A true gastronomic experience ❤️
When you go to a Michelin restaurant, you are buying a ticket to a show - a gastro-theatre - and at Fernandõ Gastrotheque, the performance was flawless from start to finish.
I chose the 7-course tasting menu with wine pairing and every moment was a delight.
The evening began with an apéritif: a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the boutique house Abele 1757 - fresh, elegant and a perfect opening note.
One of the highlights was the ravioli with pomegranate seeds - a surprising and beautiful combination of textures and flavors.
The chef, half-Japanese and half-Maltese, brings an exquisite lightness and precision to each dish, blending subtle Eastern influences with Mediterranean soul.
A special mention to the sommelier - bravo! The pairings were thoughtful and surprising. I rarely enjoy orange wine, but the 2021 Domaine de l’Estagnère Vin Orange by Gérard Bertrand was a revelation. Thanks to the sommelier’s choice, I truly appreciated it.
Chef - bravo! This was not just dinner, it was a story told in flavor.
