Google
5/5! Would come back again and smile about it :) great atmosphere, friendly staff, plants aplenty, yummy food, and even a little corner with trinkets for purchase. I got the veggie sandwich and would recommend! I tried the yuzu latte as well but don’t think it’s a good choice- if you love yuzu, find a yuzu lemonade or a drink where it’s not mixed with coffee. I was hoping it’d be a light drink to highlight the yuzu but it pretty much just tasted like coffee with a hint of yuzu (you’ll really need to stir up the drink to taste even that hint). I think it was a cool idea to include a trendy flavor in a latte but it doesn’t let the yuzu shine. It wasn’t bad but I just don’t think it was the best use of yuzu. I’d recommend a different drink. Good work/study place! I’m always on the lookout for growing my list of the best spots in the city to work/study. This place is a medium sized cafe- not too cramped but not large. A fair amount of seating with good lighting, wifi, and outlets. Bathroom open without key needed.

Google
very chill place! the banana matcha with oat was BOMB . COM!!! This place can get a little loud but if your want to work here headphones would be nice. Or if you want to sit and chat with a friend over a nice drink or snack. This is the turkey sandwich, as someone who is a sandwich lover, this sandwich makes u feel as if you are biting into a beautiful Tuscany sunset if that makes sense😂 it was so freaking good, the bread was lightly toasted but so soft, the tomato and just everything in sandwich was so evenly balanced.

Google
Fiddle Fig Cafe is a relaxed little cafe, that offers plenty of seats for meeting up with friends either socially or for business. The coffees are nice and smooth, but a bit smaller portions than one might expect. The breakfast sandwich was good, but the biscuit was a bit dry and needed some spice, along with the ratio of egg to meat was a but heavy on the egg side. Definitely try the pastries as they are very delicious. Quick and easy place for your morning fix

Google
Tasty, good quality oat milk matcha, lots of plants, good music, kind staff. Looks like a great study spot for locals. Not too popular with tourists on a Friday afternoon. Give it a try:)

Google
Fiddle Fig Cafe & Coffee is exactly the breakfast spot you need for a relaxed bite. The breakfast burrito delivers with gooey cheese, avocado, eggs, and a crispy hash brown stuffed inside. This isn't your loud, boozy brunch scene; it's a cute, chill, plant-filled cafe where you can actually hear your friends (or your own thoughts). They have wine and beer, but it’s more "sip a rosé with your sandwich" than "bottomless mimosa mayhem." You'll find very solid food, superbly smooth coffee, friendly service, and strong WiFi.

Google
Came here with my family on a holiday from New York. Definitely was a great choice! Food was outstanding, service was great, and the ambience was a delight. Felt like a mom and pop with a great vibe. Seems like the locals go there so that was a great sign. I had the breakfast burrito and it was amazing. Can't go wrong here. Thanks!

Google
Nice vibes, great food reasonably priced! We had Everything Bagel with ham, Croissant Sandwich and 2 English Breakfasts. All very nice.

Google
Great coffee and food. We had the overnight oats for breakfast. Yummmmm! Friendly staff and comfortable seating. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Excellent ambience, great place to sit and very good coffees. Went here on a Saturday morning and there was no line and plenty of places to sit.

Yelp
My favorite go-to cafe to work in! There's a variety of seating options and free wifi. I love their plant and art decor, it's a welcoming space. Their Reuben sandwich is amazing, I get it every time I go. Their strawberry matcha latte is okay but not anything special. The cafe is also right across the street from the North Beach library which is a plus!

Yelp
Fiddle Fig Cafe has a warm, cozy vibe with lush greenery filling every corner. I loved the shelf of plants available for purchase. I tried a cortado with oat milk, which was solid, and an avocado toast that was just okay. Overall, it's a lovely spot to unwind with a coffee or get some work done in a peaceful setting.

Yelp
Went on a crowded Saturday morning but luckily they have lots of seating! Our orders took a little while, but given that they were very busy it made sense. Drinks ordered: hot Lavender latte (6/10): nothing special but nothing bad either. I tasted the lavender syrup, but it wasn't overwhelming or strong. hot Matcha Latte (2/10 not pictured): extremely watered down. If you like matcha, don't get it here. Food Ordered: Avocado Toast (7/10): a very solid and basic avocado toast with no frills. It was definitely something I could make at home and tasted like something I would make at home. Nothing to rave about, but not bad either. Overnight Oats w/ honey & blueberries (6/10 not pictured): a bit more watery than I like but tasted good. Another item that tasted like I could easily make it at home. Decent portion size. I would definitely return but more for the vibe since it's a great place to do some work or chat with friends.

Yelp
I got an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso and the acai bowl. My friend got a vanilla latte hot and a bagel with cream cheese. It was all fine, nothing crazy. The inside is cute and filled with plants.

Yelp
Came here with a group of friends after a run club! Good: - Lots of cute seating, nice plant ambiance - The staff are really nice - The acai bowl was incredibly unique, I liked how it contained a more ice cream texture of acai and lots of fruit - The salmon breakfast sandwich had a lot of ingredients and it was super tasty Bad: - Wait times were crazy, took about 45 min for my acai bowl to be ready, and they didn't take orders by numbers Overall I feel glad that I came, but would not come again until the wait times improve.

Yelp
Stopped by because it was the only place close to my job for the day. Grabbed a smoked salmon bagel for lunch & Enjoyed it inside the cafe, it was too hot & sunny today for me to sit outdoors. The ambiance was lovely and their aesthetics were so eco-cute! Staff were really friendly. Definitely would come by if I were in the neighborhood again. Parking is definitely mild to hard, mostly 2 hr and a lot of 90 degree hill parking!

Yelp
Great spot with great food and good coffee! I got an iced oat milk latte and the espresso was strong (in a good way!) Paired it with an avocado toast with an egg. I was surprised to find the egg was scrambled (most places do poached or fried), but it was a well-cooked, fluffy egg. The toast itself was a slice of ciabatta bread and was perfect for the dish: it held up to the weight and moisture content of the avocado spread, while still being soft enough to bite into easily. It was busy, but the staff were friendly and efficient and our food and drinks came out relatively quickly. Lots of plants (including fiddle leaf figs) give the spot a cozy vibe. There are lots of tables and chairs and the noise level is a good mix--loud enough that you feel comfortable talking without disturbing people, but not so loud that you can't hear anything. They also sell a bunch of locally-made jewelry, stickers, and other gifts, which I enjoyed. Unless you get something to go, they also automatically serve everything with reusable dish ware which I appreciate for the sustainability (and the aesthetic.) I would definitely recommend this spot for a coffee date, or a spot to read or work solo.

Yelp
Awesome spot to meet with a friend or get some work done. Tons of seating, really bright and airy, good Wifi, water, restroom. We went on a Sunday morning, and although busy, still easy to find an open seat. Service was also super friendly. The coffee was solid. The espresso was definitely a bit darker than I like it, but the milk was done well. We also got a lavender iced latte, which was good, but the lavender syrup they use is definitely not your typical. It seemed to carry some of the bitterness from the lavender, which I enjoyed, but my partner didn't. Overall, definitely give them a try! Great cafe.

Yelp
Fiddle Fig Cafe was the perfect spot for a morning breakfast before our adventures in SF! We were checking out of our hotel after a work conference in SF and after a quick search on Yelp, one of my friends found this spot! So happy they did because it was such a great find for some caffeine and brekkie. A cute lil cafe with a good amount of seating and the line moves pretty fast, even if there is quite the crowd. I got the croissant sandwich and a matcha latte and both were delicious! Definitely would be back to visit if I'm in the area again when in town.

Yelp
Yummy sandwich options that can be enjoyed inside their spacious and beautiful restaurant, accommodating large groups or outdoors (with limited seating outdoors). I ordered the veggie sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by how well the sun dried pesto both complimented and unified the veges. The bread was delicious and could have been enjoyed on its own. The sandwich was more than enough for 1 person and could have also been split between 2 people. My son equally enjoyed his chicken sandwich though my husband was underwhelmed by the avocado toast. Service was friendly and efficient on a busy Saturday morning.

Yelp
Great, and pretty large, breakfast burrito. The tater tots in the burrito are always a pleasing addition too, though the whole thing might be slightly too cheesy. Solid cup of coffee too. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

Jack S.

Yelp
Salmon breakfast sandwich, butter croissant both tasty, well prepared, and drip coffee delicious. Ambience, with lovely window seats and classic sf views, perfect for a quiet morning. Will repeat.

Yelp
coffee and food were good, nothing special but the location and vibes were awesome! it was green and full of plants. lots of seating, some near outlets and a lot of people doing work. great for mid to small size groups and individuals. i'd def come back!

Yelp
Very cute and quiet cafe. Ordered black tea with milk and an almond roll. Was delightful and super tasty. Enjoyed it outside while basking in the beautiful sun and pleasant temperatures of spring day. Service was quick and efficient and completed with a smile.

Yelp
Found this little gem around the corner from where we are staying. We wanted an afternoon coffee so we tried this new place. The affogato and latte were delicious and perfectly prepared. A great way to start or end your journey to Lombard Street.

Yelp
Service was great. Nothing bad to say about the employees- super cool & friendly. Food is garbage. Garbage cheap ass coffee and garbage ingredients in the food. Bright yellow cheddar cheese etc. This place is masquerading as an artisanal bakery & coffee shop but it's airport quality, at best. Felt ripped off. Didn't finish our food or coffee. Again, employees were great. Owners need to get the quality together though. How this place is rated so high is crazy.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The space is perfect to get some reading or work done. There are plenty of tables and some with outlets. I appreciate the amount of sunlight this space gets and it's also decorated with many plants available for purchase. Service was ok. Nothing bad to say but wasn't memorable either. I ordered an iced oat milk latte with hazelnut syrup and a smoked salmon bagel. Both were delicious, but I feel like I should come back for the sandwiches which they're known for. Will definitely be stopping by again when I'm in the area!

Yelp
A great place to work, with excellent sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. The atmosphere is quiet, and everyone is focused on their work.

Yelp
Based on a one time visit, I'll give Fiddle & Fig a generous 4 star only to not ruin their rave reviews. Me, a pretty meh experience. The wait time was short, because we arrived 9am on a Tuesday before the crowds. Stood at counter a while until we figured out you are required to place your own order from a computer screen. Efficient maybe, but zero human interaction, except when they call your name. Then you walk up, retrieve your order, help yourself to napkins, tableware etc. Interior not my thing, but others love it. I'm old & it felt like the 70s never died. Tables need to be self- bussed. Unfortunately, some people left their plates on the table. I bussed for them, got a couple napkins & wiped the crumbs & liquids off. Not exactly sanitary. Coffee & tea was ok. My friend said his blueberry muffin tasted a day old. My avocado toast was good, ripe avocado with everything seasoning, added a little something to spice up the avocado mash. I shouldn't have ordered the eggs on top, definitely 1 star. First, they were bland, and shaped like Costco premade frozen egg patties. Pick one up & they're rubbery disks. I didn't eat them. If you're a local I'd say this place is a find. The staff is too busy to notice if you're there all day on your computer. Definitely a good place to grab a coffee. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but a lot of people give it 5 stars. That's my story. Support Local!

Yelp
Pleased with my breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. I wandered North Beach in attempt to find the perfect work remote café. Although there were some more historic and classic Italian North Beach café options, this one is where I ended up. Plenty of seating, a mix of people, and good WiFi. They have plants everywhere which is definitely their theme.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Found this coffee shop while I was at a brunch spot nearby. We came here on a Sunday right before noon and it was crowded. Lots of seating options, but the space is pretty small. The line to the bathroom and line to order was a little confusing just because of the small space. Service was pretty quick despite the amount of people!

Marisa M.

Yelp
So cute!! Chai latte is great and I also ordered a salmon breakfast sandwhich and it was bomb! The interior is so cute - happy vibes in this coffee shop
google avatar

Hal F.

Yelp
Excellent happen chance! Excellent service, attitude and food. Quick but not rushed service! Quiet / cozy ambiance. We were staying at a rental close by. If lived near by would be here often!
google avatar

Kennedy J.

Yelp
I got a caramel latte and asked the nice person at the counter to make it a little extra sweet, I also had a few other nit picky requests and they obliged no problem! My coffee was great and my bagel with salmon and egg was the perfect fuel for the day! I really wanted to try the banana matcha but will just have to come back Seating is nice and accommodated our large group of 9 easily at like 9 or 10 am on a Saturday
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
the hot matcha latte was pretty nice in terms of being unsweetened and smooth. can't say the same about iced because some people say that's watered down. overall nice vibes free wifi
google avatar

Skylar W.

Yelp
In looking up coffee shops nearby our hotel, we came across Fiddle Fig. Super cute with the neon sign and all the plants. It was perfect for what we needed - breakfast, coffee, and matcha. I enjoyed my latte and really liked the breakfast sandwich! The garlic aioli was a perfect way to offset the drier biscuit. It was super busy but but the line moved pretty fast!
google avatar

Adel W.

Yelp
I just appreciate when cafes have ample seating, wifi, and some outlets! Fiddle Fig Cafe has a huge and inviting space, and working here was a great experience. They have good aesthetics and decent food/drinks! I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Angelina Z.

Yelp
The ambience here is so cute and the sandwiches are amazing! I split the cuban with a friend and it made for a great lighter lunch. The bread was well-toasted, and the sandwich was so flavorful and comforting.

Yelp
Fiddle Fig Cafe is a popular spot, with a mix of families coming in and out, friends catching up, and others with their laptops heads-down working. + Cappuccino was pretty tasty and the perfect temperature for sipping immediately. + Lots of tables and seating, and outlets available. It can get a bit cramped when multiple people are sitting in an area since the tables are so close together. Loved the natural light coming in through the windows. + Dog-friendly. Quite a few pups came in and out of the shop. One chilled on the couch with his person while they were drinking their coffee. ~ The service was unusual. We were told to order our drinks ourselves on the ordering tablet when we came in - the staff looked stressed during the morning rush - and my friend was not informed until 30 minutes later and asking twice that they were actually out of the iced coffee she'd ordered. Overall, a decent place to get coffee and get some work done, if you work well in a coffee shop environment. The breakfast biscuit also smelled amazing - I might try that next time.
google avatar

Zachary D.

Yelp
Breakfast sandwich was good. Fresh fluffy biscuit, plenty of egg, but needed more ham. I've never had garlic aioli on a breakfast sammy, but it worked for me. Drip coffee was nice and strong. $17 including $2 tip.
google avatar

Karan P.

Yelp
Such a beautiful spot to slow down, sit down and just be.. they serve hot (and cold) drinks, make great coffee, delicious sandwiches. The green plants make such a cozy spot to just sit and relax and watch the city hustle past you.
google avatar

Lynn S.

Yelp
This place had cute vibe and lots of seating spots. Matcha was good and friendly staff. But my one thing is that Food was pre packaged items. This store would be a lot more of an attraction if they made fresh breakfast sandwiches and got good quality pastries and bread from a neighboring bakery.
google avatar

Mark I.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken sandwich to go this afternoon based on the photos on Fiddle's website and their menu you order from online. See for yourself what their food actually looks like versus their menu. A huge bummer to get home and open the bag to find this poor excuse for a sandwich.
google avatar

Merrick G.

Yelp
This place is a great spot to work at,they have a lot of tables and fast wifi. Definitely would recommend if you want to mix up work from home, their chicken sandwich is also delicious.
google avatar

Sami R.

Yelp
So cute when you walk in! Filled with plants and an overall good vibe. Plenty of space to work from or catch up with a friend. Light filled and everyone is nice. You do order from an iPad so there's that. I got an iced latte and it was good. Deeper espresso which I prefer a lighter blend. The sandwich was good but could use some spice? It was pesto but I didn't get much pesto flavor. Overall, I'd come back! Oh and a dog bed I think? So cute if you have a small pup you wanna bring.
google avatar

Geeta S.

Yelp
Since the main purpose of my yelp reviews is to find and share vegetarian friendly finds, I have to give this otherwise-excellent cafe a low review. The coffee, ambience, free wifi, and outlets are pros but the veggie sandwich is one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. The vegetables tasted like they were doused in sharpie making half of the $16 sandwich inedible. The service is also good here but please make a better veggie sandwich!!
google avatar

Jonathan A.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick lunch after traverse down Lombard St. There were a few people working and it seemed like a nice quiet place to do some remote work. Staff was friendly but we ordered via the kiosk. The Acai bowl was good and had lots of fresh fruit in it. My wife had a sandwich which was also delicious.

Chelsea C.

Yelp
Delicious pastries and wonderful coffee. I wish I lived closer, I would be there every morning!
google avatar

Jiyoung B.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe in the area!!! The sandwiches are so fresh and the vibe is nice. Perfect for a quick brunch or working at a cafe. Lots of plants and cute artist gifts inside too
google avatar

Star R.

Yelp
Been here twice , the 1st time was great I got a latte and would give that 5 stars. Today I tried the turkey sandwich, took a while to get the sandwich. The description does not state that the sandwich is toasted- I personally don't like melted cheese and cold lettuce and tomato. Unfortunately was too late to stop it from happening and running out of time on my break. Also the lettuce was the center of the romaine and cut into little pieces so it just falls out of the sandwich.. it got messy.
google avatar

Sam D.

Yelp
What a cute coffee shop! There are plants everywhere which gives it a cozy feel. The latte had great flavor and a cute presentation! The açaí bowl was fantastic. This is place is a must try!
google avatar

Jenn H.

Yelp
Visited this cute cafe after work one day with a coworker. The interior was very welcoming and relaxing. There were two people working; one cook and one taking orders, very friendly and helped us quickly! The food came out soon after we ordered. Both our orders were delicious and tasted fresh. We stayed around chatting for a few hours (until they closed), we never felt rushed even while they were breaking everything down. I would highly reccomend coming here and can't wait to go back myself and try something else from their menu
google avatar

Amy Z.

Yelp
This is a cute cafe with lots of seating and cute plant filled decor. The WiFi is fast and there a decent number of outlets, so there's always people studying or getting work done. Their drinks and food are solid also. The iced matcha is delicious and I'll be back!
google avatar

Jaz R.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe - ordered a latte and pesto sandwich. Service was very quick and cashier was very kind. Wish I could have stayed longer to work from the cafe but forgot my laptop charger! Will be back :)

Kylia P.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe, the vibes are so good! The baristas were super chill. They have great açaí bowls and matcha. There's a section of the cafe where they sell jewelry and pottery from local artists - at a super reasonable price.
google avatar

Abby O.

Yelp
This coffee spot captures the essence of an ideal cafe. Quick service, abundant indoor/outdoor seating, and great matcha. They also have an excellent selection of pastries if you're like me and love something sweet in the morning. I got the cinnamon twist, which I highly recommend.
google avatar

Sahar N.

Yelp
You must get their breakfast sandwich! It can be on the messier side, but that's okay! Because every bite hits the spot. The garlic aioli is splashed perfectly on the egg, ham and cheese masterpiece - add avocado! Ordered an iced coffee with a splash of whole milk and it did the job. Cute and cozy spot to work in or pop in and out. Great service and great location!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute corner coffee shop with hot sandwiches and pastries. Indoor and outdoor seating available and wifi. My oat milk decaf latte was good. Veggie sandwich was amazing. Roasted and marinated zucchini, squash, and carrot with purple onion and aioli. The ciabatta bread was very very good. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich, it was on the blander side compared to mine. The almond croissant was fine, very little filling inside though. Nice spot for a quick lunch. Enjoyed the plant decor.
