Ambra replaces Fiamma at the MGM Grand this summer | Eater Vegas

"Launched in 2004 and shuttered earlier this year, Fiamma occupied the MGM Grand space that Ambra will replace; it featured a roomy, open-plan interior created by the YMS design firm, the same team behind the MGM Grand’s Hakkasan restaurant and nightclub." - Bradley Martin

This brother ain’t playing. Can’t wait for that brick and mortar, definitely my go- to. It’s hard finding a good pie.

Had their hot curry pizza. What a great spicy pizza. Very spicy but great flavor and crust. Definitely a unique formulation.

I ordered from the truck that is located at B52 brewery in Conroe. I only ordered the pizza called the “White” pizza. It is a simple pizza with cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Though $17.95 may seem steep for a twelve inch pizza, I urge you to look past the price and appreciate the quality of pizza that is provided. First of all, let me tell you that this pizza is FRESH. It is handmade, with the ingredients placed on the dough when you order it. After preparing, the chef places the pizza in the oven. Unlike most handmade pizza restaurants, this pizza took less than five minutes to cook and serve. It was masterful, with every ingredient cooked to just the right temperature, consistency, and taste. The service is very friendly, with a cleanly look, especially for a food truck!

Went today after seeing a review by James B saying to try a custom pizza of pepperoni sausage with black garlic ricotta and black truffles. He was not wrong. Noe was gone but Darryl i believe was the chef making pizzas when i was there. If you all need a judge to see who makes it better.. i volunteer. Either way the pizza was delicious!!!!

Noe was working his magic when i ordered from here, I told him to surprise me with a pizza of his making. He whipped up a pepperoni and sausage topped with a black truffle and black garlic infused ricotta. It was sublime. Highly recommended!
