We were really disappointed with our experience at this Brazilian steakhouse. We had booked in advance but were given a very small, cramped table. What made it more frustrating was seeing a couple who arrived after us seated at a much larger and more comfortable table. It gave the impression that table allocation wasn’t being handled fairly.
The service also seemed inconsistent. For example, the couple seated near us were immediately offered water and had attentive service, while we weren’t offered the same and had to try to get staff attention. It’s hard not to notice differences like that, and it left us feeling uncomfortable about whether service depended on the “type” of customer.
The food itself was also disappointing. The cassava we received was clearly undercooked, which shouldn’t happen at a restaurant charging premium prices. Even more concerning, we both ended up with food poisoning afterward, which completely ruined what should have been a nice evening out.
For a restaurant advertising a limitless Brazilian-style experience, the meat service was extremely limited. We only saw about three rounds come to our table, and each portion was very small. On top of that, the service was slow, so we spent most of the time waiting rather than actually eating.
Considering the high price point, the overall experience simply didn’t match the cost. Between the poor service, limited food rounds, undercooked items, and getting very sick afterward - including a migraine/temperature/nausea, it felt like very poor value for money. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
