3 months after ordering a part, the part has to be reordered because they had no follow through after numerous phone calls requesting a time frame for delivery. Visit the supply store and they blame an answering service for not having the part. Crap "customer service" and crap attitude because we ask questions about a part that was paid for upon "placing our order"
