Never again for me!! Proceed with extreme caution with this place. I recommend getting a signed agreement from the owner, Ron, for anything important you book with him. I had an agreed price and time for a basketball court rental for my son's 13th birthday. When I called to ask a couple of questions a couple of days before he proceeded to tell me he booked the court for a tournament because it was better for him (making him more money). On top of that he lied and said he tried to call me twice (which is 100% not true). Ron was totally rude, unapologetic and didn't even talk about any alternatives to try to make it right. I've never written a bad review in my life because people are typically reasonable and will work together to figure things out. Ron, was the total opposite. I would never call there again. I hope he realizes the short term gain will ultimately be a bigger loss in the end.

This facility is in such poor condition. The rims on all the courts are very loose. A lot of great shots did not have a chance of going in. The games are all scored by children and there were so many scoring errors on the scoreboard. Seating is very limited, lobby is very small and the bathrooms look like that of an abandoned building.

I run a nonprofit organization called Sky Is The Limit Basketball, and The Fieldhouse has been our home for the last 4 years. Their staff is amazing, the facility is well maintained, and it's easy to find parking. We have run everything from tryouts to training to charity events at the Fieldhouse.

We schedule months in beforehand. Then 2 weeks before the booked date they say they are overbooked and cancel. This is the second time they overbooked us. It seems if you are not renting out all 3 of the courts, they will bump you off for someone who will

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Fieldhouse due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner, Ron. His actions were not only rude but downright unacceptable. He displayed blatant discrimination, raised his voice aggressively—especially towards women—and handled situations in a completely unprofessional manner. No customer or guest should ever be treated with such disrespect. I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting this business.

This gym is incredibly unprofessional. My friends were supposed to have the gym at 9:30, but they over booked and were aware of this overbooking but and never disclosed it in hopes that we would stay & pay them anyways. Instead of letting us know ahead of time to give us the option to cancel, they didn’t tell us knowing we would all show up and have no choice but to wait. We waited for over an hour. Do not recommend booking this gym out EVER.

Over booked and didnt notify us until we got there we booked for 9:30 and told us we had to wait until close to 11 after 15 of us already showed up. very unprofessional. Owner did not care to make things right told us we had to figure it out

Marcus giving us a hard time when we had the place booked at 8 and the other people are still on at 815 instead of telling them to leave. Treating me that we going to have a problem when I asked him what time we have the courts
