Fenton Bar and Grill

The wings are quite good. I keep going back for them. This last visit, I decided to order the B.B.B.B.L.T. Why are there 4 Bs? Well, the menu says it’s *piled high* with their house bacon. Alright, I’ll give it one B even though I’ve had more bacon on BLTs elsewhere. This one, however, needs some help. There were no actual strips of bacon, just broken pieces. The other 3 Bs are for the birds in this case. Go for the wings, skip the bLT.

This is a fun place to visit, especially on a nice sunny day. Friendly staff set in an open patio style seating. Great place to get burgers, wings and a cold beverage.

Just passing thru for the night. Had a great meal, friendly service and a lively atmosphere! Our server Jamie was funny and sweet! I would definitely come back if we stop in town again.

Make sure you've either got three friends to help you out away most of the serving of the delicious tater tots, or take the leftovers home if you've got an air fryer at home (they reheat just fine, btw). Last time, I loved the pretzel bites and wings. I will definitely be back. Friendly, attentive, fun staff and great sound system playing great music.

Great customer service! Fried Mushrooms is why I chose this place. Did not disappoint. The ranch dressing was good as well. Fried pickles were ok, but not knock your socks off good. Nachos were great. The cheese on them was so delicious! They gave salsa, but it was such as small portion and seemed like an out of the jar salsa. I know they can do better that this. Hope this review pushes them that way. Would I go back? Absolutely! Customer service is worth a premium!

What makes a sports/local bar stand out? In my opinion it's local, has great food, fun vibe and great cocktails! FBAG, the name used by locals, hits the mark on all counts! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Sports fans watching football on the many screens provided and people just gathering for trashed wings and beer. Sometimes simplicity equals comfort. That's how you'll feel, especially if Chuck the owner is checking in with everyone to make sure the food is good and they are having a good time. The menu is huge with a lot of options, but they are known for their trashed wings (be patient they take a little time to prepare). The fried green beans are so good and salads are huge and delicious. Everyone can find a favorite here. The vibe is local fun. Nothing fancy, nor needed. With a great staff you feel welcome to sit in the various areas inside at the bar, on the enclosed patio, or the outside seating weather permitting. Live bands in the summer- check the website. Great for families! Be prepared to be patient with the service. They do their best, but sometimes the food takes a while to come out of the kitchen.

Located in an industrial park bit people know how to find it because it was packed on a Sunday afternoon. They have patio seating (enclosed for colder weather, full bar, happy hour specials ( even on the weekend) . Service is fast and the food was good , grilled chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful served with crispy fries . Husband's burger was grilled well and seasoned perfectly and onion rings were good. Definitely a place to catch a game and a drink or two with friends.

Great location for after work happy hour. Good draft beer selection too. I have narrowed myself to just ordering appetizers here because the sandwich selection is just okay. I asked for no tomatoes and received all the toppings. Season fries are good. Don't order the chips...no good. Wings are excellent. Order the trashed version. Fried mushrooms are good too. Wish they had more four-top seating instead of three-top seating and chairs could use some updating for comfort. I'd stay at work if I wanted meeting-ass.

Had lunch at Fenton Bar & Grill and it has friendly servers and a kind of a nice dive ambience and is located in an industrial court. I began with a cup of chili with beans as an appetizer that was good and reminded me of my Mom's chili who was a great cook so as to say the chili was very good! However my meatball sandwich I ordered was pretty mid. The meatballs were overcooked and my last bite the last meatball was actually all dried out, yuck. The tater tots I had were really good though especially since I get tired of French fries so they were a tasty alternative to fries. I had iced tea to drink that was good since checking out the bar I didn't see a lot of craft brews, and I don't count Blue Moon as a craft brew though nothing against Blue Moon but I only saw a Schlafley's beer on tap but wasn't what I wanted.

Just had to give Fenton Bar and Grill another shout out and 5 star review. The fish sandwich is the best and this time I took 1/2 the fish home because it is stacked! Inside can get noisy. The enclosed deck is the best. Servers are so sweet and huddle to provide exceptional service. We have always loved this place.

We had a great time on Friday night! We found ourselves without kids on a beautiful night, perfect for al fresco dining and opted for the Fenton Bar and Grill where the band Jobs 360 was playing. The place was jumping what with college football, a chiefs game, the Cardinals game and a live band, plus a birthday luau in full swing for three of the waitresses, but we were able to find a table on the covered deck immediately. We started with a couple draft beers and some fried pickles, all of which were great. The band started up about 6:30 playing some great covers of artists from the Rolling Stones to Tom Petty to the Grateful Dead. With things as busy as they were, our meal came a bit slowly, but the band and our conversation made that perfect. When dinner did arrive, we were very pleased. My husband enjoyed the B.B.B.B.L.T. Sandwich and tots so much he even asked to know the brand of bacon they use, but the owner would only say "el cheapo." My turkey club was delicious and fresh tasting and the onion rings were fantastic. We had ordered takeout in the past and found it very salty, but this time around everything was seasoned lightly but well. They feature live music two or three nights a week in the warmer months and we're definitely coming back for that and the food. We really had a great time and will bring friends along in the future.

Food is good. Waitresses in general have always been friendly but the Owner is an absolute jerk. Made me move after already seated (by a waitress) outside bc he said "you didn't speak to me and I make the decisions on where people sit." Was about as rude as possible. If we hadn't been here in the past and weren't in a hurry I would've walked out immediately. I can't believe anyone in general would speak like to someone let alone to a customer. His tone was extremely disrespectful and in general just overall RUDE. Completely changed my perspective of how I look at this place and now not sure I'll ever be back.

Recommended by a friend. Trash wings are the bomb! Neighborhood bar with local sports. Prices are reasonable and service was spot on. Two thumbs up!

Mediocre waitress was good but the wings no so. We went there because we heard that the wings were fabulous. Not true! The wing sauce more like a BBQ sauce and not good. Actually like Poor Richard's much better. The best wings we've ever had was a little place in Eureka called "Michelle's," which is no longer open since the owners retired. Can't find anything to match those!

Loud noisy local pub and restaurant. Limited parking. Food and drinks were good. Maybe coming at a different time, we would have enjoyed it more.

Arrived around 5:45pm for dinner and the bar area was packed. The dining area only had a few open tables. It took about 4-5 minutes for the waitress to bring me a menu. I ordered the Fenton Burger with cheddar cheese and fries. When the food arrived you could see the steam coming off the food. The burger and fries arrived hot. The burger was cooked close to medium which was nice. The flavor of the burger was a little underwhelming. The choice of meat they use needs lots of seasoning. Really enjoyed the fries. The service was ok after I ordered. This is a good sports bar.

Went on a Friday night and order my wings to go. I have to say my food was ready and hot for 30 minutes as I traveled home. I went for the wings and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend this business when near by. Inside seem like a good time and excellent service! 5 star

Fun and random spot! My husband and I walked in after an event at Purina farms. We walked into the main bar area and were informed to just find a spot and someone would be over. The bar was full of regulars enjoying them selves. To me that is a sign of a great spot! So we found a table in the semi-outdoor space just beyond the bar. Plenty of space and TVs. Our server came to our table right away and she was awesome. I asked about some of the beers on draft and she had great recommendations. She was brutally honest on some of the beers and she cracked me up. We did the fried portabellas, fried pickles and trashed wings. Don't judge! The wings are really good and their ranch dressing is great! I can't stand bottles ranch. Their ranch is top notch! This location is off the beaten path in the business park area. So, you won't think of it unless you look for it. And I recommend looking for it! Food was great and prices are very reasonable.

My Dad recommended FBG because of their Hot Wings! As stated their "Home of the Best Trashed Wings".. bold statement, but they live up to it! This is my 6th time there! Some local places that have great wings but are not consistently amazing! I can hands down say in the 6 visits the wings tasted the same each time, and they are AMAZING! I've had the trashed and Signature Golden (both pictured). The service is great and the ambiance is that of a clean well maintained dive bar!

Friendly staff, very relaxed vibe. Food is consistently good. Best lemon pepper wings I've been able to find in the area!

Top notch. We're from out of town and staying the night in Fenton as a kind of half way point. We went here because of the proximity to our hotel and the other positive reviews. Ella was our waitress and she was the best. My wife and I got 2 different sandwiches with the intent to share and she noticed that we had switched and wondered if we didn't like what we order. Quite the contrary, my Ruben and my wife's turkey were very good. The prices were reasonable, the food came out fast and Ella was great. I'm not sure we'll ever be by here again , but we'll definitely stop in again if we are.

Went for lunch today, and this is the absolute truth. The knats were so bad at our table that I stopped eating , and other people were shooing them at their table. My buddy hit the toilet 3 times in 2 hours after lunch. Pretty nasty , I don't care how good the wings are!! Clean it up

My wife had heard about this bar from some of her friends. Nice little sports bar. The servers at this bar all teamed up and really did a great job of taking care of us. I would say it was good bar food. The house hot sauce was really good, they sell bottles of it. We sat out on the covered porch. There are plenty of TVs to watch the games which I liked overall. If you're in the area, I recommended this place if you're looking for a nice little sports bar.

Food was good. Customer service was not. Messed up our order twice. Dealt directly with the owner and no effort was ever made by him or his staff, to apologize. A simple "I'm really sorry we screwed that up". Would have gone a long way. Instead I was questioned when I told the owner they screwed up a second time. Just feels like I'm taken for granted as a customer. I won't choose to spend my money there again.

We there for an hour and 50 minutes on a Saturday did never get our food. I'm assuming they lost got fairly quickly. I believe if you knew the waitresses, you got your food because everybody was hugging and I am not in there enough to know the waitresses so I had a very horrible experience ruin our Saturday left without eating. I made sure I paid.

Trashed wings lived up to the hype. Friendly folks working here who were attentive. Nice and relaxed, sports bar sort of feel to the place. We will be back.

Amazing wings, friendly service, solid bar selection...everything you want in a local bar and grill! Inside seating is a bit tight but there's outdoor seating as well. They had a live band on a Friday night outside. Tina and Kelly were tag teaming waitress service inside and did an amazing job. We tipped a little extra because they were so good. If your in the mood for wings/bar food, forget the corporate BDubs, and come support your local Fenton Bar and Grill.

They have the best trashed wings! This hole-in-the-wall has the best small town feel. It's the best place to hang with others and catch a game on tv.

I have always loved the food at FBG. I normally go at lunch and the girls serving are fantastic. So sweet always asking what you need. Last night Sunday 8/6/2023 things were very different. We walked in and the place was not busy. There were three ladies waiting tables. The older one that came over to us after being sat for around 20 minutes finally asking if we we wanted a drink. We have her the entire order including drinks and food. Getting a refill or another glass of wine or beer or water refilled was impossible. When the food finally showed they did not bring us silverware napkins or plates. After going back up to the bus cart three times to get it myself she finally came over and said what can I get you...I was not happy with this service at all. She was not good and did not seem to care. Doing a lot of standing around talking to the other servers is what I noticed.

Smaller bar and grill packed with great prices and friendly staff. Gotta try their trashed wings with the Carolina sauce!!!

After living in High Ridge for the past 16 years and passing this place on my weekly bike bike rides along the river and surrounding business parks, we finally stopped in a couple years ago and was knocked out. The food is great. Their wings are pretty amazing too, but my #1 sandwich I get (almost) every time is the Trashed Chicken. Not sure who thought to put it together,but it is perfection. The only drawback to this place is that it is pretty small AND so popular that we often can't get in and have to settle for a lesser option. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable for the quality. Definitely check it out. Maybe avoid trying on a game day if you want a seat quickly.

Fenton Bar and Grill gets it right. The food, service and atmosphere are all spot on. This family friendly bar in a commercial area really feels like a neighborhood bar. It's family friendly but also a fun place to hangout with friends. My favorites include the Portobello Fries, the Trash Wings and the Burgers. They feature a special Burger each month.

Made a quick stop to grab some lunch before heading to a doctors appointment. Place was packed but that was not a problem. Servers were always hustling & work together to make sure every table is taken care of in a speedy & friendly fashion. Food was fantastic. Wings, fish sandwich & French dip and seasoned fries were excellent and piping hot. We will be back!

Good ball food, but it's overpriced if you enjoy paying eighteen dollars for a hamburger. Don't forget. You're also sitting in an industrial park with no view other than buildings.

Phenomenal Trash Wings. I traveled a7-state territory when I worked corporate. In every/any city I stayed, these were the Best I've ever had!

Let me just say that I have not had a bad experience here! I do not recommend a larger group (above 7 people) due to the lack of space to push tables together. However if you don't care about that then you most deff should go here. They are the home of trashed wings. And for good reason. Get them! also the onion rings are amazingly fried. The servers are helpful and sweet. They made sure my beer came out cold and stayed filled. The patio is also able to be a year round patio. They put walls up and have a heater in the winter and take it all down for the summer. One of my favorite places.

We were looking for a relaxed bar and grill with a patio for our dog. FBG was a perfect atmosphere! Good beer and excellent food!!! Warning Cheese curds were spicy!! We also had a live band AND they brought our dog water

Food was so good, especially the wings. outstanding. There were at least 4 servers and they all worked as a team, clearing plates, bringing drinks, they were on it! Food came out quickly. And they poor a strong drink! Would definitely go back. A very cool dive bar.

Was in town for business and this was nearby, my first experience was fantastic- was greeted by two friendly waitresses on the deck, I had the trashed wings and grilled cheese. Food was so delicious I came here the next night for dinner, this time waitress/bartender was not as friendly, my second drink tasted nothing like what I ordered, she used sprite versus soda water and when I asked about it she told me it was the same as the first drink. It was not. Overall I enjoyed the food and ambiance.

Just picked up a take out order of wings. Was charged $10 for a tin foil take out container. Seriously? Was putting the wings in my own dish. Should have been told about this charge when we ordered.

No doubt the best wings in town! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Tends to get busy during games and on nights with live music. The patio space is always the best seating in my opinion.

Best service ever, Keli with an "i" and the crew were awesome! I travel for a living and without a doubt we've never had better service anywhere! Great food, good beer and excellent service. Will return every time I'm in the area!!

Here with a party and ordered wings to go. 35 minutes later waitress finally came around and asked her about to go order. She obviously forgot,which she admitted. She later brought me wings and asked me what she could do to make it right. I offered to pay in full but I must have said a cuss word while telling her I have been waiting on the shit for 45 minutes now while they were pretty slow food wise. Was asked to not cuss at her and told her she could keep the shit. Will never set foot in this shit hole again.

Everything is deep fried. I gave it a try after reading reviews and was sick all next day. We had 6 wings with their folder sauce- nothing special. And fried ravioli with some add looking meat cause. Not sure what made me sick a few hours later, but it was definitely something we ate there.

Food was bar quality, 3 of us, asked about what was the best menu item and was told the trash wings! Ordered 10 to try them as an appetizer, ordered drinks and food, food comes out with nothing of the extras that were requested, Mayo, pickles on side, refills, and no Wings, had to go to the bar to get napkins, finished our meal and still no wings, Daughter ordered extra 10'wings to go, took 30 minutes to get both orders of wings brought to us after we finished the meal! Conversation and company was awesome! The restaurant experience would not make me come back anytime soon!

We were traveling through the area and the Fenton Bar and Grill was recommended by our hotel staff as we had asked for a place to eat and watch football. We had trashed wings & the portabella mushroom strips and they were both delicious. The menu had a good variety of non-fried foods including Caesar salad, soups, burgers, etc. The place wasn't huge, however, there was extra seating on a side porch. Great vibe and full of happy families, singles and couples.

This is my family's favorite spot to get wings! Our regular order is trashed wings with a side of hot sauce & ranch and an order of fried pickles! You can't go wrong! The beer is ice cold! Remember this is a smaller place so that means smaller kitchen... be patient! Drink a beer and enjoy the downtime... your food will be worth the wait!

Chicken wings, you say? I'd say, "What are you doing with your life?" if you haven't tried the wings at Fenton Bar & Grill. Best wings in St. Louis, hands down. The rest of the menu (think bar food) is great, but these wings are cravable. Their gold sauce can't be matched & they even sell it by the bottle--pretty much add a bottle to my tab every time I go. Top those glorious wings off with the rest of the menu being delish, cold beer, good service, and one of the nicest bar owners you'll ever meet and you have yourself a Friday (or any other) night!
