Fialkoff's Kosher Pizza

I had a terrible experience with this man, who seemed to be the manager. All I did was ask him a question, and he responded in the worst possible way, simply because I asked if they were still serving. He used horrible language, and the worst part was that he told me to leave the premises, which is incredibly disrespectful. He wouldn't stop talking and even made discriminatory remarks about my nationality, and I was shocked by the way he spoke to me. Someone like that shouldn't be working with the public. All this happened because of a simple question I asked while trying to place an order. Unfortunately, I was a regular customer and always ordered pizza there. I think it's important to have people who are properly trained in customer service. The place was full, and he didn't care that everyone heard his rude response.

Bad service Lets us to wait almost an hour for a pizza and disappeared After I was waiting in the counter for someone to show up I asked what it’s going on And the pizza was ready long time ago But nobody bothered to let us know The front door was kept slamming when people came in out That’s was also very annoying to begin with And the pizza?? Nahhh wasn’t worth it Very lame Go somewhere else don’t waste your time and money

A very bad experience. The guy at the counter treated me poorly just for asking a question, and to make matters worse, he made offensive comments about my nationality. He told me to leave the store. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. They shouldn't have people like that working with the public. As a business owner myself, this was quite disappointing. I will make sure to tell my family and friends in the area how badly this guy treats people at this place. It's a shame because I was a regular customer. I've seen this guy before, and it's sad that he doesn't know how to handle the pressure of the job and deal with customers. He was so rude and disrespectful, and he didn't care about the presence of other customers. I had seen him do this to someone else before, and now it happened to me, and tomorrow it could happen to you. I'm adding the photo so you can see who he is. The guy who's on the computer. Such disrespect.

We stopped in had a slice of Supreme vegetable, a slice of ziti and pizza roll. The ziti pizza was awesome!! Loved every bite reminded me of a slice of pizza I’d make when I got home from school but better. The pizza roll was super cheesy. The supreme vegetable was dough and wish it had more veggies. Will stop back by to try the eggplant slice

I have ordered from this establishment to cater lunches for my job a few times. I was extremely upset to hear from my most recent delivery driver, the treatment he received when going to pick up my order. The lady behind the counter proceeded to cuss him out for the time he arrived to pick up the order, used racial slurs toward him and even threatened to call ICE. I am disgusted to hear about this type of behavior coming from a restaurant I enjoyed doing business with in the past. I definitely will never be ordering from here again.

This place is 10 stars! The women behind the counter i can't remember her name.. Sweetest person in the world And i belive this all stems from this loving non judgemental community i feel so welcome here! I feel loved sometimes the smallest impact can change ones life. Thank you Sn new york

We very much enjoyed the pizza - we ordered a large delivery - it came on time and was hot! Laz was a pleasure to work with!

I walked in @ 11:06 am & there was over 10 pies ready some missing slices already. I thought it would be hot already being so early but it had to go in the oven I asked for it hot cause I knew it wasn’t fresh. It came out cold the sauce was sweet which I like but it was very doughy and cold.

Pizza is not freshly made sorry, I walked in @ 11:06 and they had over 15 pies ready but they had to heat up my slice. I asked for it to be hot cause I knew it's from yesterday and it still was cold.

First I made a phone order, it was super Fast and easy. I came to pick up in 20 minutes and the pizza was hot n ready to go. The pizza was very good just needed more sauce. I will definitely go back.

Exactly what I expected. Thin NY style, sweet sauce. Very long wait, a bit overpriced, but expected for the area.

Such a cute little pizza spot that just opened up a couple blocks down the street of where we were staying. Pizza was really good and fresh. We also tried their garlic knots which was amazing. Staff was really friendly as well.

rude and obnoxious staff , no matter how far in advance you call the order is never ready, topped with endless excuses, over priced disappointment.
