We had a delightful experience here. Spacious, extravagant interior and wonderful service. Nonetheless, i came to this restaurant for mainly one thing which is the food by Chef Hisham. The wide variety of saudi dishes on the menu all looked delicious. Our orders turned out, in fact, really tasty and crafted with such great details in terms of flavor and texture.

Excellent dining experience at Fi qalbak. The team recommended Kataf Kharoof, and it was truly outstanding and very tender, perfectly melted meat with rich flavor and a generous portion. The rice was also very good with a pleasant taste. We tried Jareesh and Mulukhiya as well; both were fine but nothing particularly distinctive. Desserts were a highlight, especially the kunafa. Complimentary tea was a nice touch, the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and overall the experience was very nice. I will definitely repeat this visit.

Overall, excellent experience. The team is very friendly, food was delivered in perfect timing although it was packed. The ingredients used seem to be fresh and of good quality, especially the lamb shoulder which was my main dish. Prices are reasonable. I walked in without reservation, so the floor seating was the only one vacant and I didn’t have issue with it. Areas for Improvement (personal opinion): 1- The air curtain at the main entrance was always on, it was terribly annoying to me. I asked the team to shut it off but they didn’t know how as it was placed high above the main entrance. 2- I wasn’t provided with depth of menu experience. The waiter barely spoke English or Arabic. I wanted to have more information about ingredients, source of raw materials, given that this is a Michilen, it was expected to have this kind of experience which I didn’t. 3- I didn’t like the waiter in the middle of me eating , he came to charge me for the food. He said this is to avoid people going out without paying ! Seriously. He mentioned that 2,000 SAR were deducted from his salary because last month people left without paying their bill !! I didn’t like this at all. 4- There was no background music that could relate to the culture food being served, even a light acoustic music would have made the experience better. Overall, excellent food and I’d recommend to go with a reservation in advance.

The Good: The restaurant offers a great ambience and the food quality is truly impressive. Everything we ordered tasted excellent, maintaining the high standards expected from this location. The Bad: The service was deeply disappointing. I had a self-pickup order consisting of a massive, heavy rice platter tray. Since I was alone, I asked the cashier for help carrying the tray just to my car, which was parked right at the gate. He refused to assist and was shockingly rude in his behavior. Being left to struggle with a bulk order at the door without any support from the staff was unacceptable. Summary Fi Galbak serves great food in a nice setting, but the hostile service and lack of basic assistance for solo customers with heavy orders make it a frustrating experience. The cashier’s behavior was a major stain on an otherwise good meal.

As a visitor from Oman, I was thoroughly impressed by "Fi Glbak" by Chef Hisham Baeshen. The Jareesh was incredibly creamy and authentic, while the Eggplant Fatteh with Goursan offered a brilliant, crunchy twist on a classic. The Fish Sayadiyah was perfectly seasoned and fresh, and the Meat Sambousek was light and crispy. Excellent service and a must-visit destination for anyone in Riyadh looking for soulful, high-quality food!

Had a really nice dinner here. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food came out fresh and full of flavor, and the staff was genuinely friendly. It’s one of those places where you can sit back, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Overall, a solid spot for a good evening out.

The place is amazing the food quality is impressive just like home cooking. I loved everything food , drinks and place vibes. Definitely we will come again.
