Won’t be shopping here again. Purchased a jumpsuit from Finnleys. Wore it twice within the first 2 weeks after purchase and had 3 buttons literally fall to the ground & I had to leave the event I was attending bc of the wardrobe malfunction. Poor quality despite paying $70 for the jumpsuit. Reached out to Finnleys customer service for exchange & never heard anything back.

Apparently if you're overweight you don't get greeted. I literally walked in and browsed around and got right next to the sales associate (only employee in the store) and she couldn't be bothered to look at me. I may not fit in your clothes but I can shop and buy gifts. Honestly, she doesn't deserve one star.

We stopped in while vacationing in Nashville and left with full shopping bags of fabulous finds. Abigail made our shopping experience memorable. She provided the most amazing customer service. I went online when we returned home to purchase an item and sadly it was out of stock. I called the store directly to inquire if it would be available again and Abigail offered to help with a phone purchase as she had availability in store and ship it to me in Chicago! Truly an amazing experience!

Absolutely adorable place! Well priced and great selection. Found some amazing pieces of clothing and would definitely go back. Also, the manager on duty was very friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying.
