It's not often where every single thing I eat at a restaurant is totally delicious, but Fine China surprised me last night with an amazing meal. Highlights for me were the duck (outstanding), eggplant mapo tofu, and the chilled Dan Dan noodles. Drinks were great as well - hopefully they expand their wine menu soon! I'll definitely be back to try all the things that I didn't have a chance to try.

Here is a Chinese restaurant, but I didn't see any Chinese chef. The food are all super salty. We tasted too much salt, sugar and soy sauce in all of the food. Good things are wine was excellent. And the waiter is very nice. He is an amiable young man. He greeted us with a genial smile and keep smile on his face, always. He is familiar and friendly. So I give the restaurant 2 stars. The food was disappointing.

Delicious food! The service was fantastic even though they were short staffed. It was nice seeing them all work together. We loved the tea service. We ordered the lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice and the braised pork belly and they were both so yummy. My husband said it was some of the best rice he’s had in a while.

Food and service were excellent. Every dish we ordered was unique and flavorful. The food is mostly American takes on Cantonese dishes. We preordered half a duck, (must preorder) which was enough for 5 people to all have some, we also ordered a second order of steamed buns for the duck. Highlights were the garlic noodles, shishito peppers, and the spicy prawns. Pictured is the duck (half), sticky ribs, garlic noodles, and shishito peppers.

I’ve waited to review this place for weeks since I’ve been there. I had wanted to go for awhile and have some mixed feelings after finally going. The ambience and decor is on point. I mean the restaurant is gorgeous. The service fine. Not particularly great, but not bad. The drinks: be careful. I had the “pitch black” gin cocktail. I love gin, and it was one of the only ones with gin, so I gave it a shot even though the “activated charcoal” in the ingredient scared me a little. After conferring with the server, I decided to go for it. When I got the literally pitch black drink, I was hesitant but tried it with an open mind. It was surprisingly delicious. So I ordered a second. I’m just going to say that I would do so only if you know your stomach can handle ingesting any amount of charcoal. Just a suggestion. My friend had one too but switched to a fruity cocktail for her second which she really enjoyed. It was neat and came in a coffee dress style glass and you poured your own glass. The food: mostly very good. Some things were great, some largely forgettable. My favorite thing of the night was the whole duck we shared as a table. If you want to try this, get an earlier reservation as they apparently are known to sell out fast. So why am I giving only 3 stars: the hostess greeting was not very warm and food was a mix of okay and great. If more items were melt in your mouth good, I’d up it. Maybe I’ll go back one day and try again. As of now, it’s on my one and done list. There are too many other restaurants I haven’t tried yet.

Fine China is not a Chinese restaurant. It is Chinese fusion. Me and my Chinese friends were here for our dinner. They didn’t like food in this place but I did! This fish is amazing!really soft and delicious 😋 Menu was a little bit confusing for me personally. I didn’t get from the names of meals if it was fish or chicken or something else haha. Also they have refreshing and tasty cold teas!

This place is really nice, great for large parties and private events. Really fancy and so beautiful! The food is fresh, tasty and the service is great. The bar is amazing. I highly recommend Fine China... The tea service is really cool and they have a great sakè collection.

Lovely ambiance, but I was not impressed by the food! The beef and wontons were pretty good. Maybe the large size of our party threw things off for this establishment.
