At Fin + Lime, that just opened in Mission Valley, you can enjoy fish and seafood cold as a ceviche, or hot in a bowl, burrito or taco.
For the ceviche, I love their selection of proteins, unique veggies, and their incredible green aguachile sauce (it has so much flavor and the perfect amount of heat).
And I would go back for the fish and chips that is served with super tasty chipotle and cilantro lime sauce – and is paired so well with their Mexican Esquites.
And if you have room (and a sweet tooth) the fresh fruit with chamoy is the perfect end to a delicious meal.
