We chose to dine at Fiaschetteria "La Pace" in Pistoia after seeing its excellent reviews on Google Maps, and we were not disappointed. The food was truly delicious, and the positive reviews were spot on. The service was remarkably quick, and the menu offered a great variety of tasty options, from pasta and meat dishes to a good selection of vegetarian choices. The Pici with Cacio e Pepe was out of this world and the best one I ever had. The only downside was the heat. We had a reservation but had to sit inside as there were no outdoor tables available. On a very hot day, it was quite warm inside, so it's something to be aware of. Despite the indoor heat, the food and service made the experience worthwhile. We recommend this restaurant for a fantastic meal in Pistoia.

Another great meal in Italy, tonight was a couple mussel dishes, porccini mushroom pasta( they are in perfect season right now and are beautiful). Rabbit pasta was quite delicious, a bit outside my norm, but was a welcome treat. Also the veal was outstanding... Dessert was great as always. The wine was one of the best ones we have had yet....

We were two people dining here, as clearly shown on the receipt (2 coffees, 2 glasses of wine, 2 main courses). However, we were unfairly charged 5x coperto (€12.50), instead of 2, as listed in the menu (€2.50 per person). This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge tourists. The service was indifferent and impersonal — no smile, no warmth, just going through the motions. That said, the food itself was tasty and well-prepared. If the staff believe they can scam tourists once and never see them again, they are mistaken. We've been to Pistoia many times and we always come back — but experiences like this will influence our choices in the future.

Very much a ‘locals’ spot, and for good reason - the food was fabulous! Fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked (open kitchen) pasta and veal. Cosy and comfortable atmosphere, but can get really busy.

we found this cozy restaurant in the heart of Pistoia in a quiet and nice alley. we ordered crostini toscani which is my absolute favorite, tartare, tagliata and roasted potatoes. the wine was good and the atmosphere was peaceful. the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Pleasant restaurant. We’ve taken Tuscan bruschetta, spaghettis dish, tomatoes salad and roasted potatoes. Spaghettis were very good, bruschetta and potatoes too. However, tomatoes weren’t very tasty, that’s too bad. Good atmosphere and clean place.
