FIG is frequently part of my team when I'm working with local sellers and buyers. They are responsive and often go above and beyond to get our clients signed & closed on time. Escrow officers are often put in a tough position at a crucial time in the real estate transaction. On complicated transactions it's not unusual for the buyers loan package to get to the escrow officer with VERY LITTLE time to prepare everything and get all parties scheduled and everything turned around in time to meet the closing deadline. I appreciate that they pull us over the finish line at a time when tensions can run high. Buyers, sellers, lenders, and the agents have been working sometimes for MANY MONTHS all leading up to the signing and closing and an experienced, responsive escrow agent is hugely important to that final step in the process.
