As someone preparing from overseas, I had tons of questions about the lease, payment, and move-in process. Kate has been incredibly responsive, patient, and kind throughout. She explained everything clearly and really helped ease my concerns about moving to a new country. I truly appreciate her professionalism and warmth. It made a big difference for me during a stressful time. I'm looking forward to joining the community this fall!

Kate was a phenomenal tour guide. We did not have an appointment to view the apartments and Kate was ready and willing to show us all of the details. Fieldstone was fantastic, and we will be signing on during our daughter's time at UMass Amherst.

Very knowledgeable staff, Kate and Nick were extremely helpful. As a family of a grad student unfamiliar to the area, we had a ton of questions about housing, student life, downtown activities, etc. Both Kate and Nick answered all of our questions and were very professional throughout the tour. Took a tour of fieldstone/slate property with Christina. She was so helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the units and amenities. The common areas are clean, plentiful & well thought out. The apartments are smartly designed as well. We look forward to moving into this complex.

I lived in Fieldstone for 3 semesters and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The building is well-kept and the location is unbeatable. I appreciated the fact it’s new construction, with nice fixtures and appliances. In addition, staff are kind and accommodating.
