"Now comes word that Fin, the Chinese restaurant at the Mirage, closes on Saturday, Feb. 10, six days before the start of Chinese New Year. Yabu Pushelberg designed the dinner-only restaurant that opened in 2005 in gold and jade, with glass designs and a water feature. Floating translucent spheres hanging from the ceiling set off the main dining room, while the two private dining rooms sit on either side of the space. The menu features contemporary Chinese cuisine including General Tso’s chicken or Kung Pao chicken and shrimp served family-style." - Susan Stapleton

I liked this place. I thought the Chinese food was top notch. We ordered some wine with our dinner and had a great time talking over a nice dinner. It's a fancy place with an upscale dress requirement. The staff is very attentive.

Walking in I was initially impressed. We had the chicken wraps for and appetizer and the entrees were Mongolian Beef and Chicken with broccoli. I could believe how bland everything was and at $25 per entree I thought rather pricey. The other shocker was that if you want steamed rice that was extra. Panda Express quality at top shelf prices.

The decor is quite nice here if a little dark for my liking, the service is pretty good but the food was mediocre. I took my mum here, and she was pretty disappointed. "It must take some skill to make this food so bland" "Asking for chili sauce for Singapore noodles is a very bad sign"

Lovely, quiet restaurant. The decor is very elegant. We had pot stickers, wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Each was delicious. The fresh pineapple in the sweet and sour was a really great touch. Loved it.

The first impression was horrible. The hostess was very rude, and I noticed she continued to be rude as the night progressed with other guests. Had it not been for the excellent serving staff, we might have left. Our waiter was very attentive, my glass was never more than half empty throughout our entire meal. The decor was elegant and the food was the best Chinese food I have ever had. The mongolian beef and kung pao chicken were excellent! And the fortune cookie was also the best I have ever had, sweet and flaky. This place did not dissapoint!

The food wasnt anything special, pretty average Chinese food, not worth the price. The wait staff isnt all too helpful either. Would argue with us about menu items and literally stare us down for simple requests like soy sauce. Surprised by the quality, considering how well all other amenities at the Mirage seem to be. Update: They double charged me for my bill as well, insult to injury.

The ambiance was great... But that's really about the only positive thing I have to say. I got the WORST service of my life at any Vegas establishment. Our waiter was the definition of unattentive and rude. Fried rice was terrible. We didn't even get fortune cookies. Honestly considering the price, service and quality of the food, you are much better off going to pf changs.

The worst Chinese Food we ever had at exorbitant prices. Pork Fried Rice wasn't fried. Had no taste. Tiny pieces of pork looked like they were from leftover BBQ Ribs. Soups were tasteless at $10 a cup. Wait staff was very unfriendly.
