"Carson isn’t just known for Dignity Health Sports Park, the Goodyear Blimp base, and IKEA. This city at the intersection of the 405 and 110 freeways also houses one of Southern California’s largest Filipino populations and some great Filipino food. Fiesta Barbecue & Bibingka features bright lime green walls and specializes in grilled-to-order meats and bibingka, a rice flour bread that’s topped with cream cheese and salted egg and baked in a banana leaf. Definitely grab one for the road from an incubator by the register. The Fiesta Family Pack features a whole bird with peanut sauce, atchara (pickled vegetables), and enough rice to last all week. Atypical offerings include juicy grilled tuna belly and tuna collar." - Eater Staff, Joshua Lurie

Plenty of parking in a strip mall near Starbucks and subway! Decent size portions of food for a reasonable price- good menu selection with vegetarian options available and they highlight the most popular dishes in case you are unfamiliar with their type of cuisine. Dining area is accommodating but it is more of a counter service restaurant so nothing spectacular! I would eat here again and try other menu options because the food is tasty! Also I got take out and they wrap with plastic wrap so food was still very hot when I got home! Employees were friendly and greeted customers appropriately and even knew some local regular patrons by first name- I suggest trying this place out I believe it is South Pacific Philippine dishes but definitely a good change from fast food and appeared healthier for you!

I always want to try the "Fiesta Barbecue & Bibingka Restaurant" in Carson. It is Philippine foods, and I like their barbecue foods. Restaurant was near my home so I walked to the restaurant. When I walked to the restaurant, It wasn't crowded at all. It was a small restaurant, and they maintained the place really cleaned. I walked to the counter, and I ordered my favorite fish , salmon dish, which was Salmon vegie Bowl. A young lady at the counter, she was friendly and helpful with selecting their menu. After that, I went outside for a while, and then I picked up my order. I came home, and I tried their famous barbecue salmon bowl. Salmon was cooked perfect, and their sauce was amazing. Then, broccoli, carrots, and cabbage served with steamed white rice, which were great combinations. It was delicious and tasty foods. I loved the food, but the portion was small. I knew that salmon was pretty expensive fish. I wished that portion was much bigger. Anyway, I enjoyed the delicious food, and I would return to their restaurant again.

Great food, very similar to a Chinese type food! We choose this location via google maps. Very close to the IKEA in Carson, CA. First...Bibingka loosely translate bakery or pastry? Since we were in the area, we wanted to try Filipino dishes. This was the closest to us, and barbeque sounded great! We arrived early afternoon, and to our luck...it was not crowded. The restaurant had an array of chicken, pork and seafood dishes. We choose the mixed combo dish, with a choice of different seafood and meat. Served on banana leaves, fried rice and egg flower soup. In this case, we ordered Seared salmon, pork liempo with the bibingko pastry. The salmon was moist and seared, nothing fried! Tasty and Hot! The food is very good and not all too outlandish taste wise. I feel picky eaters would like coming here and really like the food. Restaurant located in very nice strip mall, with plenty of parking. It did not start to get busy until after 4pm. The mixed plate was $12.50, chicken bowl at 7.75 with generous portions of chicken! The cashier was very patient with us, and helped us me with the pronunciation of the pork Liempo.

Google
First time to try this place. I ordered Tuna Belly and bibingka. The combo comes with a soup, tuna belly and java rice for only $13. The food was fresh and tasty. I ended up ordering a pork liempo since I got so satisfied with the tuna belly.

Good Food. Feels like home everytime we go here.

Google
This place is beyond my expectations!, Glad I try to call and place my order. Staff are nice and I'll definitely come back to try more of their food! Easy parking and fast service!

Google
This place is goated. I came here a yesterday for lunch and decided to try their popular pork liempo and the bibingka. If you're ever near Carson, I encourage you heavily to try out this authentic Filipino food.

Google
Everything is made to order. Fresh and Hot. Its take a little longer for your food but it's so worth it. Love the Pork Belly and Salmon. Very flavorful. Friendly staff. The bibingka is a must have.

Yelp
My first time trying Fiesta BBQ and it was great! Its a small establishment located in a decently sized parking lot. You order at a counter and there a couple of small tables inside so its probably more convenient to do take out. After ordering it took about 10 minutes to get our food. We ordered the pork liempo plate and 2 pork skewers plate. Both were so good!! The pork liempo reminded me of a pork belly and the skewers were very tender and soft. Both had good flavor. I would visit again 100%!

Yelp
We visited Fiesta BBQ on a Saturday afternoon. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. There is no restrooms inside and there's very little seating. We were able to order right away. Please note that everything ordered is made fresh and there's clear signs that orders take about fifteen minutes to make. We ordered the bangus and bbq pork plates. Everything was delicious - fresh and flavorful. Love that each plate comes with sauce and achara, it was a perfect combination. I would definitely recommend.

Kristin D.

Yelp
I ordered the Family Pack; 4 pcs Legs and 4 pcs Thigh (Served with 4 scoops of Java Rice, Peanut Sauce & Atchara). Overall four stars. The grilled chicken was good, nicely seasoned and cooked well. Nothing spectacular, but it definitely hit expectations. Eating the chicken honestly made me want to try the other grilled meats, like the tuna collar...I'll come back for that. I enjoyed the atchara. Fresh, tangy, tasty. And it's been a couple days since visiting Fiesta Barbecue and Bibingka and I'm still using that peanut/soy sauce on my food. 5 stars for the dessert, the Bibingka. I LOVE learning about the history of a dish and its significance. I was told that this sweet treat is eaten during Christmas time and its supposed to represent a gift. That was fun to learn. This was my first time having Filipino food, and I really liked it.

Leticia O.

Yelp
Not a big menu but for all the good reasons. The food is fresh and delicious. My husband's favorite is the salmon teriyaki plate mine is the squid , pork anything, and the squid is amazing. Family owned so you know the service is great! Small seating area but it's clean and welcoming. I hope they never go away

Nima A.

Yelp
The grilled tuna belly was AMAZING! I ordered the the fiesta seafood platter for my mothers birthday and it was a hit! Great price for the quality and portion of the platter. The service was kind and informative. The restaurant had a cozy island feel to it. Will definitely be coming back!

Emily M.

Yelp
10/10 DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!! Great customer service and fresh chicken. I was craving Waba Grill and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the chicken veggie bowl and it was delicious better than Waba Grill. My new spot for sure.

Rich Q.

Yelp
Second time coming to this place and I'm really surprised that it's not as busy. Place always seems decently cleaned and cashiers up front are always nice and helpful. Lots of pictures of their food and they label some as the most popular items. They have one tv near the back end of the restaurant so you can watch whatever they have on. Some nice decorations making sure you know it's a Filipino restaurant. Not too cold or hot inside which is always nice. Now for the food! This is the second time I have gotten their pork bbq and bbq tuna cheek. The bbq pork skewer has nice sized pieces and marinated well. Tender enough but not too tender which makes it perfect! Grilled perfectly not too burnt and overdone. My favorite is the tuna cheek..... yummm! My favorite so far that I've tasted in regard to marinated grilled Filipino style. Nice fatty pieces and cooked again perfectly. Job well done chef. Who ever is in the back knows how to grill. The proteins came with a sweet pickled side dish "acthara" I believe is the name. Nice little bite with every few bites of everything together. Some kind of yellow rice that had decent flavor on it. Didn't notice much flavor on it but it maybe because I was amazed by the BBQ items lol Egg drop soup was so so and needed a tad bit more flavor to it but it wasn't that bad at all. Just something nice and warm to sip on while I took little breaks. I also got the mini Bibingkas they're supposedly known for. Nice mellow flavor to them. Not the best I've had but good. I forgot to take a photo of all the other foods my family and I ordered but I guess that's a good thing and I'll have to head back whenever I'm in this area. Give this place a shot guys! Aim for the BBQ and you won't be disappointed!

Olivia V.

Yelp
The food is too sweet, not savory. Too much sugar. There should be a balance of salty, tangy and sweetness. The meat and seafood taste like dessert

Kelly T.

Yelp
Food : 10/10 I've been coming here since it was called Tony's bbq! And they have got one of the best Filipino foods in town! I always get the grilled liempo and it never misses! So savory and the flavor is right on the spot. DON'T FORGET THE BIBINGKA! My allll time favorite here. My mom usually buys 2 dozens. Service: it does take a while, so I suggest calling ahead for pick up! Ambiance : Looks like your typical Filipino restaurant!

Jon Jon P.

Yelp
Best BBq Liempo I ever had!! Bibingka is soft and tasty! Goes very well with the pickled papaya! Service is the best and very good price! Will definitely come back here again and recommend to friends and Fam!

Candy A.

Yelp
Liempo is one of my favorite dishes of all time so when I spotted a photo on Yelp with Javanese rice , I quickly made my way to Filipino town since delivery wasn't an option . Called in my order which was ready when I got there & greeted by welcoming staff . Tempted to try all the other entrees which took a lot of self discipline ! Had to try the original bibingka which I haven't had for years. Fiesta BBQ did not disappoint. Liempo plate came with traditional atchara & sauce plus soup (egg drop? ) at a reasonable price . Appreciate the secure packing so dinner made it home without a spill . Serving was enough for one person . Meat was grilled perfectly & had just the right amount of fat , thoughtfully sliced . Bibingka was traditionally cooked in banana leaves & had a topping of salted eggs . Over all a very satisfying meal . I will be back for sure !

Don O.

Yelp
Fiesta is a go to for Filipino BBQ and Bibinka, 2 staple comfort foods for our family. If your day isn't going well just head to Fiesta for a hearty meal of Filipino BBQ skewers and the coconut bread heaven known as bibinka at a reasonable price.

Stacee S.

Yelp
Excellent Filipino bbq in Carson! Loved the skewers I got! Tasted just like home in Hawaii the bibingka wasn't what I excepted but it was still really good! $12 for a half dozen, not bad! Great service overall, definitely coming back for more skewers!

Allyza Ann B.

Yelp
I was craving for their bibingka! So goood. Friendly service and clean place. Check them out!

Christanne C.

Yelp
Called in an order and picked it up in 15 minutes. We got the liempo plate and the sisig plate with small bibingkas for dessert. Both delicious. Love this place!

Ryna D.

Yelp
Bibingka!! As soon as we moved to LA from NY I looked up a place to get bibingka and I'm so happy that this casual Filipino joint in Carson is an easy drive for me now that we live in San Pedro. I mostly come here for the bibingka but I have tried their bbq and can attest it's pretty solid. Call ahead if you don't want to wait.

Don M.

Yelp
I remember the days where the yellow rice is legit but right now i feel like they downgrade the quality of it. I really wanna go back to be honest and I really wanna keep supporting you guys but I feel like the quality lately isn't that really good enough. The chicken was so dry and quite hard/chewy when you eat it and I know you guys know that it wasn't fresh because a fresh bbq chicken isn't hard when you eat it. So hopefully you guys notice this because Im a fan of your chicken, beef, tuna bbq etc. But please keep serving us high quality food. Thank you

Amber J.

Yelp
Wow!!! I ran by here for breakfast, got the bbq pork skewers. It comes with some yummy rice, an egg drop type soup, some teriyaki sauce and a yummy pickled veggie side. It was so flavorful and delicious and I have never tried this kind of food. Great service, clean place and 5 star food!

millie z.

Yelp
This is the closest thing to the Aristocrat bbq from back home complete with Java rice and peanut sauce, it's actually amazingly good. This is one of our staple dinner rotation every 2-3 weeks or so. Hubby also likes the Sisig and bibingka. All in all, we highly recommend this place!

Junestory S.

Yelp
I really liked the barbecue pork.I also enjoyed the side vegetables and I also enjoyed watching at the tv

Rackee B.

Yelp
Good food. Always order here when I have visitors or potluck. The bibingkinitan are so yummy.

Cynthia Q.

Yelp
Absolutely soooo GOOD and a clean place was browsing on Yelp when i finally saw this filipino food i was dreaming of to eat with my family ...(a dream to have a clean place ...feels like im home while eating at their place ..and every bite is to die for A MUST TRY!!!! Looking forward to come by and eat at your place EVERYTHING (foods) was really GOOD!!!!!

Sean C.

Yelp
came here with my lolo for lunch, and we both left pleasantly surprised! the interior is nice and spacious, and it's comfortable to dine in. we ended up ordering it for takeout, but the cashier was very friendly and entertained us during our wait. the chicken inasal was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing in comparison to other filipino takeout spots in the area. i'd recommend this spot to anyone seeking all around good filipino food. i'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

MS J.

Yelp
It's hard to find a place that sells good Filipino bbq. This is it!!! Their sauce is good and just complements all grilled items. The soup is surprisingly tasty too. If I could suggest one thing... it is to close later on weekends so Pinoy families can have dinners together, not to mention you have a spacious dining area.

Fann P.

Yelp
if you miss the filipino style bbq from the Philippines i think this one is by far has the best dicer or i think they call it peanut sauce. its pretty good with the bbq

Me-Ann G.

Yelp
Been passing by this place for a while now but never had the desire to check it out until yesterday. Saw that they sell Bibingka and I needed some to bring to a high school reunion. Ordered 18 assorted flavors (original, Buko pandan, and Ube) which totaled $39. It was a hit at the party! So moist and delicious! Actually had to come back today to order more for classmates who wanted to bring home the rice cakes . Also tried their pork liempo, teriyaki and sisig. Everything was so tasty and delicious! My favorite was the sisig! My husband already is thinking of going back this week .

Joyce M.

Yelp
I wish this spot was closer to home. I would be able to order all the time. Whenever we are in the area, we order the tuna collar plate and pork skewers plate. They grill it fresh and the java rice and the pickled sides compliment the food so well. The prices are still low , while portions are good. Preorder is a must , since they grill to order. Allow 15-20 mins and your order is ready for pick up.

Chad G.

Yelp
Been coming here for more than 2 years and I can't believe I never gave them a review. It is a small resto in Carson, near the City Hall/Civic center....They have been serving grilled seafood, meat and rice cake dessert. Nice that you can order online now and pick up the food. Normally, they cook everything as soon as you place the order, so you have a 10-20 min wait. Who can resist a good grilled tuna collar, tuna belly, squid and my son's favorite dessert: Bibingka - rice cake. They also serve different grilled meat platters...so many choices and all of them incredibly great. Not to mention easy in the pocket when you hoard all these food.

Rossana A.

Yelp
I come here after every dentist appointment next door for me and my kids, so it's not really very often; but every time, I've always liked it. It's always delicious. They grill the meats fresh so you have to allow for about 15-minute wait but it's worth it. This is one of the few healthy Filipino food choices out there.

Hang O.

Yelp
This is the place to eat FILIPINO bbq! Ordered the liempo and sisig it's so good! The chicken oil sauce too was good! Too bad this is too far from where I live but I will be back.

Jenn G.

Yelp
It's fiesta time! I had been to this place many years ago when it was called Tony's and now I'm back and ready to fiesta and feast on some of their offerings. There's two parts to their name "barbecue" and "bibingka" and so let's start this review off with a review of their barbecue. All of their barbecue items are cooked fresh after you order and there is a wait of about 15 minutes. They have a variety of different pork, chicken and seafood barbecue items. Prices start from $6 (leg and thigh) to $9.25 (squid, ribs). I've tried their chicken skewers for $7.50 and enjoyed 2 skewers of chicken on a stick that was accompanied with java rice, archara and bbq sauce. It also came with a cup of egg drop soup. I enjoyed the combo very much. The chicken was tender. The java rice had small pieces of ground beef in there that was a surprise. I thought the java rice would have more flavoring but it was just ok. Overall though a great value for it's price and I want to try more of their barbecue items. Now a reivew of their "bibingka." Their bibingka is a great breakfast, snack or dessert especially when fresh and warm from their oven! They have original bibingka as well as special flavored ones; ube, pandan and macapuno. I love how the flavored ones are filled with the different flavors. The original bibingka was good as well. These are definitely a treat. Once awhile this place also has beef and chicken empanadas! These run out quickly however. I tried the chicken empanada and it was also quite tasty. Fiesta time indeed. It's a nice little feast eating here.

Liza G.

Yelp
Visit this place with siblings recommendations and purchased dozen salted bibingka & more. Surprisingly very Good! Also added plated bbq with rice. Satisfying very good too. Total 9 dozens bibingkas taking to SF

Maria S.

Yelp
Delicious Filipino bbq place conveniently located by the 405. We always get the salmon plate, pork skewer plate and Bibingkinitas. Also in the same plaza as a Filipino bakery with pretty good desserts and breads.

Thomas A.

Yelp
Great bbq chicken and pork. Had food was very tasty and had bibinka for the first time and it a very tasty dessert

Chelsea C.

Yelp
Food was good. Staff was nice. Restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. Since it was my fist fine, the person at the counter was helpful with navigating the menu.

Jamenica R.

Yelp
Bibingka is super delicious. Perfect size. Bbq is really good too. Easy to order. Friendly staff. Will definitely comeback.

Karla Y.

Yelp
Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Great customer service as well. This is my 'go-to Filipino' resto whenever I am in the area.

Crislie T.

Yelp
My go-to bbq place and their bibingkinitan, very good. I love their liempo plate and chicken inasal plate. Great food and they give the right amount of food with the value which is worth it. Also they have friendly employees ans good customer service. Nice place to eat as well.

Jennifer W.

Yelp
10/21/21 Got a new Filipino place to go to when in Carson! My mom raves about their bibingka & i'm sold solely based off that statement (mom is super snob & picky). When I read the reviews, another Yelper suggested to call ahead or order online-awesome idea! Was on the way to the Farmer's market by the South bay Pavilion where my sister sells her crafts (Check it out- Aerides General Store), wanted to puck up food to surprise my sister. It was super easy, it took a about 5 minutes (coz i'm not tech savvy & too slow to text). No muss no fuss. Ordered the popular chicken bowl & had to get bibingka for my mom. it must've taken about 10 minutes after i finished ordering & got hubby to pick it up. Sister loved it & i personally ate a piece of the bibingka-perfect consistency (i like it a little chewy) and not too sweet, over banana leaf. it's small but for $1.75, can't go wrong. Next time i'll go in to check the place out.

Blessie V.

Yelp
Previously known as Tony's, this restaurant has recently been rebranded as Fiesta. Despite the name change, this joint continues to specialize in BBQ and bibingka. 1. What is the restaurant like? Fiesta operates a small and somewhat cramped space in an unassuming strip mall. You place your order at the front and find open seating. 2. What should you get here? We usually opt for the BBQ chicken from the grilled specialties menu. However, Fiesta's other popular entrees include the pork belly and pork BBQ skewers. The grilled items are accompanied by a scoop of java rice, which is a fried rice variety seasoned with turmeric. For dessert, the bibingka is mandatory. Fiesta's bibingka strikes the perfect balance between sweet and savory. 3. Other notes Everything is prepared fresh so it's best to call in your order ahead of time. Fiesta always hits the spot, whether we are looking for grilled dishes, java rice, or bibingka.

Kelli L.

Yelp
Um why eat Rotisserie chicken? when you can eat BBQ Chicken. I highly recommend this place. It's ahmazing. The BBQ flavor on this chicken is outstanding. To be honest guys I stopped eat rotisserie chicken because Fiesta Barbecues is 1000 times better. Also the Bibingka is good too. If you rice like textured cakes I would get it. It kind of tastes like a cornbread/vanilla cake/rice cake

Doris M.

Yelp
Decent chicken skewers and chicken quarters at a reasonable price. The coconut cakes are everything!!! Soft, gooey, and just sweet enough, they were my favorite part of the meal and I generally prefer savory and tangy foods over sweets.

Jacky M.

Yelp
Love the food, always made fresh to order. love the service and the people are soo awesome !

Jaemegjus T.

Yelp
Delish food! Serving was also generous. Will definitely order here again. Online ordering is very easy and convenient.

Joyce A.

Yelp
This place used to be Tony's Bibingkahan. Excellent barbecue! We tried the skewered entree and chicken bowl veggies today and both were tasty. Clean place with ample parking. 11-4-2019.

Addie R.

Yelp
This is my go-to bibingka place! I always order last minute too so I give them a call first and try to reserve whatever they have left so that I don't show up and they're sold out. But this bibibgka is delicious! I love that they are a smaller size because they are easy to eat and a great portion. Highly recommend!

Lisett G.

Yelp
Fiesta is very quiet has a calm vibe to it. The cashier was sweet, very helpful with all the questions my group and I had. The food left us wanting more. It was fresh, tasted amazing and very filling. If you are looking for good protein dishes this is the place. The veggies were also perfectly cooked.

Andrew C.

Yelp
Amazing place! The pork liempo plate is my fav and hove ordered it 20+ time's. Owner is super cool and got to chat with him once in a while. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Jimmy Y.

Yelp
The only reason why I miss working at my old place is because this restaurant. This restaurant is amazing! I miss going here during my lunch break. It was one of my favorite things to eat. From the skewers, the chicken, the skewers, the rice. EVERYTHING is delicious! I'd recommend you calling in early for your order because they grill your meat fresh. I love how they grill the meat and they give you a good amount for the cost. Wish they have one closer to me, but I wouldn't mind driving 30 mins just for this. Its worth it and severely underrated. Can't wait to eat more :)
