"A traditional Irish pub in downtown Philly Great pub, great food, and super-friendly atmosphere. What more could you ask for? You'll find an extensive beer selection here, and an excellent menu featuring traditional pub fare. The fried dill pickles are a treat. Star Chef Mike Solomonov Is Opening Three New Restaurants in Philly - Eater Philly

"A few months later, Solomonov and Cook head to the other side of Broad, to the 1200 block of Sansom Street in the glass-enclosed annex of a new high-rise next to Fergie’s Pub. Instead, Philly.com reports it will be a sandwich shop called Merkaz, which means “center,” opening around September." - Rachel Vigoda

Google
I love a good pub! They pour a decent Guinness, and the food was delicious. I had the Brie, Apple sandwich. Someone else had the burger, which was spectacular, and the Guinness onion soup was perfect.

Google
Always a reliably great place. Good beer selection. Excellent location.

In from out of town and found this with friends by chance. Nancy made this experience so personable. She recommended drinks to our taste, engaged with genuine interest in why we were here, and entertained our antics. This is absolutely the type of place I would regularly be at if I was local, but for now it'll be on my "don't miss" list for when I'm back in town!

Was in Philly looking for a place to eat and found Fergie’s pub. The atmosphere is old time Irish pub looking. The food was pretty good although they overcooked the burger. I would recommend especially if you’re hanging out in the Gayborhood and want a place that isn’t very loud. Try the fried pickles they’re divine.

Google
Cozy little pub. Everyone loved everything they ordered. The French onion soup was delicious with lots of cheese. The lots were crunchy outside but tender inside and served with great sauces. Definitely recommend!

Google
Love this bar. The service is always awesome and they have live music. It's a nice slower pace than some of the other bars around and they have trad music which is amazing. If you're looking for a good bar to grab some drinks and relax, this is a great spot!

Knowles Atchison Jr

Google
Post concert beer run! The Guiness and Old Speckled Hen on tap were delicious! Fairly crowded, even at midnight. The upper floor with live music had a cover.

Eric Chung

Google
Love the atmosphere here! Feels like a traditional Irish pub. Live band music on a Sunday night (come in before 7:30pm, it can get busy). Service is great! Attentive and friendly. Would give it 5 stars if the food was a little better. Wings are okay. Pub fries aren't exciting but the beer cheese on the side is fun. Biggest gripe is the bangers and mash. The sausages were like a Vienna sausage version. Very, very soft meat. The gravy is watery. Wish I ordered something else. Other than the soft bangers, love this pub

Yelp
I went to this restaurant and had a Guinness, a shepherd's pie, and a roast beef sandwich. Everything was great. I now come back to this restaurant time and time again because it is a good place to go to.

Yelp
I was just over their to do poetry and stand up comedy but the bartender was being very rude to me. I asked a guy if he worked here, and he said no and pointed at the bartender coming from the kitchen so I approached her and lightly tapped her on the arm and asked what time is the comedy club then she said, "don't funking touch people" so I ignored it and the guy whom I asked what time the open mic is tonight replied "9:30" then I said thank you to him and walked away. So I sat back down in my seat with great patience and the host ask if anybody else have a poetry so I raised my hand and said "I have one" so he called me up, but it just so happen that the person whom I first ask a question was already next so I seen him go up and politely waited my turn. He gave me a hand gesture stating that I should sit up front and wait for the next call so I did. But as I was walking up to the front to change seats the same bartender who was being rude said, "get the fuck out of here" , but I ignored her and continued to move up front and said "I have a lot of poetry". Not to her, but to myself as I was looking at the stage. That's when she called the security to kick me out and suggested that I should talk to the owner tomorrow when you are here so I kindly followed orders and left the bar. I understand she may have felt affended when I said "say what u wanna nigg...." but I realized the word was offensive so I lowered my voice ad I noticed the N word was coming out. And I only said that cuz the person who was up next on stage was frightened on was he wanted to speak on "old white man" ...and somebody shouted "just go ahead and say it" that's when I came in and said "yeah, say what u wanna say nigg.. , we want to hear it" .....but that was the only bad comment I made the whole 15-20 minutes I was there. I already told many people that I will be there every wensday at 9pm so this is why I am telling you now because I thought this bar was really going to be my spot to start my open mic. And I'm really upset that I couldn't do it tonight so a kindly followed orders to avoid any other type conflict.

Yelp
Service is absolutely horrible. Ordered beers with a couple of my friends only to be met with a very surly server. A few of my friends were only drinking water, so maybe she was just mad that she wasn't making money off the table. Either way, it felt unwelcoming and cold. The real problem is the upstairs. Never caught her named but the "robust" woman that works Wednesday night looks like she needed her cigarette a little too much. Comedy starts at 9, I went up there at 9:10 to see if it was ready and was told angrily, "the bar is not ready yet, leave." So I apologized for the intrusion and went back down. Hey, I understand that a bar space might need some time for turn around. I go back to finish my beer with my friends when the rotund bartender stomps over to and demands I walk with her. We walk outside and she says I am not welcome in the bar.... For asking if the section was open when it was meant to be open? Even the bouncer apologized for her rude and inhospitable behavior but had to tow the company line and refuse my reentry. If Fergie's was smart, they would rid themselves of this employee with high blood pressure and a short fuse. It's clear she can't contain her stress on the job and sets an unhealthy atmosphere of power tripping I can only assume infects the rest of the team. I loved this bar before last night, but wow Fergies, fire her.

Yelp
Worst bar in the city! The server was rude and the crew stole my wallet! They took it and lied and took money out my wallet!!! while people nearby told me they got it and only got it back when I decided to get angry! After I got back to the room.. They added their own tip!! And upcharged me. I later went back to confront the acting manager and was told the money was took because I TOUCHED !! the server!. I am family man and have soo much!! respect for everyone but they are low life's.
google avatar

Derrick D.

Yelp
The female waitress and her co-worker took my wallet, took my money out of it and added their own tip. I should have called the police but visitors of the city should stay away. I could not get their names or speak with a owner. They can have the 60$ but I want others to be aware..
google avatar

Dawson K.

Yelp
The waitress took my card and added a tip after I received terrible service! Stay away or pay with cash.

Yelp
Came here after drinking all day and great place in center city. We got the boneless wings and shepherds pie. Definitely will be coming back. They have live music upstairs and karaoke which is super fun.

Yelp
This place was an amazing find. The fish & chips here was amazing. Served with a super delicious home made tarter sauce and malt vinegar. The best I've had in the USA and that's coming from a Brit. The staff are accommodating and the service is great. Was lucky to catch a traditional Irish session as well. Well done Fergie's Pub!

Yelp
I am very pleased to report that Fergie's, based on my first visit in many years, remains the same old reliable Irish pub institution that it's always been. Yes, they have no TV. Hurrah! The fish & chips, for example - probably the most perfect serving size that I've ever seen, not something that every place gets right. They're generous, as they should be, with the tartar sauce, and the malt vinegar as well. They seem to have expanded their wine list, and they have a good selection of beers on tap (including cask beer and nitro, and plenty of cans as well), but do you really need anything other than a pint of Guinness?

Gidget L.

Yelp
Do not go there. If you are a woman and not told that the upstairs has a cover you will get grabbed by the men who have no identification of being with the bar and you will not be able to defend yourself as the workers do not provide any information to their patrons of the managers or the offical employees on the payroll. I will be pressing charges immediately as the physical contact was unnecessary and the fact that one man followed us out to scream in our faces when we were leaving without hesitation.
google avatar

Ron N.

Yelp
Authentic neighborhood Irish Pub. Dropped during a quiet time for a beer. Bartender was friendly and drew me a proper Old Speckled Hen (Nitro). Might pop back in when live music is presented.

Yelp
The food here was good. The french onion soup is exactly what I needed on this particular rainy day. The fish and chips was a shared plate and it went well with my soup. The fergie fries also hit the spot. I forget which drinks we got but the left was a lager and the right was an IPA. enjoyed both of these. Waiter was also kind and patient with us. I initially ordered a sandwich but grabbed him last minute to swap for the onion soup. The inside creates a cozy vibe with dark interior and candles.

Yelp
Fergie's Pub is exactly what you need it to be. We went on Sunday afternoon craving some bar food and were not disappointed - we ordered a burger, wrap, tater tots, fried pickles, and cheesesteak egg rolls, and everything was fantastic. Nice enough interior. I see some nights it gets really crowded which seems fun. Will need to come back for drinks after enjoying the food!

Yelp
It's all about expectations! Popped in around 7 pm on a Saturday evening as a meetup spot before heading to another restaurant. I sat at a 4-top high table with the bar seats fairly full. The windows were open, and have chain link fence over them! Upstairs was a rollicking Irish Session with tunes, joyful and loud, filling the pub. My perfect Guinness (really, they do it right) was perfect accompaniment to fiddles, flutes, and penny-whistles. No tv's, tunes and pints. Can't go wrong. My expectations for an Irish Pub were clearly met.

Gladys S.

Yelp
It's all good! Probably the best food and alcohol at an Irish pub you can find in the city. The owner is a hoot! Quite a character! Cares about his customers and his employees obviously from what we could see. I recommend this bar 100%.

Yelp
Went for Trivia Tuesday and had a blast. The staff were super quick and friendly despite having to handle a large amount of tables, really appreciated them!! Large beer selection with some nonalcoholic options as well. Highlight for me was the Giant Pretzel - it was indeed giant and incredibly tasty.

Brenda G.

Yelp
We stopped in here after seeing a show. What a Surprise! Server was great! Creamy bacon Mac and cheese, HUGE pretzel to die for, tater tots, salad and more! Everything was delicious! So glad we found this little nugget in Philly!!

Yelp
Came inside to enjoy a few drinks and decided to sit upstairs at the 2nd bar they have here. Both bars can sit about 7-10 people each. Small place but very nice people working here.

Yelp
Came here on the recommendation of a coworker. My other coworker and friend decided to check it out for lunch today. Glad we came! All of the charms of an authentic Irish bar met us as we entered the facility. A few people were at the bar drinking when we entered just after opening at 12pm. No one else was seated for lunch so we got to pick a nice area away from things. Our friendly server came quickly with ice water and we scanned the code for the menu with our phones. We went with some fried pickles to start, a roast beef sandwich for me and a burger "well done, not burnt" for my friend. The fried pickles were divine with some ranch dip. Super thin, not too much batter, and great dill flavor. Even my picky eater friend ate a bunch of those. My roast beef sandwich also was excellent. Nice roll with cheese, an extra-long long hot on top, with some crunchy tater tots. Came with two different dips along with some au jus. My friend's burger was just how she liked it with some crispy fries. Nothing tasted greasy or oily. We had some beer cheese dip with the potatoes and you definitely tasted the beer in there. Everything overall was so good and very filling. I knew I was going to be drinking tonight so I didn't for this lunch although I would have loved a Guinness. The place was clean! They have an upstairs in the evenings and sometimes live music. Overall, nice place and we'll be back. I bet it gets crowded. Server kept the water coming and the food came out quickly. So good. $40 not including tip for the two entrees, shared appetizer, and beer cheese. What a great lunch!

Niamh B.

Yelp
Was in there tonight and it really wasn't too busy but the server was acting so flustered and rude and yelled at our party multiple times..... I've never been in there when they were happy the bar was filled it was odd like we could go across the street to a much more full bar and get better service..:

M G.

Yelp
I rarely write bad reviews but I need to do so here. My review solely focuses on the food. I had no issue with the ambience or the service. I recently purchased the seitan chicken wings and Fish and Chips. After the experience I question whether this pub has a deep fryer. The fish was not at all crispy and appear microwaved. Likewise the fries were soggy. I've had seitan wings at many establishments in Philly and these were easily the worst I had. They appeared to be square rehydrated nuggets that were not remotely crispy and were covered with buffalo sauce. Bottom line is this might be a fun place to get a beer but the effort they put into the food is shameful.

Jason C.

Yelp
I never write reviews but felt like I had to today because this place so greatly disappointed me last night. I went on a Friday night because I wanted to go to the live band karaoke. It didn't start until 9pm, but I got there at 7pm just to get some food, have a few drinks, and chill for a little bit downstairs before going upstairs where the karaoke was happening. I was one of the first people upstairs for live band karaoke in a room that gets packed. I wanted to sing, so I signed up on a piece of paper and put it in the pile with the rest of the requests. After about an hour and a half around 10:30, I still hadn't heard my name get called which was weird because I was one of the first people to sign up. I went up to the karaoke host stand and asked to see if the paper with my request was still in the queue because something seemed off. It wasn't there. I don't know what happened, but it wasn't there. Whatever. I don't know what happened, but it wasn't a big deal. I told the host, Aly, my paper wasn't there anymore and that I needed to sign up again, so I did. I even tipped the band to move up my spot in the queue because Aly was letting people who tipped the band sing before people who hadn't. There were only 8 people in front of me, too, so even if she didn't move me up in the queue, I figured I'd go on in about 30 minutes. After the second set from the band, I still hadn't been called. In between the second and final set, Aly asked the people who were still there and had filled out a song request slip to come see her and make sure you put your paper slip on her computer so she would call on you. I did that. Live band karaoke ended at 1am. After being in the bar since 7pm and at karaoke since it started at 9pm, my name never got called. To recap, I filled out 2 song requests because it seemed like something happened to the 1st one, I tipped the band, I didn't bother anyone, and I never got called. Shame on Aly and the folks at Fergie's. I can't believe I was there for 6 hours and was just blatantly ignored. I honestly think it was intentional that they didn't let me sing. I've never said this before, but it could have been discrimination. I left there furious. If you want to sing karaoke, save your money and go somewhere else. Don't go to Fergie's. Don't let Aly the karaoke host ruin your night. I will never go back and spend another cent at this place that decided to ignore me and not let me sing.

Shannon L.

Yelp
If you crave a great pint and the best soft pretzel ever.......this is your place. The pretzel and beer cheese is a complete religious experience.......it is that good. This is a MUST if you come to Philly and value an Irish pub vibe.
google avatar

Jimmy W.

Yelp
The perfect Irish Pub with a wide range of beers, signature cocktails, entrees, apps and of course whiskeys and more. My Barkeep was very pleasant, engaging and offered recommendations. An authentic pub setting with a decent number of seats at the bar and tables for small and large groups. A must when in Philly

Nick M.

Yelp
This business needs to be closed down. When I tried to order a drink, the old woman working the upstairs bar told me that she would not serve me or my friends. We came in at 7pm on a Thursday, straight from our white collar jobs, all completely sober and respectful. But she told us time and time again that we were not welcome there and that she wouldn't serve us. No explanation despite me asking a dozen times why. But 2 of the 3 of us are minority POCs... What a contemptible business. I will never support Fergie's. A complete black eye to this beautiful city. They should be ashamed and that woman should be fired.
google avatar

Nat B.

Yelp
Wings are great! Perfect amount of spice vs crunch and the blue cheese is fire. Salads are good as well!
google avatar

Neil S.

Yelp
Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I am 28 years old and I was rejected into this pub, where I frequent for food and have had beers before might I add, and we were treated with extreme disrespect by the bouncer when I was out with my friends. I will never go back.
google avatar

Evan A.

Yelp
The perfect quaint place for a pint and some food, or really just a pint. The food is exceptional! However they have an exceptional beer menu. Definitely, the place to stop by for a pint and some fun.
google avatar

Lea D.

Yelp
Came here for a quick client meeting, per their recommendation. I loved the vibe. It was a dark little pub with an upstairs (blocked off so wasn't sure what it looked like down there) and then a few tables and a large bar downstairs. Our server was super nice and gave me some recommendation on what to drink. I got a blueberry cider that was delicious! We were a group of 5 and had 2 drinks each and the bill was about $50! Not too bad! I'd definitely check out this place again.
google avatar

Jim P.

Yelp
I've been coming here for many years....actually since they opened. Still no TV....just so you know.... The food was good, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, solid pub food and a good pint of Guiness.

Jude S.

Yelp
I paid $15 for karaoke and did not get to sing. Multiple people who signed up hours after me for live karaoke got to sing. How awesome is that?

Yelp
Dope joint. Get the Classy Special, you won't regret it. Staff is awesome and the vibe is great.

Yelp
Here tonight. Service excellent. Food and drink excellent. Great people, great place.

Yelp
Philadelphia is a city of friends that are pressed together in row homes and forced to be nice and neighborly. One of the best part is the great bars of your Philadelphia. When you come into a wonderful pub like this there's not a lot of room, but there is a lot of atmosphere. Good drinks, wonderful people and excellent service. Come on down and have a beer. Enjoy open mic poetry and open mic comedy. Come on down and meet me along with all of the wonderful new friends that await you hear.

Alexander G.

Yelp
I went here for their open mic night and it was an absolute nightmare. Let's start with the goods: food was good, drinks were good, the head bartender downstairs was nice. Now let's talk about the service. I have to corroborate Carl H's review. That blonde bartender/server is an absolute witch. I was there with some friends including a fellow from Germany. He saw the tip jar and asked if he had to leave a tip and I told him no he didn't have to. When I ordered my food she looked me dead in the eye and said "Don't you ever say you don't need to tip at a bar, this is how I get paid etc etc."When I tried to explain that I was simply teaching my friend the cultural norms she snapped at me and said, "Then teach him the right way." I was caught off guard. I volunteer for a labor association ffs. I know that service workers have it hard. If she had been polite about broaching the subject I wouldn't have minded at all, but she was downright nasty to me. This left me in a pissy mood for the rest of the evening. But I digress. When I left, I didn't leave her a tip for my food bill, so she decided to do something incredibly petty and vicious. When I turned to leave she yelled out that I hadn't signed the check. (I had). Now, my signature is more than a little sloppy, so I went back to see what was going on, and it turns out she'd lied just so she could yell at me for not tipping her. How dare you. What do you even hope to accomplish? I'm not gonna give you my money. Now here comes the craziest part. When I went to talk to the head bartender about this incident, one of the patrons informed me that my safety was in danger and I should leave immediately. So let me get this straight...I'm yelled at for looking out for my friend and then I almost get my ass beat? Explain to me how this makes sense. I won't be coming back here, and I'll be telling my friends not to come here. It seems like if you don't pay the asshole bartender a tip then you'll get beat up. Yeah no thanks. They need to get rid of that awful woman upstairs. She has no business being a bartender.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not usually someone who gives poor reviews. I know servers can have bad days just like any other human. I try to give them a benefit of a doubt. All this to say, my experience here was the worst I've ever had in my 48 years on this planet. We had a rather large group come in on Sunday night. I noticed neither the bartender nor server were happy to see us. My guess is that they had about 6 people there at 10pm on Sunday and now a crowd of 30+ was showing up. I asked the waitress if I could help and she told me to keep the aisles clear and to order food from the tables. Fine. Not a big deal. I could tell she was frustrated but as a bar owner, having 5x the people in the bar means 5x money for her. After everyone settled into a spot, someone in our group moved a chair from one table to another so she could join up with a larger group. The waitress came over and immediately yelled at her "you don't move the chairs, I do!!" The lady who moved the chair felt so bad after being chastised, she eventually left. I wanted to order some appetizers for our group (about 12 at my table) so I waited patiently for her to come over. I tried to get her attention but didn't want to shout or whistle (bc that's rude). After 30 minutes or so, I decided to just order food to-go from their website. I tipped 20% and wrote a note on my order that I was sitting in the corner at a big table. About 10 minutes go by and she comes out with the ticket in hand and yells "is this you?! Did you f**king do this?!" I told her it was me and I was trying to get her attention but she never came to our table. "You don't ever do this!! I'm your f**kin waitress and I take the f**kin orders!!" And then stormed off. Needless to say, I felt pretty bad. 5 minutes later she came out with a bag of food and threw it at me. "Here's your f**king food!" Most in the party wanted to leave but I insisted we wait this out. The food was actually pretty good even though it had been tossed around from her throwing it. 5 minutes later she came over and threw my bar tab at me. I had one drink and had bought 3 others for friends. She was closing me out. I went up to her privately and asked her if she was ok. I explained my situation and how I had waited for her to come to our table but she didn't. She told me I was an "a**hole and so were my friends". Like I said in the beginning, people have bad days. Maybe her roommate left her, her dog died, or a house fell on her sister. I'm not sure what happened, but after that we all got up and left. I told the bartender (who didn't seem to care) what had happened and how now 30+'people were walking out. At least the food was good but be prepared to walk on eggshells around the waitress (didn't get her name) of a shorter stature, with blond hair and tattoos on her neck. You've been warned!

Yelp
Great bar to stop in if you're in the neighborhood! Came around 5ish on a Saturday night right before the crowds and was able to grab a table. The bar was full already but there aware a few tables up for grabs. Looks like there were people also going upstairs but I didn't scope it out myself. Bar with food.. cozy spot to chill and warm up from the Philly winters. Their food menu looked great! We didn't order a meal but the food coming out smelled and looked amazing. Heard they have brunch here too which I'll have to come back and check out eventually. We did order some fries just to munch on something with our beers. It came with this cheese sauce that was yummy! Service was great! Not sure about all the poor reviews with service, but if you come to a bar in Philly on a busy night, you would expect there to be a longer wait. Oh well.. we had no problem with service!!
google avatar

Yelp
Classic Irish pub food. Come for trivia on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm. It gets busy, so come early for a table upstairs. Tater tot grilled cheese. Enough said. So good, reasonably priced. Drinks are also priced well and good selection. Only one bathroom upstairs, so it gets busy.

Yelp
My husband and I always stop at this bar for a drink when we're in town. Last night we were hungry and ordered food. Pretzel was under cooked and looked like dough 1/10. Wings were over cooked 5/10 and the mussels " sauce" was soooo bland 4/10. We'll stick to alcohol next time for least disappoint. Customer service was top notch but only bc that place was a ghost town.

Kirk T.

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere, the food is fantastic, and a great selection of drinks! Staff are all very friendly and efficient!

Yelp
This is a fun place for pub food and free music on Friday night. Joined friends for burgers, wings, roast beef sandwiches while listening to the wonderful John Train and his band perform two sets every Friday 6-8. The downstairs is a bar and restaurant as is the upstairs where the music happens. The wait staff is excellent. Someone had dropped cash on the floor and the waitress went around to all the customers and asked if it was theirs! Amazingly no one claimed it! Restores my faith in humanity. The food was quite good, big portions. I highly recommend going there, especially on Friday evening.

Yelp
Love Fergie's! Great little Irish pub with very friendly, efficient bar service and lots of dark wood and low lighting for that cozy pub feel. I try to get here a few times a year for a pint of Guinness when out walking the city. It's getting harder to find Guinness on tap, where Murphy's Stout has taken over some of the local pubs. Live Irish music on the weekends with the chance to meet Fergie's himself.

Yelp
I lived in Philadelphia when Fergie's opened and I have fond memories of this place. I've played many rounds of Quizzo here, had many pints with friends, and even took my boss to dinner. I usually went for dishes like burgers or fish and chips, and they never disappointed. I returned during the Eagles victory parade and I was happy to see that Fergie's hadn't changed. Still no TV's! They still had Yards on tap, one of my favorites and which is unavailable where I live. A friendly patron bought my friend and me a round (I was playing the "flew in from California" card a lot that day) and we even got a picture with Fergie himself. We weren't hungry, but I saw some items on the menu that I don't remember from the 90's like the seitan steak sandwich and other vegetarian and vegan items. Good job, Fergie's! Check out their website: "A traditional Irish Pub serving pub fare and local beers to satisfy any taste." If this sounds like your kind of place, then you should check out Fergie's.

Yelp
I was looking forward to visiting this place, and almost did, but the unhygienic troll perched on a stool and guarding the door scared me away. It was hard to believe this person was real: as I'm looking at the menu posted, I suddenly hear yelling, and it's coming from the cigarette-stained lips of the sweatiest, dirtiest, most greasy looking bouncer I've ever seen. As this bouncer is blowing puffs of cigarette smoke onto people passing by, I watched this same person hurling abusive language at a small, older woman. And then I saw them literally yell insults at this woman as she walked away, so loud they could be heard down a busy sidewalk. I'm already un-inclined to enter a business that requires me to pass through a doorway where someone's blowing cig smoke in my face (6 inches from the door). But that whole scene I witnessed: the way an older lady was bizarrely harassed, and the uncleanly presentation of this person made feel like this isn't the kind of bar I'd feel safe in. Don't get me wrong, I love how unpretentious Philly is--but basic stuff like clean hair/hygiene, and basic manners are non-negotiables.

Yelp
Came here last night for a quick drink while waiting for a table somewhere else. It was perfect! Not overly crowded downstairs (there was an upstairs as well that was hosting a quizzo night) and my girlfriend and I were able to get seats at the bar. The bartender was friendly and fast with service and they had a great variety of drinks on tap and in bottles/cans. If you're fond of the classic dark wooden Irish bar with orange lights this is the place for you! The drinks were fairly priced and while we didn't order any food, what we saw and smelled on the other tables was great! I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Don't go here. I was physically harassed by the employees and what I paid for was pulled from my hands. Terrible service, rude employees and horrible menu. Will never come here again.

Yelp
Second attempt at 9pm Thursday quizzo, and again it was a bust! We arrived around 8:30, but it was too late. Quizzo is only offered in their upstairs bar area which is utilized to maximize patronage, but clearly fills up quickly. I was a little irritated, because two tables had enough space to accommodate our group, but the patrons sitting there were "saving" the seats. I'm not sure if the pub can do more to moderate this, but I found it annoying. Nevertheless, our group snagged a table downstairs and ordered some drinks and food. This time I gave the Pierogies of the day ($6) a try - bacon and apple. They were DELICIOUS! I was a little disappointed in the portion size, but it was one of the cheapest food items on the menu, and they were so very tasty. My friends ordered the vegetarian cheesesteak and the hot roast beef sandwich. They were both satiated, and said great things about the food! I can say, I was pretty jealous - both sandwiches LOOKED delicious, as well! Hopefully the third time is a charm with quizzo. Next time I'll make a note to arrive earlier.
