The staff at Fieldstone are extremely friendly. At the time, I wanted to watch Alex Honnold’s Netflix live climbing broadcast, and one of the staff members, Ryah, came over in snowy weather to help me fix the TV connection issue in the Artisan lounge. The maintenance staff here respond very promptly, work efficiently, and are truly warm and helpful.

Ryah was very helpful with touring and arranging my lease last minute. She helped make the move in very easy and made sure everything I needed to sign the lease was ready and efficient. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, can’t thank them enough.

I cannot recommend Fieldstone Artisan Graduate Housing enough, specifically thanks to the incredible support from Ryah. Applying for graduate housing can be stressful, but Ryah truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for me. Last week, I ran into some frustrating technical issues while trying to submit my application. Ryah didn’t just give me generic advice; she took the time to personally troubleshoot the application with me until the problem was completely resolved. Her patience and expertise during that process were invaluable. Beyond the application, her communication has been top-tier. She followed up promptly to help coordinate with the University registrar and made sure every detail of my enrollment was confirmed. It is rare to find this level of dedicated, personalized service. Ryah is a massive asset to the Fieldstone team, and I hope management recognizes the extra effort she puts in to take care of future residents. Thank you, Ryah!

Gloria was so helpful and efficient in arranging our lease. Ryah was a great tour guide and liaison!! She was patient, kind and a great listener, and extraordinarily professional in her tour and real time exposure to the Fieldstone-Artisan experience. Thumbs up!!

The unparalleled level of personal assistance that Gloria provided each time I called Fieldstone was more than I ever expected. They always have a wonderful attitude whenever they pick up the phone! They also always check in with our progress and there whenever we have questions/concerns.
