I liked the Arabian sweets there it is one of the best places where you can eat it. But my experience with the food was not the best . I have tried shawarma and fajitas,both were not as expected.

Poor service the stuff is taking too long time and providing wrong order they are not understanding the order and forcing us to take the order according to their understanding. This is only for the branch in Ajman beside Karachi Darbar.

I visited this branch yesterday, and I was very disappointed with this particular branch: 1:Staff were careless and provide poor level of service 2:Namoora did not taste fresh Feras sweet very rude behavior

VERY VERY VVERRRRYY Frustrated from THE PERSON who takes the orders on the phone (ROSE) she filipino and obviously nnew to this business field with zero customer service skills and knowledge , doesn’t understand English well and no Arabic (the restaurant is Arabic) she DIDN’T make our and blame it on us !!!!! after 45 minutes of waiting we called and she said « oh, I did not make your order because you CANCELLED «  and I did not get and we confirmed it with her and she said okay 35-45 minutes. Very bad customer services VERY Bad. Please hire qualified people who can speak proper language. If you’re hungry and want a fast food for delivery I DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER from them.

I had preordered a cake from there a rectangle one and they send me the same round cake that was sitting there the day before when I went for preordering. It was horrible tasting the cake was so hard because it was old. I had to throw it out as it is. Also when they delivered the cake the writing was all smushed to the box. And when I called them and complained about that they said it was perfect when it left like it didn’t happen from them but me. But luckily I had opened it in front of the delivery boy itself.
