Seen an advertisement on fb about this restaurant and I've been wanting to give it a try for a few weeks now, they recently had a really good deal for the lumpia. Unfortunately, when I got there, the deal was no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances. So instead, I decided to order the chicken adobo and a order of crab Rangoon. when I walked in, I was not greeted, but the person taking the orders seem to be really flustered and super busy so no big deal, pretty much everyone was in there for the lumpia, so I imagine his frustration when trying to get orders in as there were other people waiting on their orders still. (They had ordered the lumpia prior to whatever the unforeseen circumstances happened.) The restaurant seemed very nice and clean, which is a plus and hopefully the next time I come I'm greeted with a little more hospitality and things will have been running much smoother than they were today. Now onto the food I've had chicken adobo before and this one was pretty decent not the best and a little more "vinegary" than I've had in the past, I do appreciate that they use chicken breast instead of chicken quarters, and give you a really good portion. The crab Rangoon, however, was pretty expensive for the little bit that you get. it was really decent but not the best I've ever had but super fresh and hot and I appreciate that. Considering so many people were waiting for their food (I'm guessing it was the lumpia that was available before I got there.)I got my food pretty fast, like 10 minutes so we love that.
I'd give the chicken adobo a 7/10
Crab Rangoon 6/10
I'd give this place a 6.5/10
I hope that when I return things will be running much smoother.
