Best Restaurants and Bars for People Watching in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"People watching is good, but dog watching is better. Settle in at Fetch with a cold beer and let the dog do the socializing in the park’s enclosed grassy patio while you chat with fellow pet owners or watch a game on the big screen. Fetch also includes locations at the Works and in Alpharetta." - Eater Staff

Some of the employees that work here catch an attitude quick when I tried to be patient and deliver to them. So be careful when you’re delivering packages. Here are some pictures that can help you. If you’re ever delivering to the fetch logistics location, I suggest going to the front door first to gain information then, go to the back door unless otherwise instructed. Be advised if you call the number attached to this location’s address, you will not get a proper response. It only allows contact through text or email and it is an automated system that is not checked on routinely.

PSA: If your apartment is using Fetch please seek alternative ways of having your packages delivered otherwise you risk your items being stolen either by Fetch staff or passers by. I just lost one of my packages worth $1,000 which was signed for by a Fetch team member yet it shows that they haven't received the package. There customer care doesn't do anything unless legal action is taken which is definitely the route I'm taking.

These employees have an attitude out of this earth. They are extremely rude and they feel like they are the only ones who have work. My wife visited here a day ago to look for missing package and as soon as she started trying to speak and explain her situation, without she saying a word, he was like “Show me the QR code”, “I have a lot of work to do, if you don’t have the QR code, I can’t help you here” in a loud voice. He didn’t even allow her to speak at the first. He even denied to search for a particular package and denied receiving on particular date even though UPS had delivered it there. It was received and signed by “Conrnellius” and they don’t even know if a person by this name works there or not. That rude person even denied to look for more details. He needs to understand that everyone has a work to do and nobody is free. Even my wife went there looking for missing package by leaving the office work in the middle because it was important. The behavior is unacceptable, these people need to learn some manners and learn how to talk to customers. This attitude ain’t taking them anywhere outside of this warehouse. 🤨 I would advice fetch to conduct an inspection and teach them people skill first.

These employees act like they’re doing the world a favor by just standing there. The attitude is absolutely out of this world — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. My wife went there yesterday to locate a missing package, and before she could even explain, the guy cut her off yelling, “Show me the QR code. I have a lot of work to do.” He refused to listen, refused to help, and literally shut her down. When asked about a package UPS confirmed was delivered and signed by “Cornellius,” he flat-out denied it, didn’t bother checking, and claimed they don’t even know if that person works there. That’s negligence and laziness at its peak. Let’s be clear — nobody is standing around free. My wife had to leave her own work in the middle of the day just to deal with this, and this is the treatment she got? Absolutely disgraceful. If these employees think barking at customers and refusing to do their job is acceptable, they’re sadly mistaken. Fetch needs to seriously investigate this location and teach these people basic manners and customer service. This kind of arrogance won’t take them anywhere outside of that warehouse.

This facility has been inconsistent not only in their package delivery but also in their response time. I had to deliver two amazon packages there because my apartment complex forces me to use Fetch. Amazon delivered two packages to this facility and even documented a photo of exactly where the bigger package was left. Fetch received and delivered the small package but “could not locate” the bigger package, even though there was photo evidence of where it was left, and even after “cross-referencing the details of [my] order and doing a visual search.” They tried to tell me that “Amazon may occasionally update tracking information to indicate delivery at our facility before the package's actual arrival” even though there was photo evidence of the package already outside the door marked for suite 2107. After they told me this information, they let me know that they had initiated their review process with the Claims & Investigations team. Once that happened, I never heard from them again despite contacting them 2 separate times (not including my 2 initial attempts before it was transferred to the Claims & Investigations team). It is very unfortunate that apartment complexes are forcing tenants to work with such companies when there is such little care for the service being provided. We are forced to pay for this service as part of our rent and it does not even serve us. The worst part is that there is no help line or customer service line that one could call—all you get is an email that will transfer you to someone else (at the same email address I might add) and whom you’ll never hear from again. They assume that Amazon will give you a refund but Amazon states they will not refund you because the package was “referred to a freight forwarder” so your money will not be returned by Amazon NOR Fetch. I will end this by saying that if Amazon says your package was delivered, AND SHOWS PROOF OF SUCH, and your package is still not “found” by Fetch, then it was likely stolen. I will have my packages delivered at a friend’s place going forward as this company cannot be trusted. Shame on apartment leasing offices for choosing this service.

My partner and I live in an apartment complex where we are forced to pay and use this service. We have lost multiple packages now, including one that was worth over $100 in value. We went directly to the warehouse to try and see what could be done, but the person working there told us that our packages were left outside and then stolen by the local houseless community. They told us that there was nothing that they could do, and essentially told us that it wasn’t their problem. The customer service is horrendous, the hours don’t make any sense, and trying to get Fetch to take accountability for them mishandling our packages is next to impossible. We have been fighting with customer service for three days now and still nothing. Packages are left outside to bake in the Georgia sun, vulnerable to theft, and zero action has been taken to try and resolve the issues. 0/10.

This place is a disgrace. The employees here are some of the rudest, most arrogant people I’ve ever encountered — they act like customers are an interruption to their day rather than the reason they even have a job. My wife went in to track a missing package, and before she could say a single word, the guy snapped at her like a drill sergeant: “Show me the QR code. I have a lot of work to do.” He didn’t let her speak, didn’t care to listen, and outright refused to help. When asked about a package UPS had proof of delivering — signed by “Cornellius” — he flat-out denied it, didn’t bother to look, and didn’t even know if “Cornellius” worked there. That’s not just laziness — that’s gross negligence. This is not customer service — it’s pure hostility. These people hide behind their “busy” excuse, but the truth is they just don’t want to do their job. My wife left her own important work to deal with this nonsense, only to be met with stone-cold arrogance and zero accountability. Fetch should be ashamed to let employees like this represent their brand. If this warehouse is their standard, it’s no wonder packages get lost — the staff here can’t even manage basic manners or honesty. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being shouted at, dismissed, and treated like garbage.

Worst company EVER!!! I have been forced to pay $25 per month for this service in my residence. I have NEVER received my deliveries correctly. I work from home, and my company sends me products, all of which have been lost due to the negligence and poor service of this company. The staff working here are inefficient in responding to emails and in resolving issues. If you have the option to use this company, I strongly advise against it.
