One festival I never miss while living in DC is Fiesta ! A colorful, high spirit, joyful experience. Can not miss this one. They performed better every year. This is my third Fiesta festival (2023) and I spent 3 hours with my camera and photographed every inch of it.

The 50th Fiesta DC Parade was held along Constitution Avenue NW Washington DC after all the Covid shutdowns over the pass couple of years.

I use to attend the Hispanic Festival Parade back in the 80's on Columbia Rd., NW. I remember Celia Cruz was the Grand Marshall. We had lots of fun mingling with Caribbean Latinos from Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic. I could never relate to Salvadoran/Central American natives. I prefer attending the Puerto Rican Day Parades in New York City and Philadelphia. They are so much enjoyable than DC Fiesta. I wish DC had a Puerto Rican Festival.

Paid $27 for a kabob, some rice and some bread...felt expensive ripped off. Want to support the business but after paying, I felt like I've been cheated and bullied. The vendor looked smug for being panel to rip off naive people like me. 2 stars as the food wasn't too bad. Never again.

Very unorganized- it's not even organized chaos. Waters that were for volunteers were handed out without a sort of check list. DC-get it together!

Need more food vendors!!! There are a host of Latino restaurants and eateries not represented. Nice location, though.
