Got carne asada fries at 3am with extra meat -$21.55 Fries were basic, no seasoning, hot Meat was stacked, tons of protein, warmed Throw carne asada fries into an oven dish for reheating. 400* for 8 min to make gooey and delicious

This is a sad day for me. Today I got to see that there are people who have no care for their customers. I will not be going here again because they screw their customers over without care or regard. I ordered the number 14 plate and 2 number 13 plates which were complete meals just six months ago. Not only did they mess up the order they treated me like they were doing me a favor by replacing their screwup with the right meal. There were no rice or beans in the chimichanga meals and my meal tasted like it had been made with soap in it. We called them and they said that rice and beans no longer come with the chimichangas. We spent a lot of money for a meal that literally tasted like they grabbed it out of the garbage. We will not be going back to this location at all. If you value your stomachs I suggest that you don't go to this location either. Also if you ask for the managers name they tell you they can't give you that information. I will be calling until and I am able to get my money back. It is outrageous that I had to throw the food away because of how badly it tasted!!

We normally enjoy the food Filiberto’s however, last Wednesday night 11/12 my husband got severely sick from the food from this location. I have to question the "A" rating posted in their window. No one should ever get this sick, it’s been over two days now and he’s very dehydrated. The health department needs to do a better job in inspecting this place. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Best Mexican place around the town. I personally love the fries with green sauce. Rice and beans are good too. Limited options for vegetarians but worth it. Prices are also reasonable. My go to Mexican place!

The strange thing is that maps is wanting me to leave a review. But last time I tried to navigate from my work a mile away from here, it took me to Val Vista and baseline Fili-B's! I had to be two blocks away from this place before it actually would recognize it's existence! Maps was a 100% fail on this one. On the other hand, food was good

This Filiberto's makes really great food. The place is clean, and the service provided by the server was excellent. No salsa bar, but they provide what ever salsa you want. They do have the free chips for paying customers.

It’s okay I went thru the drive through got some food waited like 10 minutes or less which is good but honestly i would rather recommend Los favoritos honestly way better quality of food hot sauce is way better too and it’s less expensive (plus they actually melt the cheese)

Food 2/5 Both of us had cold food. This is our favorite Filiberto's location and never had any problems in three years. My Wife's menudo was cold, oily and lacked flavor. My Burrito was cold and lacked freshness. Don't know what happened today but nothing was good except the Jalapeños. Taking them off our visit list.

This is my favorite Filiberto's location the staff is really nice. The place is always clean. Me and my husband chose to eat inside. I asked for some change for the quarter machines and they happily help me out. The food was fantastic. I definitely recommend this location. They load up their food with toppings.

Their prices have just gotten out of hand. The portions have also decreased. The size of the tacos are much smaller these days and the audacity to charge over $5 for a single taco. Inflation is understandable to a point but what they're charging is unjustified. Unfortunately I miss the old Filiberto's and won't be back.

Watering down red sauce??? I got 4 bean & cheese burritos, I asked for a LOT of red sauce, instead she gave me 3 red and 5 green....I even tipped them $2 to hopefully get them to actually give me what I PAY FOR! My other thing is their red sauce, sometimes it's thick and sometimes it's watered down with ZERO taste. With the 3 red sauces only 2 were actually good, the third visibly looked watered down and tasted like NOTHING. Don't waste your time or money going to this location!! The girls who work there couldn't care less!

I'm amazed this place is still open when you pull up to the drive thru it smells like raw sewage the food gets more disgusting every I want Mexican food and give this place another try their hot sauce is a joke basically red colored water they should be embarrassed to even say they serve Mexican food I wouldn't even feed this crap to my dog

My husband gets breakfast burritos here almost every weekend. Since I was with him I ordered a junior quesadilla. Service was great. Food was good and filling. We went thru the drive through, I'm not sure we've ever eaten inside. I love their nachos and cowboy fries. Soooo much food!

Zero stars. No wonder they have such sh*tty ratings. Can't even get a four burrito order correct. We ordered four bean burritos and add cheese to one of them, not rocket science. Yet we ended up with three plain bean burritos and somebody else's greasy a** meat burrito. (We don't eat meat). So twenty minute drive home and $32 dollars later and our order is messed up and ruined one of our dinners. Way to go. Will never go back.

I Just got off the phone with the manager here. I won't say his name for respect to his privacy. He was very polite, I explained my situation to him about two women working the window on 3/3/2025 at 7:52 pm. Long story short these women called either my wife or me hope it was me Pinche Carbon because they "thought" we were rude by handing the food back that was improperly served. I did shout to them "Hola señora, sabes que hablo español, ¿verdad? I won't go onto every detail from my bad experience here. Looks like this franchise is privately owned and I may end up having to get the AG to come investigate this location if this ever happens again. If the owner wants to reach out to me to resolve this we can talk further details, but I doubt he/she will. Their manager should be able to handle the employees . We will see These two women at the cashier need to go, or be transferred, your business is now a liability. If I'm a paying customer I don't care the price, we would like our food prepared how we would like it. The manger today did give me a couple of pointers on the phone I will definitely take his advice for next time on how I should ask for the food prepped. I come to this location every Monday Tuesday and Thursday for the past 2-3 years. I will continue to come here for quick dinners, I will not let some ignorant woman treat my wife or me with any disrespect. This is a review of this location, in the past this location has been great. If they transfer or get rid of this girl I'll change my review rating because they deserve to be higher rated, if the owner fixes or amends the problem I will let everyone know, or if he lets the manager handle the problem same goes for him, I'll raise my review and update it.

Pico de gallo and guac tasted old. Try to get a refill on my lemonade. Drink was told that they don't offer refills for lemonade. Told the cashier they should post that somewhere or let the customers know that before they buy it And the cashier freaked out started yelling in Spanish I would never go back here

I get my fill at Filaberto's I love Filaberto's, so it may not matter which location. I'm from Chicago and we don't have anything like Filaberto's back home. I went to ASU and fell in love with the football size burritos years ago. When I come into town to visit I always stop for a burrito. My favorite is the machaca burrito, but they have plenty to choose from.

I went to Filiberto's today via the drive-through to get some late night food. I had a bad experience. They messed up the order. But I returned once I saw the porblme. Glad to report that Filiberto's made it right and resolved everything

I was visiting the area and craving taco shop food I have a difficult time finding on the East Coast. I chose this place over going to another place highly rated a few miles away. I wish I hadn't been tired, as I would have kept driving. My California burrito was lukewarm and the food in general was overly salty. If you find this place tempting you may want to move on to one of the many other options available in the area.

Accurate order. Reasonable drive thru order time for freshly prepared order. Friendly service. Would absolutely recommend over Crismon and Baseline location.

I don't like guacamole so I substitute sour cream on the rolled tacos. Didn't realize it was costing me an extra $1.73. I'll get my tacos elsewhere thank you.

dont leave without checking your order. 5 times now always wrong or missing and when you call...its never their fault its always your fault and they are rude and argue with you!!! you could get a to go order same price at a real mexican restaurant only with professional behavior

Food is usually tasty. My issue is with the staff. They have no idea how to use the loyalty cards. There are 9 spaces. You get a stamp on a space for every $5 spent. I get 9 stamps and ask for my "$5 gift certificate" - no you have to spend another $5. There is an invisible box you can't see requiring 10 stamps. You cannot use the "$5 gift certificate" the same visit you get it -- even if your stamp card is full before you order. "$5 gift certificate" should be treated as cash right? Nope. It's a discount so you cannot use a coupon and a "$5 gift certificate" at the same time. The manager lacks common sense & customer service. I now go to another location because this one is so messed up.

For the price and the way you offer dine in, take out or delivery (thru Uber ,doordash) this is good. The staff has always been nice and helpful whenver I may have a question about something. I was very impressed w/how efficient this location is handling the take out, delivery and drive thru orders during this Corona nightmare. I saw employees wearing gloves and washing their hands. That's a huge positive! Thanks for making good food for all of us that aren't wanting to make it ourselves and a big high five for the gloves!! That's a huge one! Ive been to numerous restraunts around the valley and MOST were not wearing gloves. You guys rock !

Should have checked reviews... let me say the rating is correct. Literally the worst taco shop I have ever been to. Carne asada was bad, really bad. Guacamole had no flavor, just matched up avocado, not ripe, no salt or lime. Red sauce tastes like ketchup. Prices are inflated for disgusting food. $12 bucks and change for a carne asada quesadilla and we ended up throwing it away because it was cold... cheese wasn't even melted. Customer service was crumby too. Save your money

We have come many times here and had our order wrong unfortunately. The food is good but their service isn't. My mom wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this time we have decided that we will not come here no more and is telling all our family and friends to boycott this facility. Also making it publicly known about there poor customer services and how they over charge and taken advantage of my mom. My mom had place an order, 1 bean burrito, 2 orders of role taquitos, 1 breakfast burrito, 5 carne asada tacos combo with a drink and a side of sour cream. All this for $19.56. When my mom got home there was no 5 tacos combo or side of sour cream. My mom drove back and ask the lady for her money they didn't want to give it to her they said they didn't charge her for the tacos and they were willing to give her the money back for the sour cream $.50 It didn't make sense. How can you charge $20 of food for 1 bean burrito, 2 orders of roll taquitos and a breakfast burrito this is ridiculous. Price of bean burrito with coupon $2.99, each order a roll taquitos $1.49, breakfast burrito about $5 dollars You do the math and tell me you think this is not right!

I probably should have read all of the other reviews before I went to this location.They are guaranteed to screw up your order every time... It never fails. But, if there's one thing you can say, at least they're consistent. And when you go back to get the correct order they act like they're doing you a favor by remaking it.

Just like it's sister store on Crismon and baseline, this one is awful. The food is more expensive, and you get less and it's never as good as any of the other Filiberto's. So sad that this convenient location is not better.

This location is the absolute worst one of all their customer service would lack if they had any. They completely messed up my order I didn't check it in the car on the way to work got to work, it was a complete mass give me stuff I didn't order and when I went back the next morning and let them know about replacing a burrito even after I showed them the receipt, they said i should have called the day of and spoke with somebody. I asked the other girl if she remembered me from yesterday morning pretended the was taking a drive through order and walked in the back. Take the extre minute and go to the sossaman and Guadalupe location.

This Filiberto's is BRAND NEW and pretty much the most amazing one out there. The staff are super friendly and patient. The deals are even better than I remember. PLUS this location has games and a chips and salsa bar, need I say more!!! Very clean and they make it fresh!

Horrible & Waste of Money!!! Walked in we were the only ones there and staff talking away with no greeting or acknowledge ment of us there. Ordered the nachos supreme and a shrimp burrito. The nachos were cold with nothing even warm. The steak was gray from what appeared to have been boiled meat along with being rubbery and tough. The worst part is that there was just absolutely no flavor at all!!! The shredded cheese was also not even melted. The beans appeared bad as they were almost white! Very very little scant serving of pico de gallo and sour cream. The shrimp burrito was falling apart from a red sauce leaking from the burrito and the shrimp was tough and over cooked. No flavor in the burrito as well. The salsa bar had cucumbers and other items that looked to have been sitting out too long as they were limp and semi dried out. The chips that were out had heat lights but both were off causing the chips to be cold. They were also on the counter close to the restrooms and door entrance all open and uncovered. Huge waste of $20.00 and will never return.

Wish I would have read the comments this place is horrible I will not be back to this location would not take a coupon for a free burro said they don't give free food away at this location. Meat did not taste like your normal week old meat like normal this tasted like it was a month old and left out sauce was not there best chips were stale and side snack bar was gross and old carrots. Save your money and go to Del Taco or another location

The short chick with the painted on eyebrows asks me what kind of salsa I wanted. I said Red. She grabs 2 green salsas and says "you said red right?" and I said yes. She looks in the bag, smiles and hands me the bag. NOOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! Their food is so overpriced and low quality. They should make up for that by providing exceptional customer service. I wont be going back.

Avoid this location at all costs! We have gone here twice. The first time, chips were stale, beans were crusty and cold, salsa does not taste like Filiberto's, has a very strange rotten taste. The food does not taste fresh. Figured I would try again because maybe they had a bad day. So bad I couldn't even eat the food. They blend something with there guacamole to dilute it and it tastes off and spoiled. Will never return.

Carne Asada burrito enchilada style with a side order of rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese...........Tell me that's not good.
