The tables fill up with families eating enchilada platters, bowls of deep red pozoles, and tacos dorados. The grilled fish tacos are spot-on: crisp but not oily, and doused in spicy crema. "Inglewood’s Fiesta Martin has 13 different kinds of margarita, with everything from entire upturned bottles of Corona to nips of Patron on top. Our favorite, though, is the classic, on the rocks, with no extra drinks sticking out of it.
