Does not stand behind their products. I bit into a butter croissant and shattered an upper tooth. I immediately reported it to Wal Mart who passed me off to FGF who insisted I send them all the evidence, despite my insistence that the pictures were enough because I am working with an attorney. After I sent my tooth pieces and the hard material that caused the damage, they completely ghosted me for months. After contacting Wal Mart corporate and about 6 follow ups from them, FGF finally replied with an elaborate story about how they sent it to a lab. While they confirmed the strange hard material was indeed the culprit, they said the chemical structure was reminiscent of cheese, and they don't use cheese in their butter croissants. They said it was an anomaly and offered me a pitiful $100 for the 1000s of dollars of dental work their product caused.
Do you know what's chemically similar to cheese? BUTTER. They are BUTTER croissants. While I doubt they sent it to a lab, after nearly 9 months, rude treatment, and zero resolution, I will never accidentally buy a product from FGF or Wal Mart ever again.
