Fidelity Hotel

One of my favorite hotels. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Room interior design was amazing - much more inviting than another luxury hotel in the area with the stone-clad mausoleum bathrooms. Also liked that it was around the corner from Euclid Avenue so there was much less noise from traffic. Will definitely stay here again!

I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it shows. The entire hotel and my room was impeccably decorated, spotless, cozy, and quiet. The linens were high quality, and everything smelled amazing. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, even to my dog. The restaurant was also a standout. I enjoyed it so much, I ate there twice. I was only passing through, but my experience was so wonderful I’d happily find a reason to come back to Cleveland just to stay here again.

Such a beautiful hotel with great service! I was immediately impressed with the promptness at the valet with Vincent and Adrian and the fact that they were very welcoming. There’s some valet drivers I come across that don’t seem very warm, but often times, the valet team is the first people you see at a hotel, so they can really set the tone of your stay. After I got into the hotel, I loved the ambiance right off the bat and the service at the front desk was exceptional as well. Don’t get me started on the room - it’s simple, but super well thought out and has a lot of cute character to it. I stayed in a room with one of the bath tubs and loved it so much! Love all the gold accents and the art + the water they give you in the canteen next to the bed! Absolutely would stay here again!!

The location of this hotel is in a great area with a nearby CVS and wonderful restaurant called the Marble Room which I would recommend checking out. With that said, the bed was large and extremely comfortable during my stay. It was very convenient that there is a classy and cozy bar located at the lobby entrance level. In fact classy and cozy are two great words to describe the hotel experience. The restaurant/bar in the lobby is called the Club Room and serves wonderful and wholesome dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel staff was also very kind and pleasant to work with. I was greeted with a smile day and night at the reception desk. At one point my better half needed some cotton swabs and toilet paper and the reception desk told they would send some up in a few minutes and in fact they did. Maybe 2 minutes had passed which was unexpected. Even the fanciest places in Chicago or Miami would take 15 minutes for rooms that cost double the price per night. Just adding an observation, the craftsmanship was very good at the hotel. A trained eye will be able to recognize that. There was quality in every corner and signs of great care from whenever the last renovation was. I was very comforted to see no cheap plastics or low quality materials in use.

Great location. Walkable to many places. Low cost. The bed comfortable. Clean and updated, but that's about it. Nearly else fell short. Once you look carefully and use the room, you will notice endless cheap features that bring the value way down. I may use again, but I'll bring a coffee maker next time.

The hotel is gorgeous, so many extra details that really make a difference. The breakfast was very good and very big portions. Vincent from valet was so helpful, helped with the bags, opening and closing my son's stroller, remembering my name and asking if we needed our vehicle soon. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathtub was big and very relaxing.

Nothing makes a get-away like a beautifully designed boutique hotel - especially one in an historic building in an historic city. For lovers of “art hotels” local artists are featured in a variety of media in stunning murals, a gallery wall, and throughout the space. The lobby and dining spaces are both beautiful and comfortable. The business part (valet and check-in) have their own spaces and yet there is still room for two intimate-feeling sitting areas, a bar and very comfortable banquette-lined dining room, as well as two more private dining spaces - all with lovely lighting and bountiful windows. Our king room, while cozy, was so well designed: vestibule by the door, lighted wardrobe/coffee bar, bedside charging station, comfortable leather side chair and small round table; a beautiful vanity honoring the history of the building, yet including a drawer, a shelf for cosmetics, a tri-fold mirror, and a portable make-up mirror; a great shower featuring a stunning tile floor. Location is a short walk to everything downtown on a quiet street. Valet service is second-to-none. Restaurant: a limited menu (a good thing in a small hotel!) consistently great breakfasts (perfect sunny-side up eggs) and a very accommodating staff concerning dietary restrictions.

If you are staying in the downtown Cleveland area...make sure you treat yourself to a stay at the beautiful Fidelity Hotel. The staff is amazing...the hotel and all of its facilities, are absolutely breathtaking. I will make a point to come here every Summer, from now on. The rooms are so lovely and are very luxurious. Beautiful art in your room, and throughout the hotel. On a scale of 10, I would give The Fidelity a 12.

The Fidelity is a magical delight unlike any other found in downtown Cleveland, central to all downtown attractions The several times I've been to the Club Room, I've been exceedingly pleased by the food and drinks, and also the service. Upon entering, I've always been warmly greeted by the host/hostess. The interior of this hotel is gorgeous and the furniture is well made, unique:, and exceedingly comfortable. The local artwork that adorn the walls is fantastic. Now onto the food! The nonalcoholic IPA beer is a delight. Tastes just like a great IPA, minus the alcohol. The wine selection is of appropriate size and the reds I've had here have been great. The sweet and spicy nuts are served warm and have the perfect blend of spices. The portion size is ample enough to share. These are always a crowd pleased when we order them for the table to share. The steak frites (lunch menu) was cooked to perfection, large enough to take half home, well seasoned, and very tender. The blistered cherry tomato salsa verde atop the steak was wonderful. I had the option to have the cubed potatoes in lieu of fries and the cubed potatoes are not to be missed! Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside. On my several visits, my dining mates had the Fidelity Burger and they have all been pleased. Cooked to order, flavorful, juicy, and perfect bun to patty ratio. The butterscotch pudding is a delight to share with a friend, as the portion is rather large. The service is always friendly and the waitstaff is always knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to many more visits to Fidelity's Club Room in the future! I hope everyone is aware of this wonderful spot , tucked away in a small quiet street in downtown Cleveland .

The Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland was such a lovely surprise--absolutely beautiful with boutique vibes that reminded me of Magnolia style decor. The blend of modern finishes and rustic charm created a cozy yet elevated atmosphere throughout the property. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the bar or club area, the location was perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. We caught a Guardians game and even made our way to the Jack Casino Hotel--all just a short stroll away, which made exploring the city super convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. There's no self-parking option, and valet is $52 per night. Also, after midnight, the front doors are locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk, which was a little inconvenient but understandable for safety. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Cleveland.

Club Room at Fidelity Hotel was a place with beautiful decor and ambiance. The service was warm and attentive. Their signature burgers were exceptional!

Stopped in for lunch at Fidelity Hotel. Great service and great food! Very cozy environment and love the wall murals!

Nice decor but cramped, incredibly noisy and packed. Overpriced menu with average items- nothing noteworthy. $25 burger... We decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Such a beautiful atmosphere for Sunday brunch. The most delicious avocado toast I've ever had! The wait staff was so attentive and efficient. A great experience!
