I have to say I'm very sad that I have to give 2 stars for my recent experience here. Myself and one other person visited before the zac brown band concert, an incredibly busy time at any restaurant in the area. We chose johnnies since I knew they had decent food as well as drinks, based on my experience at the west end location. We miraculously were able to snag two seats at the bar without waiting for long. The bar seemed pretty clean and efficient, ignoring the group of maybe 15 fruit flies that were incessantly flying around the sink that was near us. We got the chipotle fries which were delicious and a nice sharing size. The bartender who was tending to our area of the bar was great, really on top of her game. Until she wasn't. When we arrived, the other person in my party immediately ordered 2 shots and opened a tab for herself, when we ordered the food about 10 minutes later, I then opened up my own tab as well. The bartender had both of our cards and both of our tabs were open. It's important to note that I never ordered anything for the second person that was with me, and vice versa. We each ordered our own drinks, on our own tabs. As the concert was starting soon we ask her to close us out. We get the receipts back with our cards and she had charged EVERYTHING but ONE shot to my tab instead of to the correct tabs. This is mind boggling as well because my friend ordered 2 shots together to start her tab to begin with, so how in the world one of the shots even got on my tab- my tab which didn't even exist yet when the shots were ordered, as I did not give the bartender my card for my tab until after! Never mind the fact that she had overcharged me $75, when I tried to get her attention (we're still sitting in the barstools directly in front of her) she ignores us. The other bartender essentially forces her to acknowledge us, and I inform her the bills are not correct. Her response: well I already ran the cards so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I work in the service industry as well, and in any traditional pos system you can 100% fix this issue. Even if for some wild reason their system doesn't do that, she really shrugged off that she had overcharged me $75. I don't care if it's incredibly busy, there's never a justified reason to overcharge someone and not try to rectify the situation whatsoever, let alone say sorry.
