Fidelity Hotel

Exceptional hotel. The staff was especially efficient and friendly. The valet, particularly Vincent and Adrian were quick and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated, and the shower had great water pressure! Very appreciated! Central to everything that we wanted to see in Cleveland. We will definitely be back.

I am currently staying at the Fidelity Hotel. So far the experience has been fantastic. The valet team (Vincent and Adrian) were prompt, courteous, and efficient. As soon as we pulled up, someone was ready to assist us with our luggage and take care of parking. The staff was friendly and professional, making arrival and check-in stress-free. |The hotel itself was clean, tasteful, and very comfortable. Our room was well-appointed with everything we needed—plush bedding, ample space, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job. Staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is also a great addition.||I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, and guest-focused experience. The valet service in particular is one of the best I’ve experienced, and the overall stay is already exceeding my expectations.

I came into Cleveland for a business trip, and to anyone who knows, it can be difficult to find a good quality hotel in the area. I am a lifetime platinum member for Marriott and this property is among the best hotels that I have stayed at in the entire world. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the valets have been trained impeccably, and most of all, the housekeeping goes above and beyond tidying the room and making sure it's comfortable. It feels like I'm truly a guest at a family member's house. This is probably the highest praise a hotel could hope to receive. To whoever is managing this property, kudos to you and kudos to your incredible staff. This hotel is now my go-to whenever I come to Cleveland and I'll be recommending it to all of my colleagues. Thank you for the memorable stay.

The service here was the best we’ve had at a hotel, hands down. From the valet (Vincent, Adrian, & Erik will get the door for you every time with a smile & ask how your day was), the front desk to the room service & food, we had an exceptional experience here! Always friendly, ready to give directions, offer dining recommendations, or lend a hand. The hotel itself has gorgeous rooms, the details are amazing. Beds are worth sleeping in for!

Let me start this review by saying I’m about as picky as one can be on hotels to the point that my husband takes a deep breath when we walk in to a new place hoping I will like it . The Fidelity hotel was perfect and a top notch experience for us. From the beautiful and comfortable lobby to the wonderful food and drinks at the Club Room we could not have been happier to have found this pot of gold. The attention to detail in the rooms was so appreciated including the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced in terms of water pressure and temperature and simply a large beautiful tiled shower with marble and nice euro glass door. The towels and bed linens were divine, the bed incredibly comfortable and the room decor was beautiful. Even the chair in the room was so comfortable! They really knocked it put of the park at the Fidelity - would highly recommend and will stay here every time we are in Cleveland.

They have tried to make it appear old. They have done just that. The rooms are very small with no place for luggage. The bathroom shower is not thought out well. It leaks and hits you in the face. The placement of the toilet does not allow for the toilet seat to stay up. It's a hard place to be if you are an adult. The best thing about this hotel is that the Marble Room is very close! Definitely see this restaurant if you can't eat there!

We had such a great stay at Fidelity—the hotel common spaces and rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the meals and drinks we had at the restaurant were delicious. Everyone working there was also incredibly kind and helpful. Can't wait to stay again.

We were in town for a funeral & the staff at The Fidelity could not have been any nicer. The restaurant was amazing & the art was gorgeous . The hand painted mural is STUNNING. We had breakfast & dinner and the food was delicious. The bartender Ricky was great. His recommendations were spot on & the drinks were delicious! We travel with our dogs & the fact that they traveled with us for free was even better! We loved our suite & the decor, it is beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

The Fidelity is a magical delight unlike any other found in downtown Cleveland, central to all downtown attractions The several times I've been to the Club Room, I've been exceedingly pleased by the food and drinks, and also the service. Upon entering, I've always been warmly greeted by the host/hostess. The interior of this hotel is gorgeous and the furniture is well made, unique:, and exceedingly comfortable. The local artwork that adorn the walls is fantastic. Now onto the food! The nonalcoholic IPA beer is a delight. Tastes just like a great IPA, minus the alcohol. The wine selection is of appropriate size and the reds I've had here have been great. The sweet and spicy nuts are served warm and have the perfect blend of spices. The portion size is ample enough to share. These are always a crowd pleased when we order them for the table to share. The steak frites (lunch menu) was cooked to perfection, large enough to take half home, well seasoned, and very tender. The blistered cherry tomato salsa verde atop the steak was wonderful. I had the option to have the cubed potatoes in lieu of fries and the cubed potatoes are not to be missed! Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside. On my several visits, my dining mates had the Fidelity Burger and they have all been pleased. Cooked to order, flavorful, juicy, and perfect bun to patty ratio. The butterscotch pudding is a delight to share with a friend, as the portion is rather large. The service is always friendly and the waitstaff is always knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to many more visits to Fidelity's Club Room in the future! I hope everyone is aware of this wonderful spot , tucked away in a small quiet street in downtown Cleveland .

The Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland was such a lovely surprise--absolutely beautiful with boutique vibes that reminded me of Magnolia style decor. The blend of modern finishes and rustic charm created a cozy yet elevated atmosphere throughout the property. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the bar or club area, the location was perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. We caught a Guardians game and even made our way to the Jack Casino Hotel--all just a short stroll away, which made exploring the city super convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. There's no self-parking option, and valet is $52 per night. Also, after midnight, the front doors are locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk, which was a little inconvenient but understandable for safety. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Cleveland.

Nice decor but cramped, incredibly noisy and packed. Overpriced menu with average items- nothing noteworthy. $25 burger... We decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Such a beautiful atmosphere for Sunday brunch. The most delicious avocado toast I've ever had! The wait staff was so attentive and efficient. A great experience!
