Difficult Reach
Location: The restaurant is situated in a beautiful area, but unfortunately, it’s quite difficult to access. Reaching the venue can be challenging, especially for first-time visitors.
Car Parking: No dedicated parking is available, which adds to the inconvenience of visiting, particularly if you’re arriving by car.
Entrance: The main entrance is hard to find and unwelcoming, with a closed gate that can confuse guests and detract from the overall first impression.
Customer Service: The staff were polite, but not very attentive to customers’ needs. Requests took time to be fulfilled, and there was little initiative in offering assistance or recommendations.
Staff: Courteous but not very proactive or engaging, especially considering the high-end expectations of the venue.
Dining Tables: The tables are comfortable, but most do not offer the expected scenic Bosphorus view, which is one of the main attractions advertised by the restaurant.
Food Menu: The food is the highlight of the experience. The Albanian liver and Rack of Lamb were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor—definitely worth trying.
Hygiene: Cleanliness is well maintained throughout the dining area and facilities.
Drinks: Unfortunately, the drinks did not meet expectations in terms of taste or variety.
Prices: The restaurant is very expensive, and given the service and experience, it doesn’t fully justify the price tag.
Overall: Feriye Restaurant offers great food in a classy setting, but logistical difficulties, lack of parking, and service gaps make it fall short of a premium dining experience. Suitable for a special culinary try, but not for those seeking ease and full value.
