The installation went very well and the technician was very knowledgable and directional in the way to complete the install.

Called 3 times for overtime emergency service Dispatch took down my information and my telephone number.But no call back in over twelve hours between all three calls.

When I received the final invoice they charged for many extra fees/charges without any prior notification nor any approval. Here's just SOME of what they included and billed for on the invoice: $80 (Truck Charge), $25 (Misc Serv Supplies), $20 (freight in), etc. They also charge a rate of $150/hr for travel time (which they don't tell you about ahead of time either). Use ANY other service for equipment repair.

Parts town was glitching out one day so I called directly to shop and they were able to take care of me and get me my part I needed within 30 minutes. I was very appreciative of that. Big thanks to the men and women at Fesco!

Terrible customer service and communication. Ordered a door, it came damaged, at first they said they'd replace it but weeks turned to months (with multiple attempts for an update). After the original POC said they'd replace, i never heard from her again. Then new POC said they wouldnt be able to replace or refund even w emails for proof.

These guys & (GAL ) are Horrible!! Had to call the MFG and tell them they keep guessing on what is wrong with my fryer. The factory is calling someone else. Megan in the office is a LIER. She Claims they're so busy but the Tech's tell a totally different story. In order for Fesco to save Face in Nashville They need to get the current MGR out of there. Horrible communication!!!

Worst experience possible!! They refused to communicate a time to come out to repair my fridge and when I complained and escalated to a manager for over a 3 week wait, they simply refused the work order. Awful customer service and rude management. Shameful how they conduct business!!

I called fesco to look at my wall in freezer because the evap coils were freezing up. FYI don't leave these guys by there selves watch everything they do he tells me that our unit is low on refrigerant and that he needs to do a pump down and nitrogen pressure test .that means you pull all the refrigerant out with a recovery machine and put in nitrogen to see if there is a leak he did not have a recovery machine so were did the refrigerant go? He says all good . Then i supply him with 24lbs of 404a which is around 500.00 he says the system holds around 12 lbs but i get a empty can back he say all is good the next day still freezing up ,call them back and request service for the next day he comes back that afternoon late and gets into overtime which i told him not to do and tells me this line of crap that my compressor is going out and that i need a new one or a new condenser so in the mean time i swap out the defrost timer and guess what thats all is was .so i have 2 bills the first time $530.50 and second time for $530.50 wow the same amount how did that happen and quotes for new compressor $ 5000'00 and the new condenser $7000'00 and all it was is a 80.00 timer.FYI watch everything they do. I only gave them one star because i had to.

I called this company to repair a commercial refrigerator. After giving me the run around for three days, a guy finally showed up for about 10 minutes. He told me the fridge needed a new compressor among many other parts. The estimate was just shy of $1,700. I got another estimate and it only cost $159 to repair the refrigerator. This company is unethical and cannot be trusted. Don't ever call them to repair your equipment!
