NYC Pizza Restaurant Fini Opens Fini Patio Bar in Brooklyn | Eater NY

"Owner Sean Feeney (who is a co-owner of Italian restaurant Lilia) expanded with a fourth location and a brand-new bar in Brooklyn Heights this summer; the slice shop opened on Tuesday, June 24 at 159 Bridge Park Drive, near Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5. It serves New York-style and Sicilian slices alongside Italian dishes like chicken and eggplant Parms, fish piccata, and peppers stuffed with sausage. Because of its prime location on the East River, the restaurant is hosting a special Fourth of July fireworks event on Friday, July 4, where the tickets are $200 with a prix fixe menu featuring pizza, Italian ices, beers, and wines. The restaurant and bar took over what was the Estuary restaurant, which opened in 2019 and closed in 2024." - Nadia Chaudhury

Vibes on the patio are a 10! Pizza however, eh!! It’s Brooklyn and there’s tons of better spots for a good slice/pie. This is my second time trying Fini and I won’t be back only because the pizza flops/ is a little too gooey for my liking. Reminds me of a papa johns pie.

We dined in on a warm summer Saturday night and had a lovely experience. There was live piano music, which added to the vibe. I started with a gin martini—perfectly made, just the way I like it. The atmosphere really stood out—cozy with tasteful green accents throughout. We ordered a pizza, which was generously sized (enough for 3–4 people) and pro tip - option to choose two flavors, though there were a few limitations. The pizza was delicious. I also tried the chicken parm and enjoyed it a lot—well-seasoned, and comforting could be slightly warmer I'll say. Overall, it’s a great neighborhood spot with good food, a pleasant ambiance, and a welcoming vibe. Would definitely return.

Will was super professional during today’s chaotic fireworks event and parks dept restrictions. Helped us with a table and pizza was amazing! Great service and vibe. 5 stars

Food was really good, 3-4 prople can eat out of a pie. Had originally a reservation for inside but to be honest it was way too loud, I know thats more of a US thing with bars…so if you prefer more quiet-chill Id suggest the outside tables, great views!

Amazing location but the pizza isn't up to the standard it should be. I've been to both Williamsburg and Barclays Fini and the slices at this one don't seem to compare. Both white and cheese pies feel a little too cheesy and thick, even after the slice rebake. Hope they can iron out some of those issues since it's a super convenient location and I want to see it do well

I’ve never thrown away pizza before. Then I ate here. If you love pizza, this place will ruin your evening.

I like the pizza but the service needs to be improved. I had prior issues with the service but today was particularly bad. I orderer two slices, one tomato and one cheese, to go. Was served a tomato and a white slice on plates (no box). I told the server (Will) that I didn't ordered a white slice but a cheese slice. He told be "no, that is what you ordered". I replied that I had ordered a cheese slice and that I didn't want the white slice. He repeats that I had ordered a white slice and said "now you have to wait" in a not very nice tone. I told him that I wanted a cheese slice and that he owed be a refund becasue the white slice was more expensive. He kept giving me attitute and repeating that I made a mistake when ordering, so I asked him for a full refund. He told me that was not possible because I had paid with a credit card. I asked for a manganer. He said there was none available. Another of the employees then proceeded to void the transaction. Apparently, Will is not well trained and has to have the last word.
