A world-class experience. We did the tasting menu at the suggestion of our excellent waiter and were rewarded with an over-abundance of some incredible food. The fois gras soup starter was unforgettable, as was the Wagyu tartare cannolis, the smoked cod, the short ribs (so good that it overshadowed the brisket, which I went there for), and the cocoa choux dessert. The other dishes were awesome in their own rights. Wine selection was excellent, and the bartender made a custom Old Fashioned that was sublime. Worthy of more than simply being on the Michelin Guide, in my opinion. It is a decadent, excessive meal, fair warning - but I wouldn't go to Athens without trying Chef Kaperda's food again.
