The 8 Best Karaoke Bars In San Francisco

"The songbook at Festa in Japantown is 300 pages long, so you never have to worry about running out of options at this intimate karaoke bar. The low-lit space has a bunch of small tables around a stage in the corner, and it’s packed most nights with not-very-sober friend groups and solo singers taking the stage to crush a few Kendrick verses. It’s $2 cash per song, and there are supportive crowds and lychee martinis to keep you company while you wait your turn. They also do reservations for groups of six or more, or you can book the entire place for a private party. " - ricky rodriguez, julia chen 1

The karaoke set up here is great. The stage has a great cityscape background that blends well with the leather swivel rolling chairs and cocktail tables to give a cozy, yet fun, vibe for the singers! $2/song. No liquor, but we didn't mind. Check it out!

Google
An absolute blast of a place to have a few drinks and sing some tunes. Great song selection and Connie the bartender is a solid singer to boot. Recommended.

Google
Hidden Gem! I'd never been before. Cute vibes, not too crowded, and great staff. The karaoke situation is awesome, hardly any wait for your song to come up and some great singers showed up. Can't wait to go back.

There was a server who told us that we had to buy a drink to come in. We’re Muslim. We just wanted to do karaoke. We didn’t get his name, but he was an East Asian male server with longer hair tied back. We told him we couldn’t drink and he told us to leave if we didn’t buy one. I’ve been in karaoke bars before and they have always respected my religious obligations. We said we would just buy some of their bar food instead, and he told us that we HAD to buy a drink if we were to stay. I didn’t know that people like us weren’t allowed in this place, but I guess that’s the way it is for this lounge. I’ve never had this sort of experience before. Honestly, I’ve never felt this level of discomfort and anxiety. I didn’t know what to say so we just left. I’ve been to Bay Area before and they’ve always been quite accepting, but I didn’t know I’d face the same thing I face everywhere in this place.

You can't find a cozier karaoke bar with this great a vibe in the heart of Japan town SF. Great drinks and fun company.

Google
Great place for karaoke. We went on a Friday night and had a great time! A local told us this was the best karaoke place to go to.👍🏽

Google
My sister and I come all the time and we love Festa. If you need regulars to cheer you up for karaoke and you like a good cocktail, then I definitely recommend it here. They have a large selection of songs too.

Google
We had a great time! The only thing is that our waiter was amazing, but another guy that works there was very rude about me not wanting to drink anything

Yelp
I love Fest, it's my favorite karaoke bar in the city. Positive, intimate vibes and excellent drinks. It's a small venue, so can be hard finding a seat.

Yelp
Like many of the new recent 1 stars, Festa has gone downhill over the last few years. Frosty, prejudiced bartenders who judge on appearances, money spent, and how "cool" you are in their own conceited way. Its obvious some nights they are miserable and probably jaded from hearing awful singing day in and out. And honestly there is like only 1 staff member who actually likes karaoke and sings! Everyone else obviously hates it. The average customer coming in on an occasional Saturday won't notice this, but if you've been coming for years you can tell the difference in quality of service, friendliness, and atmosphere. Awful dated wine list, stale beer, dive bar quality bar snacks.

Yelp
I used to really like this place, but they now have a lot of annoying rules and quirks. 1) You are required to purchase 1 drink per person at your table whether you're singing or not. 2) Even if you buy the required drinks, you still have to pay $2 per song, no exceptions. 3) Even after paying for the songs you want, they might randomly skip your song or reorder your song. Last night they skipped 4 of the 6 songs we paid for (we had 5 people in our group). The order the songs appeared was completely arbitrary. 4) They closed 20 minutes early last night while we were still there, even though there were quite a few people still inside. I think this is why they skipped our songs (see #3 above) 5) You feel nickel and dimed when you just want to go out, sing some songs, and have fun with your friends. It's a shame because the space is cute and intimate and the crowd is usually pretty fun. I recommend Dimples across the street instead.

Yelp
First thing to improve is the bartender. A man bartender is full of bad attitude. His face never smile. I don't know if he really happy to work there. Even we left tip for 20% every time we there but still never be happy. I don't complain about other bartenders they all so nice and always smile and friendly. This is would be a big reason for me and my friends would not come back here anymore.

Yelp
Been here twice for karaoke with two different groups and both times it was absolutely perfect. Good sound system, and is small enough people don't have to wait forever for their turn. Lychee martini ftw.

Yelp
Great crowd, great service and great staff. * I recommend arriving early on weekends. We sat at the bar around 9pm on a Friday and it quickly filled up. * It's a small room. If you're in a group, it's going to be difficult to find a seat. * Karaoke is $2/song, cash only. * And for the karaoke singers... Sing louder than you think, the stage vocals are louder than the room vocals.

Yelp
Glad I finally got to check this place out! Not sure if it was because it was the holiday season or we came in after the private holiday party, but the place had a cozy, intimate vibe. Would not recommend coming in a large group of more than four people. There is an option to reserve for groups of 6 of more, but they charge a cover charge per person in that case. Love their cocktail selection. Drinks are $10-15. The lychee martini was very good! I'm excited to try their other drinks next time I'm in the area. For karaoke, It's $2 per song (cash only) and they have a diverse song selection. Japanese songs are actually in Japanese, so if you plan on singing a Japanese song, either learn how to read Japanese, pull up the romaji lyrics on your phone, or just know the song really well. In regards to the rotation, It did seem like other singers sang more than others but my song did eventually come up. Service: 5 stars! The person putting in the karaoke songs was super patient with me when I asked multiple times if they had a certain song. The bartenders were friendly and sing every now and then when it's not too busy. At one point when I was sitting down, one of them came up to me and asked me if I wanted my water refilled. I've NEVER had that happen before at a karaoke bar. Way to go the extra mile!

Yelp
A few things I Love Cozy small environment. I've been coming to this bar over 15 years. I used to come before it changed to Festa 16 years ago or So . The Vibe is like no other. At times it gets too crowded on weekends and I've seen the Door people and Bartenders Harrassed for not letting more people in because it's at capacity or i.ds on phones only or non acceptable i.ds , the people are already intoxicated. These things should be obvious. It's a small lounge 8 tiny tables .They do not serve food. This is a Hidden Gem. Be Kind .Come Sing, There is alot of diversity here even for a small place. If your shy Come week nights. The hours are posted wrong. They open 6:30 7 days a week.

Yelp
Anything from Whitney Houston to I love this Bar from Toby Keith, I truly love this place. After a few drinks, I sound like an Asian Whitnnneeeeyyyyy, I wanna dance with somebody! 'Nuff said, see you on Yelp (SYOY)!

Yelp
This place feels like what I picture a small bar in 90's Tokyo to feel like. It's a fun though not very rowdy (at last when I was there) karaoke bar with it's own bathroom (rare for Jtown!). The vibes are great. I don't smoke cigarettes but this is the kind of spot that makes you want to in a good way. Hard to explain.

Mindy G.

Yelp
Festa was the perfect spot for our private party. Their drinks were great and the service was top notch. Thank you for an amazing time!

Chung Kee W.

Yelp
The mongolian bartender that looks like she has down syndrome needs to calm down and rethink what shes doing. Your working in a Japanese bar im sorry if i thought your were Japanese you should really calm down and not take such offense!

Yelp
Festa has always been the go-to for city karaoke for me. I don't sing but I very much enjoy listening to others belt out tunes in English and Japanese. Awesome place, great service and the beverages are delicious too!

Yelp
First time here. Love the vibe. Everyone is so supportive and nice. Such a fun atmosphere. Love the decor as well. And the reasonably priced drinks.

Yelp
Don't bring the whole crew, just a few! This place is small, but personalities are tall. nestled in the shopping center. It is a lovely cocktail lounge. Recommendation earned for the accommodating and kind people working there and a suprisingly amicable crowd.

Yelp
I've been coming here well over 10yrs now and it hasn't lost its magic one bit. About the size of a matchbox inside of a mall in Japan town you will find this hidden gem loaded with culture and good times. Parking isn't too great but you can always find something within a block's distance. They had some strict Vax mandate rules for a bit but things are back to normal now and business is booming again. The drinks are pretty cheap, not just the beer. I recommend checking out some of their signature cocktails as well. The MOST significant thing about this place is the music! Whether you're a self proclaimed pro or just somebody that wants to let loose, you can have a blast on stage if you're brave enough. A great music selection to choose from and you can get a song in without a crazy wait. The only negative thing would be this is one of the few places that charge to sing but it's only 2 bones. I usually do a set of 3 or 4 songs personally.. im one that people would consider a horrible singer but everybody is very supportive either way! Especially if you pick the right songs. There used to be a small older gentleman that would sing frank Sinatra all the time and he made it to the newspaper, I thought that was pretty cool. The owner shows their face on most nights and I thought it was pretty cool that it's a fairly young business woman who is always dressed to impress. I respect the hell out of a strong woman, If im not mistaken I think she owns another establishment inside of the mall.. Anyway, if you're looking for a good place for karaoke.. you don't need to look any further. This is the main stage

A hidden gem! So much fun, great crowd, good vibes and people watching. I don't karaoke but love watching and singing along.

Yelp
The staff here is unprofessional, rude, and the worst of all blatantly discriminate customers who show high willingness and openness to cooperate, and refuse service in disrespectful mannerisms based on race, color, citizenship status. This is based on my personal experience and the feedback from another customer at the spot whose experience echoed with mine. Apparently, many many recent reviews made in 2023 here have pointed out similar malpractices. To save you from the pain browsing the lot of them because it could get really upsetting, let me add that this place also seems to practice discriminatory pricing by charging different prices, or offering different qualities of services to consumers who supposedly exercised their rights under the law. More details specific to my case to follow. But above is all that matters the most to help you make informed decisions when going for a karaoke bar with friends for civilized, respectful, and unexploited fun. ---------------------------------- I arrived by myself earlier than four other friends arriving very soon, planning to get a drink, check out the place, and use the facility. The entrance was unclear whether gate-keeper is present and what to do - no check-in sign, no 'bouncer' in professional clothing or even facing the firection of incoming guests. Amidst the chaos, I tried to proceed, pop my head in, and get ahold of a service member's attention, when an unprofessionally dressed (in casual red/pink ) middle-aged Caucasian woman who might as well be a customer herself abruptly intercepted me, and I immediately apologized for not knowing she's the ID checker at all and I was actually trying to find one. I further apologetically explained that this is my first time here, saw no guiding sign, or someone in a manner signaling they are staff. Then I immediately showed her my EAD card, gesturing willingness to hand the physical card to her, when she took a split-second glance and shut me down because "employment identification does not work in California." I expressed that this is a federal issued document, I've lived here for many years, and I use it for all highstake government/legal identification requirements, and I haven't learned driving, to which she responded that "only driver license or passport work" and that she knows better than me about what documents are acceptable in California because she takes tests about it. I haven't taken those tests and hope to reasonably do a quick online check regarding EAD card. That's the point she mumbled that she can't help if I am international and don't have a Driver License or green card, turned away and ignored me, and moved on to checking another lady's ID. Well that person and three more behind are my American friends who just got here. She was eager to let them in but they obviously wouldn't go in upon learning I'm denied entrance with no leeway. I'm not one to ruin the group's mood, who thoughtfully planned this evening as my first "American karaoke" experience. I knew my priority was to de-escalate and remove myself from a situation that prevents the majority of the group from having a good, much anticipated evening. After a completely different and positive night at Mint, I looked up official websites, none of which support the lady's confident statements. EAD card suffices as ID in California, plus CCPA's anti-discrimination provisions actually specifically elaborate on conditions around businesses' ability to deny services. (Although, on the very basic level, everyone should know anti-discrimination laws apply on the local, state and federal levels.) So lady, you got your facts wrong, and I don't get any pleasure in telling you this at all. I was hoping I was actually wrong as I looked things up. https://www.dfeh.ca.gov/unruh/#faq https://www.abc.ca.gov/education/licensee-education/checking-identification/ https://www.justice.gov/crt/frequently-asked-questions-faqs#violation PS. Never received my California Real ID despite application at DMV went through. Bonus: Studies find the most prejudiced people tend to think that they are less discriminatory than the average person. Yelp
My group of friends and I will not be returning to Festa due to how shockingly poor we were treated by the older male bartender last Saturday night. I was further disappointed to see several other reviews mentioning this individual's inappropriate & aggressive behavior, as they clearly show that management does not care enough to address the problem.

Yelp
A cute little gem of a bar, tucked away in the Japantown mall. One of the only businesses open in the mall past 8 or 9ish PM. Service: place was empty when we dropped by before dinner at 7:30PM on a Saturday (except for one lady solo killing it on karaoke). The bartender was super nice and very quick. Drinks: Good stuff! Pretty much what you'd expect at a Japanese-themed bar. Lots of sake and shochu choices. The cocktails are great - lychee martini, yuzu shochu, and saketini are generously poured and nicely flavorful. Ambience: Was pretty empty, so hard to say how it gets when it's busier, but it's a nice chill little lounge with seating and a very low-key atmosphere.

Yelp
It was my first time coming here and it was amazing. I loved the people and overall vibe of the place. Additionally, it was very fun to watch the karaoke and people having a good time. I would come here on a week day because it can get crowded on a weekend. The ladies behind the bar were nice and also looked like they were having a good time. The drinks were reasonably priced compared to some other places in San Francisco. Overall, I would definitely come here again.

Yelp
We had a private party here last night with about 25 people and the service was really great. They prepared beautiful food and made the evening very special.
google avatar

Justin G.

Yelp
Incredibly rude staff and were very unwelcoming to LBGTQ+ community. They told my black friend to leave.
google avatar

Heather G.

Yelp
The staff was not very friendly towards the end of our visit. They kept pressuring our large group to tip. We paid for a private party and not only rushed to finish up (when we still had 30 minutes remaining), but when outsiders were wandering in, nobody let them know there was a private party and they needed to come back later. These people just waiting awkwardly for us to finish up. Our drinks were decent... but after reading so many other reviews I cannot help but think that we were ripped off when it came time to pay the bill. Oh well. Will not be coming again.
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
This place is awesome. I had a great time here singing karaoke with my coworkers. Drinks were a little pricey, and each song costs $2 (cash only). Spent a little more than I would've liked but the crowd and atmosphere was great! Would highly recommend!
google avatar

Sin L.

Yelp
Cozy and intimate space with a great crowd. No one was trying to be serious with the karaoke so it definitely lessened my nerves to go up and sing. Five stars for Atsuko, the bartender. They bring in special ingredients every week to make a specialty cocktail. Last I went it was dill and basil martini. So delicious
google avatar

Joey W.

Yelp
Fun spot to do karaoke! One drink minimum is required and every song is $2 (cash only). On the night we went, the crowd was super friendly and hyping everyone who went up to sing. The server kept coming around to check if we finished our drinks (by touching and inspecting them) every five minutes which was a little annoying. Our table ordered at least 20 drinks that night and she would come around after giving us our drinks a few minutes prior.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
I've been here a few times over the years and Festa has not changed one bit. It's a fun and friendly spot, albeit small, for karaoke. Whether you want to sing or just serve as backup singer (from your seat) while others are doing their thing onstage, there is room for everyone to have a fun time. The songbook contains a wide range of US and international songs. I've seen everyone be super supportive, regardless of the singing skills of the person(s) on stage. Festa is a great spot to relax and just let loose. Tables can be reserved, which is highly recommended if you are in a group. Patrons and staff are really friendly and there is a full bar. They have their own restroom. The bar is clean and comfortable.
google avatar

Molly G.

Yelp
I found myself back at Festa after several years away, but it felt as if I hadn't left. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the vibe is intoxicating and intimate, and the drink menu has some delicious cocktails and great wines! It's $2 per song, which is a unique element verses other karaoke bars I've been to, but there's no limit to how many songs you can sing within a certain time limit, as you don't write your name in the request slip. I'll definitely be back here soon!
google avatar

Alexei Frederick F.

Yelp
This place was the most fun I've had in two years. With the right crowd, it can really light up. Service- 10/10 observance of covid protocols was impressive. The staff are really helpful and will patiently explain what you need to know. The place is impeccable Ambience-10/10 ... even with the stage set-up. The lounge is not too large to feel intimate. The decor and atmosphere can be electric with the right crowd. Perfect for people looking to have a fun time. Dribks- 9/10 -The drinks list is impr6enough on its own; but the excellent bartending service makes the drinks really stand out. I just have to dock a point for lack of food options. Come prepared but not hungry Karaoke experience -10/10 - I can give this a 10 for this one; but it still wouldn't be enough. The song list is without peer and covers multiple languages and various artists Overall-39/40-four words-VISIT AND COME AGAIN. I'm not gonna mince words: this place is a must visit. Come here to sing your heart out. Just don't come hungry.

Thiago F.

Yelp
The worse customer service I ever had in my life! Extremely rude staffing! Cocktails were below average. I don't recommend it and won't be coming back.
google avatar

Jmee C.

Yelp
It was one of our last nights in town and we wanted to do something out of the ordinary so we headed here after 11 pm on a Monday. We definitely had to look like out-of-towners being from Atlanta but everyone was chill and welcoming. You could tell the crowd was mainly made up of regulars and there was even a raucous birthday celebration going on. We had maybe 4-6 drinks and even got hyped up enough to get up and do some karaoke (a first). We can't sing but you couldn't tell us we weren't Michael Jackson that night! I would totally go back with other people. The spot is pretty cozy and the drinks were okay. We only ordered from the list so maybe the quality goes up on that if you ask for something more specialized. The song list is extensive so you'll find at least something to entice you to take it to the stage.

L N.

Yelp
Been a few times now and every single time the lady at the door is rude and hostile for no apparent reason.
google avatar

Greg T.

Yelp
What a great time! I was the first customer in tonight and was treated wonderfully by both staff & customers! Their English songbook is huge & up-to-date, and all I needed to do was write my song numbers down instead of adding my name and song title (it's advised that you add your name and song later on in the night to avoid confusion from others who sign up to sing the same song). A great place, and I'll definitely come back!
google avatar

Dianna H.

Yelp
Dropped by on a Monday night after dinner nearby in Japantown and had a blast! My friend and I came around 8 pm and it was pretty empty, so we got to sing quite a few songs. More people slowly started coming in after 9, so after a while it was semi-full, but even though I couldn't sing as much, it was a lot of fun chatting with others at the bar while listening to whoever was currently on stage. It's free to request songs before 9, but after that, it's $2/song request. Just keep that in mind. They have a book for English and Japanese songs both, but I found it easier to look songs up on the app (forgot the name but if you ask the bartender I'm sure she can tell you).
google avatar

Yelp
Remember when you were a tyke and you couldn't stop singing your favorite song...over and over again...like literally not stop? No matter if you were trailing your Mom at the grocery store, taking a bubble bath until your hands turned into large prunes, or getting your dinner taken away because you wouldn't stop? Well Festa provides you the opportunity to re-capture some of that unbridled joy that comes from musically expressing yourself. Festa is an open environment with a small stage in the back of the room and the obligatory bar to the far right(#LiquidCourage). From the several times I have been here over the last few years, I can attest that in general a small encouraging community comes together every time you I have come here. You will hear everything from the latest Pop, 70's and 80's classics, to country being sung here on a daily basis. Service has been generally present and non-obtrusive which is a good thing in my song book. It's 2 smackers a song, which is reasonable, and their drinks are reasonably priced. If "Total eclipse of the heart" has been burning a hole in your soul to be unleashed then Festa should be one of your musical therapeutic options.

Yelp
A cute little karaoke lounge located in the Japan Center Mall. We happened to randomly find this place when we were walking by the mall and heard a group loudly singing Bohemian Rhapsody. The inside is really nicely decorated with a city skyline silhouette and mood lighting, a stage in the corner and a bar on one side. The staff is friendly and accommodating (the first time, we showed up a half hour before closing), and the drinks are decent - especially the sparkling rosé. The second time, we showed up at 8pm on a Saturday, and were the first ones in the bar. However, it quickly filled up - by 9, it was packed. Pros: it's open until 3am! Most bars in SF will start kicking you out at 1:30, so it's nice to have a place that's open a little later. Cons: each song costs $2, which is a little bit ridiculous, considering you're also probably paying for drinks.
google avatar

Charlie Z.

Yelp
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! Just good people behind the bar, at the door, at the karaoke machine! Always have a good time here! The sound isn't the best, sure, but the atmosphere more than makes up for that! To go to a bar and get smiles from behind the bar... priceless! If you have a group, reserve a table, as this place gets pretty crowded on the weekends. Be good to people and they will be good back to you!
google avatar

Peter L.

Yelp
There are no separate private rooms here but you'll still like it. Not the typical karaoke joint that have rooms for rental and you pay by the hour - the typical karaoke experience. Here, it's all about the on-stage experience. Warbling and all this is the karaoke I go most often now. Songs are $2 per, which is not cheap compared to other places. The drinks are not cheap either but also not super expensive. The money saved on not renting a room goes towards my drinks, yeah! Factor in the cost of renting a private room the bill for the night is actually cheaper. And, like at any bar or club or lounge you should become a regular. Then, the bartenders will treat you better. I like the staff here, very friendly but not displaying favoritism like at other venues. Note there are other karaoke joints in the Bay Area that has a stage for singing, some of them have rooms and some don't. I still prefer having both options so can pick and choose depending on the group. It's really a four star venue but the bartenders and owner earned the final star. Yelp
"Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came." ..........(Gary Portnoy, "Cheers" theme song) I dedicate my 300th review to a place that I've visited over 100 times, sang at least 100 songs, and probably drank 100 drinks. Why did it take me long to write this? I must've been busy on their stage, or taking it EASY! What draws me here on a weekly basis is the cozy setting, their friendly staff, and of course...Karaoke. I always feel at home here. I don't like singing in front of large crowds, and I usually prefer private karaoke rooms...but this place is intimate enough with a small lit stage, supportive crowd, and not bad of a sound system (considering the absence of a resident K-DJ). Their extensive song selection isn't bad either. They update with new songs every so often, but I tend to sing the older stuff anyway. This place can get really packed on weekends, so don't expect to sing your songs close to closing time. The bartenders are very down-to-earth, sincere, helpful, and fairly quick in making drinks upon order. They do an exceptional job keeping the place clean, accommodating all their customers, creating a safe and fun environment for all. This place is great for small private parties too. Masae and staff are excellent in catering to their guests. Some people call this place FIESTA on accident, and I think they nail it every time I hear that. If I could come here every night, I would! Actually, I think I have in multiple weeks. I just hate leaving my heart in San Francisco. Thanks to my duet partner, Ting A, for the introduction!

Yelp
I wish I could've loved this place more, because I did have a fun time. But $2 for a song on an empty bar and include an 18% tip is ridiculous. Like I get it, it's busy you can't please everyone. But there was literally no one around and we spend over $150 within an hour. Obviously not coming back.

Yelp
This place! Do you want to feel like you're at a random karaoke bar in Asia during the Vietnam/Korean War? This is the deal about this joint: 1) It's a small room with lots of nonjudgmental patrons just laying their hearts on the table via karaoke 2) Friendly Japanese ladies serve you simple drinks that get the job done 3) It's mostly Asian folks with random old Caucasian men singing their Frank Sinatra and country songs 4) The songbooks are pretty much large phonebooks straight out of the 80's (but do have lots of new songs) 5) The random city skyline decor is unassuming and nothing special, but it somehow adds to the random melting pot timeless charm this place has 6) It's in the heart of Japantown, surrounded by lots of delicious points of interest For a good time and possibly a look into the past where cultures mesh over singing, check out Festa!

Yelp
Review #700 goes out to Festa! I don't know why, but it's seems very fitting that my first time here was with the Duke of Festa, Bobby L. He sure knows how to karaoke! Lol! Located in the Japantown mall, it's a small bar with a karaoke stage. I've been to a couple bars with a public karaoke stage, but most of my karaoke experience in Japantown has been in private rooms, so this was a little new for me. I'm not much of a singer, but I love cheering on my friends! We came by last Thursday and it was busy, but we managed to find a table shortly after we got there. A couple drinks, some karaoke songs, more drinks and even more karaoke songs and suddenly it was last call! Has it really been 3 hours already?! I guess I didn't notice since I was having so much fun! The staff and bartenders are super nice and the atmosphere is very homey and cozy. Even though I'm used to private karaoke rooms, Festa has changed my mind about karaoke bars. You can have fun singing in front of strangers too! Well for me, cheering on friends in front of strangers! Lol!

Yelp
I rolled to Fiesta with the Yelp Posse after the Elite event at Barrelhouse . Its Bobby L. hangout and that boy can SING!!! Its a small intimate place in J Town . It reminded me of one of the Karaoke Places from the movie Duets. Its a place to have a few drinks cut loose and just have fun and sing . It has a Unisex Restroom. The Bartenders run the Karaoke Machine. At times its can be a Yelpers Hangout.

Yelp
One of the only few initially who were there. If you've never been here before you might think it'll stay dead. But, damn.. on a Wednesday night it will get packed. You'll witness great and not-so great singers on the stage for karaoke. It's pretty fun. Bartender makes a decent mule. (:

Yelp
Festa is a little intimate karaoke place you go to when you have mastered your karaoke skills at a less classy karaoke place. A place to spend a few hours here listening to above average singers while sipping on reasonably priced cocktails and beer. My gripe with this place is more around the system. While I get the system is meant to be fair, there is room for improvement when our larger group only gets in 1 song per hour while a single guy gets in twice as many songs. We came with a group of 7 people around 9pm on a Saturday. Because of Festa's system, our first song came on a little after 10. Our next song came on around 11:30. We were there a total of 4 hours and got to sing 4 songs. Since most of the songs were either solos or duets, only about 2/3 of our group got to sing. I suppose it's not so bad if I pretend that I am at a bar drinking and listening to an entertainer. Most of the singers were either practically semi-pro or at the last, in tune and high energy.

Yelp
This is a community hang out. But if you miss your turn your out. 2 bucks for a request. Good drinks and good songs. I say check it out.

Yelp
The staff here is incredibly rude (as other reviews have mentioned). I came with a group of friends for a birthday and it was quite apparent to everyone that they watered down all of the cocktails... completely unacceptable for the prices paid. Furthermore the staff blatantly lies about prices, I ordered one beer which cost $6. I later ordered 3 which ended up costing $20... somehow $2 extra magically added themselves to the bill, hmmmm.
