Chic bar featuring craft beer & cocktails, plus a patio with a diverse array of food trucks.
"Think of this nonstop party as one-quarter quaint, cozy cantina, three-quarters raucous Caribbean beach shack. Now also think of it one-third beer bar, one-third cocktail lounge, and one-third food-truck pod. Mathematically, it doesn’t add up, but in RiNo, Finn’s Manor amounts to much more than the sum of its disparate parts. The bar itself occupies a tiny old brick-walled house, filled to the rafters with folk art and bric-a-brac—old lanterns, Mardi Gras beads, inexplicable tufts of dried moss. The aromas of varied cooking mingle with the sounds of live musicians or DJs. In addition to elaborate punches, the bartenders here make nearly 20 specialty cocktails to showcase the bar's inventory of hundreds of different spirits. Try the Piracy on the Platte with rum, Madeira, guava, ginger, and smoked tea syrup or a new-fangled Old Fashioned with French single malt and Creole bitters. They’re also pouring cool ciders and wines and the beer selection is good enough that it's become an unofficial hub for the Great American Beer Festival." - Ruth Tobias
"This go-to warm weather spot is known for its bar, patio, and permanent food truck “pod” parking lot with rotating favorites like Mile High Thai, Stokes Poke, Chicken Rebel, and What Would Cheezus Do. Check Facebook to find the latest vendors." - Lucy Beaugard
"This craft beer and cocktail bar is ready to kick off the summer with its strong take on frosé. Head to the colorful RiNo establishment for the cold treat complete with Marble vodka and a strawberry puree for $10. With an outdoor patio and an eclectic line-up of food trucks for when guests get hungry, this could just become the neighborhood, go-to summer spot." - Nisa Sedaghat
"At this eclectic, voodoo-spirit-esque RiNo haunt, a collection of craft cocktails, beers, and tasty global bites come together on what just might be Denver’s most colorful patio. The manor showcases a variety of beers from small breweries around the world, more than 400 types of whiskeys, and 140 agave spirits. With a rotating list of globally-inspired food trucks — think street food like bao buns, hot dogs, chicken skewers, and sticky rice — and daily events like salsa nights, live music, and DJ sets, there’s something here for everyone every night of the week." - Nisa Sedaghat
"Stokes Poke, a food truck parked at Finn’s Manor, brings the taste of Hawaii to the mainland through fresh, simple ingredients and high-quality fish. The small menu has a fresh catch of the day as well as a single shoyu and spicy bowl." - Gigi Sukin
