Cleveland's Fidelity Hotel

Lovely front desk attendants. Stunning property! The details are just beautiful. What a wonderful job they did creating lovely spaces with ambiance. From the lighting to the wallpaper…all of it is perfection. Comfy bed, super strong water pressure. Cozy room and we loved the prosecco that was waiting for us- thank you so much. So much to look at, every space was so charming. We had dinner and breakfast at the Club Room restaurant which was divine. Such delicious food and loved our anniversary piece of cheesecake they brought out for us! So kind. Highly recommend staying here and grabbing a meal from the restaurant!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you step into the lobby to the upper hallways and into the room, everything feels elegant and welcoming. We stayed in a petite suite and loved it—it was spacious with high-end finishes and an incredibly comfortable bed. The entire hotel was spotless, smelled amazing, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. We’ll definitely be returning!

Very clean and aesthetically nice looking rooms. Refreshing place to stay and not your average copy/paste hotel. You can tell this company puts a lot of effort into making your stay an enjoyable experience. Staff was very polite and addressed questions promptly. Also the location is fantastic - a lot within walking distance and right next to the arcade. Highly recommend staying here

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Fidelity Hotel. Having lived in Europe for many years and traveled extensively between there and my home in America, I can honestly say this hotel is in a league of its own. It has such a chic, European charm — elegant yet quaint — and the staff are some of the warmest and most accommodating I’ve ever encountered.||After driving through four states in terrible weather from Connecticut to purchase a vehicle, I arrived exhausted, hungry, and unsure where to park. Chloe at the front desk was incredibly patient and kind, immediately putting me at ease and helping me get settled. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to make it to the restaurant just in time for a much-needed meal and martini.||At the bar, Wendell was an absolute delight — personable, professional, and a true mixologist. Having been a server and international wine broker myself, I simply told him what I was in the mood for, and he crafted the perfect drink. It was exactly what I needed after such a long day.||I don’t usually order burgers or fries, since my stomach fills up fast and eat mainly protein/veggies to recharge my body with the nutrition it needs— and I’m so glad I did! It was one of the best I’ve ever had — even better than the ones people rave about in Southern California (sorry, In-N-Out!).||Thank you to the entire team at the Fidelity Hotel for turning what started as a stressful day into a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Because of your care and hospitality, I was able to unwind, enjoy a great meal, and recharge before exploring downtown and completing my drive home. I can’t wait to return!

This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away on E. 6th Street, it's a short walk to E. 4th Street entertainment district, Cleveland's two arcades, Public Square/Tower City, and the sports arenas. The Art Deco decor is only rivaled by the Renaissance Hotel. Don't stay here for the view. Our windows faced a concrete wall of a parking garage, but the bed was comfy (we booked a Queen, but they compt us a King), the water preasure for such an old building was amazing, and the privacy was top-notch.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it shows. The entire hotel and my room was impeccably decorated, spotless, cozy, and quiet. The linens were high quality, and everything smelled amazing. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, even to my dog. The restaurant was also a standout. I enjoyed it so much, I ate there twice. I was only passing through, but my experience was so wonderful I’d happily find a reason to come back to Cleveland just to stay here again.

This place is gorgeous, incredibly comfortable, and the staff is so kind! We had an issue in our room where a light wasn't turning off when we got in late at night and David at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, he immediately moved us to a new room, the whole process was very seamless. I would 100% stay here again.

One of my favorite hotels. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Room interior design was amazing - much more inviting than another luxury hotel in the area with the stone-clad mausoleum bathrooms. Also liked that it was around the corner from Euclid Avenue so there was much less noise from traffic. Will definitely stay here again!

The Fidelity is a magical delight unlike any other found in downtown Cleveland, central to all downtown attractions The several times I've been to the Club Room, I've been exceedingly pleased by the food and drinks, and also the service. Upon entering, I've always been warmly greeted by the host/hostess. The interior of this hotel is gorgeous and the furniture is well made, unique:, and exceedingly comfortable. The local artwork that adorn the walls is fantastic. Now onto the food! The nonalcoholic IPA beer is a delight. Tastes just like a great IPA, minus the alcohol. The wine selection is of appropriate size and the reds I've had here have been great. The sweet and spicy nuts are served warm and have the perfect blend of spices. The portion size is ample enough to share. These are always a crowd pleased when we order them for the table to share. The steak frites (lunch menu) was cooked to perfection, large enough to take half home, well seasoned, and very tender. The blistered cherry tomato salsa verde atop the steak was wonderful. I had the option to have the cubed potatoes in lieu of fries and the cubed potatoes are not to be missed! Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth tender on the inside. On my several visits, my dining mates had the Fidelity Burger and they have all been pleased. Cooked to order, flavorful, juicy, and perfect bun to patty ratio. The butterscotch pudding is a delight to share with a friend, as the portion is rather large. The service is always friendly and the waitstaff is always knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to many more visits to Fidelity's Club Room in the future! I hope everyone is aware of this wonderful spot , tucked away in a small quiet street in downtown Cleveland .

The Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland was such a lovely surprise--absolutely beautiful with boutique vibes that reminded me of Magnolia style decor. The blend of modern finishes and rustic charm created a cozy yet elevated atmosphere throughout the property. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the bar or club area, the location was perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. We caught a Guardians game and even made our way to the Jack Casino Hotel--all just a short stroll away, which made exploring the city super convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. There's no self-parking option, and valet is $52 per night. Also, after midnight, the front doors are locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk, which was a little inconvenient but understandable for safety. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Cleveland.

Stopped in for lunch at Fidelity Hotel. Great service and great food! Very cozy environment and love the wall murals!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter while in the area recently, and everything was amazing! Pleasant, comfortable atmosphere, and our waitress was super efficient. Our food came out super fast, everything was hot and delicious! We ordered the Ceasar Wrap and Club Sandwich and they were great! Prices within reason for the location and comparable to others. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Club Room at Fidelity Hotel was a place with beautiful decor and ambiance. The service was warm and attentive. Their signature burgers were exceptional!

Nice decor but cramped, incredibly noisy and packed. Overpriced menu with average items- nothing noteworthy. $25 burger... We decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Such a beautiful atmosphere for Sunday brunch. The most delicious avocado toast I've ever had! The wait staff was so attentive and efficient. A great experience!
