Fink’s at Clissold House - Review - Stoke Newington - London - The Infatuation

"Fink’s at Clissold House is part ofFink’sgrowing cafe-bakery empire. It's located within a Grade II-listed building in Stoke Newington’s Clissold Park, with a day-improving menu of pecan crumble danishes, cornflake fried chicken sandwiches, and egg-topped rostis." - Sinéad Cranna

LOVED my brunch at the beautiful new Finks! Get the porridge - it’s 9/10 (could be hotter) and so affordable. The whole cafe space is just really nice, bright and spacious. I can’t wait to try more of the menu. Also, our experience with the staff was very good! Our server had the most wonderful nail art.

Such a gorgeous renovation inside this building and delicious treats and coffee to match! Finks is a north London institution but this has to be my new favourite one - the beautiful coloured walls inside, the wide variety of snacks, there is also a sit down menu that looks amazing. We had the pumpkin scones and they were SO good! The staff were so lovely too - please ve kind to them! It’s a popular spot so you may have to wait 10-15mins for your coffee but it’s worth the wait. Think this will be my new fave Sunday stroll spot 🫶

One thing stands out here and it’s the staff! So friendly and approachable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Myself and my partner had a coffee each and it was really good, lovely spot for a chill morning coffee break

Tasty, but service awful as always! We ordered 2 lattes and sandwiches, repeated several times! Waited 15 min for coffee and it’s okey for us, but only then the woman at the cashier told that she didn’t get that we ordered two coffees, no excuses. Please, work on your communication skills! But sandwiches with cranberries are delicious! One of the reasons I stopped visiting all your cafes in the area is the constant miscommunication, forgetfulness, and taking it as a granted behaviour! P.S. tried the coffee. Awful 😢

A delightful extension of the Finks growing empire. Great coffee as usual and a wonderful selection of pastries, ice cream and drinks. Super convenient and easy, fast service despite the popularity, friendly staff and beautifully located in Clissold Park. Why not grab a coffee and sit in the Rose garden while the weather still good?

Eggnog pain au raisin was life changing. Custardy with plump raisins and not dry at all. Trewithen dairy in coffee. Highly highly recommend.

I had a delicious lunch here with my kids and some friends. The kids menu was pitched perfectly - every last scrap of cornflake chicken goujon was gone and I was happy to see broccoli tops, crunchy veg with hummus and chips all on the menu at affordable prices. I had a delicious rice salad. Exactly what I want from a cafe in a park, it meant we could visit the playground immediately after lunch. The refurb is so beautifully done and I loved the colours. All in all a massive improvement on the previous cafe.

Luke is an absolute gem and truly elevates this place to another level. As an American new to town, I’ve struggled to find the kind of genuine, warm service that Luke delivers effortlessly. When I ordered a matcha, he didn’t just serve a drink…he provided an unforgettable experience with the best service I’ve had in years. The matcha itself was exceptional, crafted with such care and attention to detail that you could taste the love in every sip. It’s people like Luke who make customers like me eager to return, happily spending £50 a week on tea. His warmth extends to everyone in the shop, treating guests like family in a way that’s impossible to miss. The owner is incredibly fortunate to have such a remarkable person on their team!
