A chef‑driven sandwich rig that splits its menu evenly between plant‑based and meaty classics—think Italian beef and a hot honey shroom. Covered by Fort Worth Magazine and spotted at breweries and events citywide; portions are generous and from‑scratch.

If you’re looking for some great quality wholesome food this is the place. I have visited their food trailer several times and the whole family loves it. Always very consistent and fresh as they use local and organic ingredients.

If you’re tired of sad sandwiches and regrets, Fifty Fifty is the cure for sammich blues. Every bite is basically a love letter from Justin and his crew! We’ve shamelessly eaten our way through the entire regular menu (and a couple from the vegan side, because balance), and not once have we been left hungry, disappointed, or wondering if we should’ve gone somewhere else. Spoiler: you shouldn’t. As local vendors ourselves, we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and his family—genuinely some of the nicest humans you’ll ever meet. They pour love into everything they do, and yes, somehow it makes the food taste even better. As chronically hungry humans? This is, without question, our favorite food truck. Miss it and you’ll only have yourself to blame. (Order the bacon Caprese. You’re welcome.)

My favorite thing about Fifty Fifty is the big deal Justin makes about serving real, quality food. You'll find no canned cheese sauce here - everything offered is scratch made and masterfully crafted down to the smallest detail, including the hand punched fries seasoned to perfection. Something that's truly appreciated is the fresh take on vegan cuisine. The must try, imo, is his bangin' perfectly crisp hot honey shroom sando (I dream about this thing, yall). Rest assured, meat eater or not, you'll find something to love at Fifty Fifty.
