Logis Ferme du Vert - Hôtel et Restaurant

We have stayed here a few times and the staff here are excellant and very helpful. Food is lovely but limited choice for an extended stay. They did provide an alternative for us as we do not eat cheese which is included in many menu options.

Beautiful spot and so much potential. Perfect for a tunnel stop over. Have been coming for years. Good restaurant perfect setting.|Does however need some TLC. Getting a little tired and wouldn’t take so very much to refresh the rooms but definitely needed.

We stayed at La Ferme du Vert for one night on our way home and, as always, had a lovely experience. We've stayed here many times before and always receive warm and friendly service. The food is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel is reasonably priced and ideally located for anyone travelling via the Calais ferry or Eurotunnel. We were travelling in our classic cars and appreciated being able to park right out front. During our stay we visited the V3 guns and tunnels at the Fortress of Mimoyecques, just 18 minutes away (a fascinating and worthwhile stop if you're in the area).

Our second visit. This time was equally wonderful and we will be returning (I hope). Staff, venue and location are all perfect for those arriving in France after a long journey or about to leave. Our room was a little on the hot side (under the eaves) but was well furnished and there was a fan, which helped considerably.

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay, with good food and wine served by attentive staff in a rural and quiet location, would go back as it looks like the area has more to offer.

We have stayed here a number of times. It's really convenient for Calais terminals and is a quiet haven with a brilliant restaurant.

I was very pleased with my stay from a warm welcome to a friendly goodbye. The location in the countryside half an hour drive from Calais is excellent if you are looking for a relaxing stopover combined with good food. While there, I walked into the village, visited Wimereux and relaxed in the garden. The food was excellent and well presented.

Lovely quiet hotel only about 20 minutes from Calais. We had the family suite which was extremely spacious with a large double (and a cot) and a second room with 3 single beds. It included a large bathroom with walk in a shower and jacuzzi bath (a hit with teenage girls) as well as a second separate toilet and shower. It is accessed up a narrow staircase and over 2 levels so not suitable for people with limited mobility.|A lovely breakfast was included in the room.|We also ate at the hotel restaurant which was welcoming and the food was excellent. The menu was limited so probably not suitable for multiple evenings. (Restaurant L'eau a la Bouche about 5 mins drive was also great.)

La Ferme du Vert is a beautiful farm in a very quiet part of France. It's a gourmet restaurant, small hotel and a cheese factory (and mainly a cheese factory for the purpose of my visit)! We were sent here by the owner of Chateau de la Marine as its where he buys his cheese, and it was a fantastic recommendation! Although factory tours aren't allowed they do sell their cheeses to the public and all the ones I had were very good, especially a particularly stinky one that has an orange coating :) It's the sort of place you visit for one reason and immediately want to return to so you can try everything else! I expect in due course I'll return here and stay for a weekend, and try the restaurant :)
