles, gross tasting day old chicken and shrimp. So disappointing!

I see you continue to still be stingy on the duck sauce? I haven't been back in a quite a while but $60 deep and this is where we still are with the teeny 1 container. I put a polite note on my order to please include enough. Laugh it off, yes I acknowledge this review is a little ridiculous, but constructive criticism builds genuinely better business & it's annoying to pay & not have enough, especially in a world that's expensive it irks me with stuff like this so I do feel compelled to review. Do better please & thank you! I recommend Lilac Blossom, it's amazing even if quite a bit farther from me.

The service can be a bit slow. Sushi is decent, but food in general is a bit hit or miss. DO NOT order the tempura. Their tempura is by far the worst I have ever had. Its hard and chewy - not at all what you want in a tempura.

They told us they would open at 11:30 they were 20 minutes away. We asked if they could sit six,admittedly no reservations and they said yes. Then when they kept delaying I asked what was going on, now noon. They asked if we had reservations, said no and it was then they said we won't seat you. So we waited almost an hour to finally be told to leave. Their service sucks

We just finished our delivered, take out order. It was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed the still crispy and fully stuffed crab Rangoon,and excellent shrimp shui mai. Full marks for the beef teriyaki sticks - "thick" strips of tender beef cooked perfectly - best I've had. The orange chicken was extremely tender and perfectly coated and not gummy which we've had from others. We wanted to acknowledge the prompt delivery and excellent food while the joy was still vivid in our minds' and palates'.

The only reason I pick up take out from here is because it is only 5 minutes from my home. If I want good Chinese I go to Nashua and frequent Lilac Blossom where chefs should go to eat to learn how to make great Chinese food.

Small place, good service, and the food was really good. We saw this place and it looks like a little whole in the wall, so we weren't sure what to expect. Looks are deceiving. If you're in the area do stop in. You won't be disappointed. When they say the food is spicy, they mean it. I will definitely be back . Also good scorpion bowl!

Kinda shit service, waited an extrlong time for them to come up and ask for drinks and our orders. But the food was absolutely delicious. 8/10 I'd come back

I ordered sweet and sour chicken, crispy beef with sesame, and vegetable chow mein. The sweet and sour chicken was fried chicken with a container of sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was soggy with grease and tasted only like bad oil. The crispy beef was soggy as can be accompanied by broccoli that might have been older than me. It looked overcooked, but it was actually crunchy and just very old. I'm not very familiar with chow mein, but I expected it to have noodles in it. It didn't have them, but aside from that, it was incredibly bland. I like bean sprouts and cabbage, but they do need SOME kind of seasoning. These were just boiled in starchy water. Very disappointed. I keep hoping to find a reliably OK Chinese restaurant in this area, but the search continues.

Ever since they opened in Tyngsboro we've been big fans. Over the last year though the quality has been variable, sometimes great sometimes not. One thing I really hate is freezer burned chicken. It's happened here frequently with the chicken skewers and chicken fingers being tough and chewy. My wife loves kung pao chicken and lately it's been bland without much heat. Others have commented on lack of ducksauce and have to agree. While I understand the rising prices they have to step up their game to kerp business

What a great find! It was a little tricky finding our way in, as the door is not marked, but we were happy we did. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is lovely, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

The outside of this restaurant is so deceiving! I had a take out order that I ordered online and the inside of this restaurant is so so nice and I will definitely be going back to dine in! Also food was delish

Sushi was not fresh and over priced for the quality. We order sushi sashimi boat for 2. It didn't come on a boat and the tuna was turning grey.

So the restaurant was un-assuming on the outside. But the restaurant inside was intimate and pristine. I opted for a Makimono lunch special before going into work. This place was right off the highway and I can order online for a scheduled pickup, and be on my way. I think I ended up leaving the house salad at work because once I hit the floor I didn't stop, and when I punched out salad was the last thing on my mind. There was miso soup and you can opt for two or three types of sushi. I went for the three. Getting out to the car, of course the bag with the miso soup is the one to fall. But it was in a bag, so I was safe! Upon arriving to work, opened the bag, pulled the container out and onto a plate, and poured the soup back in. Easy peasy! Oh it was good by the way. The sushi, I had mixed reviews on. I opted for Alaskan, Idaho, and Nagihami. Now I'm kind of ignorant to sushi in general, and there's no description of a lot of the sushi on the menu. So I had to Google to get an idea of what I wanted. The Nagihami was the one I think I didn't like. There was one that had a bit of crunch to it, that I really liked, and the other was just 'meh.' Of course I wasn't sure what the other two were. With generous portions of pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.

Second visit, this time as a party of 6 with a reservation. Very good service and food, we tried soup, salad, sushi and Chinese. All good. Note its beer/wine only. Not a big deal but if u like a Mai tai with your dinner, it won't be here. My only complaint is that they didn't honor the yelp checkin coupon at 10%off. Yes, it pops up with a May 2014 expiration, but it's still popping up so they ought to honor it.

We tried 4 different specialty rolls and they were all fresh and delicious. Our least favorite (surprisingly, was the Feng Shui roll. Our most favorite was the Volcano maki. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and I was surprised that there weren't more people there. I learned that it's more of a to go place. The only negative really, was that we really wanted a scorpion bowl for two..but they are waiting on a full liquor license...so only beer and wine was available..we stuck to water.

Excellent food and price! We will definitely order from here again. Friendly and welcoming.

Have been a customer for years but a recent visit left a really bad impression, I won't be returning. When I came in to pick up my takeout order I saw and interacted with 2-3 employees, all of whom were not wearing a mask on their face but rather had them pulled down around their chin or on their neck. If they aren't wearing masks in the 'front of the house' I'm sure the chefs who prepared my food, breathing over it and packaged it up were not wearing a mask either. If that weren't bad enough, when I got home I went to transfer a container of steamed vegetables into a bowl when a LIVE SPIDER crawled out of the takeout container. Needless to say, all $50 worth of food went in the trash. Extremely disappointing! And scary.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this business deserves it. I often order delivery here. The gentleman who delivers the food asked how I was doing (I was recovering from surgery when I started ordering here) I always leave a generous tip, but last time there was an extra twenty that was given, and the man noticed it after leaving, turned around and knocked on our door, just to tell us he believed we overpaid by giving an extra twenty. The food is fresh, delivery is fast and always correct, and the man who does the delivery is such a kind, genuine, caring person. I love this restaurant- they deserve all the praise in the world!

The food is great, but the last 2 times I couldn't even eat my food at work because they didn't put a fork in the bag. I ordered a chicken dinner and got rice with it the last time, but the second time they failed to put the rice in. Their prices are kind of high, but I love eating here once in a while because their food is so good. It's unfortunate, but I may not be ordering from them anymore if they keep messing up. It doesn't really make sense to have high prices and poor service. Every time I call they always have some sort of attitude.

Passing thru after shopping in Nashua. Yelp reviews helped us decide to stop in on a Friday evening a little bit before 9 PM. There was one car parked near the restaurant which is in a strip mall but no other cars around. By the looks from the outside, we weren't really sure if they were open but when we pulled on the door, they were definitely open. We were greeted by a very friendly host and seated at a booth on one side of the restaurant and there was only one table of two diners in our section. Our waiter came over immediately to take our drink orders (tap water) and one hot tea for my friend while we reviewed the menu. We decided to share a bowl of the wonton soup, the black mushrooms, bamboo shoots and peapod stir-fry and the house special fried rice. The wonton soup came out pretty quickly and it was a modest sized bowl with about six wontons. We both thought it was very salty but wontons tasted fresh. Are two of the dishes came shortly and they were delicious. Peapods we're cooked perfectly, crispy and sauce tasty but not heavy. Rice had very little soy sauce which is the way we prefer it and the rice was perfectly cooked. Didn't taste like it was made days ago and had been sitting around. Soup, a 3 but everything else a 5 star! Very clean restaurant including the bathrooms. Friendly, attentive staff. Reasonably priced! We would return to try some of their other dishes!

The place was packed...and looking from the outside it didn't seem like that nice of a restaurant. Once you got inside it had a much more modern and upscale look. The service was slow but that was due to not enough Sushi Chefs (just 1). The restaurant needs to remedy that in the future because everyone was ordering sushi and people were waiting up to 30 minutes for the meals (sushi). Once the food arrived, it was almost worth the wait. It was fresh, very well prepared and had excellent presentation. The Sushi quality was better than the Feng Shui in Chelmsford, Ma (I believe they are a chain). Everything else was great (drinks, waitress service and environment). I would go again (and they have a Groupon - even better). Recommended...especially for Sushi heads!

Feng Shui is a pretty good, pretty typical Chinese takeout place. Unlike some similar restaurants, the food is really consistent. Like some similar restaurants, you'll wonder how you managed to spend so much money. I appreciated that they packed the Shanghai pan fried crispy noodles ($12) separately from the beef/chicken/shrimp/veggie/sauce mixture, so everything stayed fresh and we could mix it together ourselves at home. The portion for this dish was giant! The spinach fried rice ($9) is definitely a great option if you want something more exciting than plain rice without adding more meat to your meal. I wish I saw it at more places! The dumplings ($6) have a thinner/more traditional skin than you usually see with takeout, which was good, but made the portion of 6 seem a little skimpy. The scallion pancakes/crab rangoon/etc. are all exactly like you would expect. It's nice that they offer sushi as well! It's usually pretty empty in here, since I think they do mostly takeout. The inside of the restaurant seems very clean and modern, though! If I lived in this area, I'd probably call Feng Shui my go-to place for all the Chinese takeout classics!

We went here because they had a Groupon offer a while back. I pass this place every day on my way to work. The outside DOES NOT do this place justice. The inside is VERY nice!!! So much so, I was surprised when we walked in for the first time. Don't let how it looks from the outside deter you. They had reasonable prices and good service. Plenty of parking, and we didn't have to wait at all. We got the Sushi and Sashimi deluxe for two. It wasn't as much food as I expected having visited other sushi places. For $45ish, I expected a bit more. But, the food was good. TONS of people were doing takeout. There was someone in there every few minutes picking up an order. Definitely try it out!

The restaurant is located in a random strip mall in Tyngsboro. Parking is ample. We went on a Friday night and there was only one other table dining. We started with seaweed salad and a special white fish maki roll along with a shrimp tempura/eel roll. Both were fine but not AMAZING. The crispy duck was not what I imagined. I thought it would be a crispy skin duck but it was battered and deep fried duck with a sweet sauce. The fried soft shell crab was very good. Restaurant is a bit upscale compared to other Chinese restaurants nearby. I thought it was OK.

Always have had a good meal here. Service is efficient and friendly. All entrees are prepared fresh to order and served as they are ready. Our personal favorite is the Imperial Couple which is a shrimp and scollops entree with broccolli. There is a good amount of both shrimps and scollops and the shrimp are the nice meaty size (thumb like) not the tiny pinky ones found at other places. The sauce has a nice tang and not too spicy and the broccoli florets are cooked to a perfect tenderness. The crab Rangoons are like puffs of sweet magic with actual pieces of crab or possibly imitation crab and very tasty. The string beans are another great option. I've never had any sushi so I can't comment on those offerings. I have had several of the chicken dishes and a few of the beef ones too. They are all good. All the vegetables in the dishes are cooked nicely and chopped into bite size pieces. The house lomein has a great potpouri of ingredients. The dining areas are small so it could be tough for a large crowd. They serve beer and wine only- No cocktails. They frequently have a Groupon and I take advantage of that but we go even without one because we enjoy the food so much.

Great sushi, not traditional Chinese dishes and that is ok! We loved the flavors, portions were good for sharing. A little on the pricier side but it is all quality and with sushi I am scared of "affordable". I recommend this neighborhood restaurant.

I absolutely love the sushi here! My husband and I come here atleast once a week! Even with this whole pandemic, we still order it to go! Not only is the sushi amazing and a good price, the staff is super nice. We will be moving to northern NH soon and we only hope we can find sushi as good as this place!

This little place is gem. They make the best sushi and the rolls are great. Feng Shui roll is crazy good. I have found the delivery is early 9 out of 10 times. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I don't take lightly in criticizing a restaurant but today I ordered General Gao and the chicken was so tough we couldn't eat it, literally. This has happened before quite a while a go but we thought we would try again. It won't happen again. Lilac Blossom is a little bit further but the food is so superior. Take it for what its worth. Sometimes you have to learn on your own. Good luck!!!

I love that they deliver! I have eaten there and it is a nice experience, lovely and nice for family etc. I think it awesome to be able to order GooD tasting food and not leave home!!! This redefines "ordering take out". The in restaurant experience is very nice. They have hibachi stoves, you watch while the cooks entertain you and regular Chinese food downstairs. The ambiance is nice, the staff are pleasant, parking available and this is a child friendly place. The prices are competitive and the food is good. I would recommend this place hands down. But the best part is you can order your favorite dish and know you will love the food.

Most Chinese restaurants food is either salty or sketchy and makes you feel like shit afterwards, but Feng Shui Kitchens Chinese cuisine hits the spot when you are craving good Chinese food!

Loved the one in Westford...closed now but fingers crossed that one reopens... Another of my favorites...very busy takeout but I love how clean and small it is inside Also nicely decorated...give it a try when it reopens..you will not be disappointed

Great Sushi and Crab Rangoon. Last time I ordered pickup however, they forgot my egg rolls that I was charged for. But accidents happen.

If they're not going to serve fresh sushi, I'd rather that they say that sushi isn't available. I've had good sushi here in the past, but today it was bad.

Pleasantly surprised that the food was so good. Small place with no bar but drinks were great. I usually judge a Chinese restaurant by how crisp and hot the chicken wings are. Very crisp and very hot. Have to say, I will go back.

I had a great experience for my first time. The decor is great, very clean & modern. When I walked in, I almost forgot that I was in Tyngsboro. We ordered the chicken pine nuts lettuce wraps for an appetizer (pretty good) and for our entree we got sizzling beef & scallops and shrimp with green beans. Both were very good, seasoned well without the extra saltiness that most Chinese places are known for. The sizzling beef & scallops came in a white sauce as opposed to brown which actually made it more delicious than usual. Also, they didn't skimp on the shrimp and scallops (a huge plus). We enjoyed our meal so much we ventured into dessert. This wasn't as impressive. The portions are small and the prices are all around $6-$7. We initially started with creme brulee but couldn't bear to finish it as it was frozen in the middle still and they didn't torch the top to get that crispy shell. (The best part of eating creme brulee is cracking the top with a spoon!) Our waiter happily exchanged our dessert for a chocolate ganache cheesecake which was delicious but again, too meager of a portion for the price. Overall I'm a fan. I think its perfect for date night & best of all it's authentic Chinese food. (I would know, I'm Chinese) I will be back to try their coconut shrimp, I was intrigued by that but wasn't in the mood for anything fried at the time.

What a little gem. On our way to The Butterfly Place, we needed lunch. In somewhat healthy eating mode, we decided on sushi. Feng Shui is extremely clean, looks nice, and the service is great. We each had the Bento box sushi. $11 for 8 pieces of sushi, plus 4 pieces of sashimi, and it includes a cup of miso soup and a little bowl of salad. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a peaceful atmosphere, and a really nice precursor to The Butterfly Place.

I don't understand why this place isn't packed. The outside is nondescript, but the interior is welcoming and beautifully done. The food is consistently excellent. I have been here several times with guests who have raved about the food and presentation. The sushi is fresh and carefully crafted. Entrees are not typical of some Chinese fast food places, but are very tasty. Try the Philadelphia roll if you're not a big fan of sushi (smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese, wrapped in sticky rice). Prices are very reasonable for such quality. I fear Tyngsboro cannot support such a classy place, since I've never seen the restaurant busy.

Very surprised to find great decor and amazing food once you step in. From outside it's not even a hole in the wall. From inside it's a cozy Asian chic atmosphere you don't want to leave. A little overpriced. We get more and better in Cambridge for the money. But overall, awesome.

Best described as better quality Chinese food with some healthy options. A family favorite is the coconut shrimp. It is a must have!

Five stars food and service. But beware - Yelp popped up a 10% off coupon, went to use it and it was 4 years old (expired). Don't know how that happened, but it made me look like an idiot. As they say, shame me once shame on you - shame me twice shame on me. Beware.
