20 Best Bars in Denver | Condé Nast Traveler

"Think of this nonstop party as one-quarter quaint, cozy cantina, three-quarters raucous Caribbean beach shack. Now also think of it one-third beer bar, one-third cocktail lounge, and one-third food-truck pod. Mathematically, it doesn’t add up, but in RiNo, Finn’s Manor amounts to much more than the sum of its disparate parts. The bar itself occupies a tiny old brick-walled house, filled to the rafters with folk art and bric-a-brac—old lanterns, Mardi Gras beads, inexplicable tufts of dried moss. The aromas of varied cooking mingle with the sounds of live musicians or DJs. In addition to elaborate punches, the bartenders here make nearly 20 specialty cocktails to showcase the bar's inventory of hundreds of different spirits. Try the Piracy on the Platte with rum, Madeira, guava, ginger, and smoked tea syrup or a new-fangled Old Fashioned with French single malt and Creole bitters. They’re also pouring cool ciders and wines and the beer selection is good enough that it's become an unofficial hub for the Great American Beer Festival." - Ruth Tobias

Google
This place was great. Good food trucks, drinks are custom and solid, and the vibe/space is really great for all group sizes. I would say it’s a bit expensive for what it is, so it is t a total home run, but I’ll probably be back again!

Google
I came here for an event and it was an amazing place to meet people and hang out. The DJ had good music going on and the place had a great vibe. There was also a food truck inside called Twansburger and it is one of the best cheeseburgers I've had. Would love to visit again!

Google
Very cool interior, friendly bartender, actually a pretty good selection of nonalcoholic drinks you just need to ask. He made me lovely mocktail that wasn’t quite my thing, and re-made it for me for no charge. Love it, and reasonable price!

Google
Came on a Saturday evening around 10pm. Get your eyes ready for this place. It has a rewarding, multiple-setting atmosphere. Do understand that the cocktail apportioned bar is quite busy after 9:30, and you will likely wait over 5 minutes to establish the bartender's attention. Their interior bar is monstrously loaded with whiskeys, vodkas, tequilas, and liquors. Tried the neat pour of Auchentoshan American Oak (single malt) whiskey, which has a supremely subtle finish ($14 cost). After settling into the dance area towards the rear, I was met by many beautiful women in their 20s. The music was a fairly engaging progressive house, and the lighting kept the energy alive. If you like this type of surrounding, you will find Finn's to be a welcoming 2nd home.

Used to love coming here for deafcat, but the music is so different now. Finn's was my favorite bar in denver until the recent changes. Kinda kills the vibe :( would definitely be open to coming back with more music freedom!

Google
I had a great time here getting drinks & celebrating my friends birthday! There was an incident with a man who was being weird towards my friends and the bouncers Stevie & Casey were super respectful and helpful in removing him & making sure we were good! Appreciate all they do! Drinks were also amazing!!

Google
Finn's Manor is one of our favorite bars in the River North district of Denver. They have an incredible beer and spirits selection. The bartenders are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to make up something fun. There's at least two or three food trucks out front on the weekends too so you can always find a great meal between drinks. Finn's also has amazing music, from electronic DJs to Afro-Cuban Jazz bands. If the great Twan's burger is set up, don't walk, run to his stall and order the best cheese burger of your life. At Finn's, you're always gonna have a great time

Google
Cool vibe and great food options. Really enjoyed Rebel Chicken. Drink prices seemed pretty steep considering how casual the atmosphere is ($11/beer, $15+ for cocktails) and wasn't really baby-friendly - but I don't think that's what they're going for anyways. Interesting concept. Staff not super friendly.

Yelp
Great selection of local, foreign, and domestic liquors, quick service, good prices, and nice casual layout. We were walking around RiNo and wanted a break to try some local distilleries and grab something to eat. Thy have a single - Burgers/fries - foodtruck in the complex and we ordered something from them and went for a drink. Their selection is large and had everything we were looking for. We tried going back again but they were, understandably, not open yet mid-day/-week.

Yelp
Zero stars if i could. HORRIBLE customer service. I waited in an enormous line, not moving quickly. Finally reached the bar and ordered my beverage. It was HORRIBLE mixed with literally the wrong ingredients/liquor entirely. I paid 20$ for my drink with a 2.00 tip. It tasted horrible i couldn't even drink it. I asked what was in it and if it could be remade to taste how it should, and i was literally word for word told by the bartender "that is a shit drink for shit customers, if you want it to taste differently then order a different drink" . Excuse me???? How about make the drink i ordered correctly?? I was not rude, i was polite and patient. And to be told that by a customer service representative??? How about instead just say you're a shit bartender and don't know how to make drinks. Never will i return and i will put this business on blast in every way possible. Not to mention the terrible atmosphere, loud crowded. Just entirely not fun in every way.

Yelp
The vibes are amazing here. I love that they have an outdoor and indoor section. The indoor bar is so cool parts of it are made out of bottles! The decor is funky and witchy. They have a large selection of cocktails and craft-beer. I would 10/10 come back!

Yelp
Loved coming here with my friends! The outside seating area was covered with pretty lights and warm heaters. They had tons of high top tables/seating too. Wanted to mention that we were at Finn's earlier in the night on Saturday, from 6:30-8:30pm, and it was the perfect ambiance for a casual yet fun vibe with great drinks. They had food trucks for quick bites too. The bartenders were also super nice and helpful as we decided what to drink. Definitely give this place a try, I know I'll be going back soon!

Yelp
I'm not the type to go out but we found ourself here on a nice, quiet Wednesday evening. The bartender was very friendly and it smelt incredibly good inside. The music was great and the vibes were nice. There is a very large patio area and a fire pit. It's a great place for a good cocktail or cold beer!
google avatar

Yelp
Finn's Manor is a dope spot off Larimer Street in the RiNo neighborhood. Great selection of craft beers, and cocktails too (didn't get a photo of their cocktail menu). Inside is pretty small but the space outside is much bigger. Amazing vibes all around and when we went the playlist was on point. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Came here for the burgers! Big S/O to twans burgers! The service is great the ambiance and space in Finn's is absolutely Eye opening. Must have, in my opinion best smash burger in the city

Yelp
I don't know if you'd guess it, but this place slings some of the BEST margaritas in town! These bartenders know EXACTLY what they're doing! No mixes here. Fresh squeezed lime juice all the way! Fire pits, lots of great food - a great hang out!

Ben L.

Yelp
Worst experience I have had at a bar in Denver. I loved this place came every weekend ordered 60-70$ worth of drinks every time. Steven is the worst manager to exist. My girlfriend ordered a frozen drink and didn't enjoy it. I proceeded to ask the bar if there was anything they could do for that and just replace it with a rum and coke. Steven the manager responded by telling me he would gladly make me another one if I paid for it. To which I said she didn't like the drink it's full and that I would appreciate if they could just replace it. His answer was "No" the way I asked was unacceptable and for that he won't do it. Horrible service , great place what a shame

Yelp
Whoaaa!!! I thought I'd hit most of the bars in RiNo, but I was wrong. Went on a date to Finn's Manor after having dinner in the area. It's a cute, ecclectic spot, especially on a Friday night. There were several spaces to hang out in, including a dance floor with a DJ... and super loud music. I ordered a tasty margarita from the bar, and my date had some NA beverage. We got cozy on bench seating (great people-watching spot near the restrooms) and chatted the night away. Hard not to obsess over the interesting artwork and industrial seating. You can definitely tell it's a bar in the RiNo. neighborhood. Livelier vibes than I'd usually go for, but I'd love to bring friends here next time and make a whole night out of it.

Yelp
This place is purrrfect. Love it so much. Xoxo Jes & Jesse Tommy is the best DJ.

Yelp
The bouncer was rude for zero reason and insulted my mom. Why patronize a place where the door man is unkind. He prevented tips for everyone in there. Would not recommend bar looked boring on the inside. Weird man making balloon animals was the only interesting aspect.
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
I can only comment on the drinks that we had which were tasty. Beer for me and girlfriend got a cocktail. Service was excellent but we were the only people there to begin with on a Thursday night. Craft beer was reasonably priced starting at $6 and the cocktail is as expected at $12. The atmosphere here is well lit but also unique compared to your usual bar. See pic of empty bar attached for a cheeky preview. Apparently there used to be food trucks that would be here. Hoping to check this place out again one day post-covid.

Yelp
We visited Finn's late on a Sunday evening, so it was pretty dead, which was fine by us. This is a very cool spot for cocktails and craft beer, and holy moly I have never seen so many liquor bottles at one bar. I got the Les Incompétents cocktail because I love Home Alone (IYKYK), and it was a very tasty cocktail. My husband got a Jester King beer, which we were surprised to see on Finn's menu. We didn't stay long and had been touring breweries most of the day, so I would love to come back and see what it's like on a busier night and when things weren't as hazy for me.

Yelp
Yes yes yes. The place to go in Denver. Always have so much fun. Great drinks and vibes

Yelp
I love this place! All people & all ages. A bit of seating around a fire pit. Other heated outdoor spaces make most Colorado nights comfortable. If your cold your not dancing or drinking enough. Haha! The music varies from the 80s , 90s and club music. You can always dance to it! The floor gets full but there's plenty of room. The staff is friendly bar line is chaos. People are there to have fun everyone is welcoming and super chill! I always do! If you've been there we've met on the dance floor!! See you next time.

Yelp
Visited this place after hearing a few recs and so glad we checked it out! Being the awkward newbie visitors to the area we are, we were a little confused about where the bar area was at first. After wandering around for a minute, taking in the extremely hipster/artsy vibes, we located the goods -- the bar. Menu full of intriguing drinks I almost couldn't decide but landed on one's name that escapes me but the taste will forever be engrained in my brain as one of THE BEST drinks I've had. So good I had two. Could've had three, maybe five, but I was only in town for two days so had to get going to check out another place. Bar tenders super friendly and clearly know how to make top notch beverages. The atmosphere was so inviting and friendly, outdoor bar seating and had heaters to keep us comfy even in the fall crisp air. Will definitely make my way back here next time i visit!

Yelp
This is where you go to pick up some chics or get laid. Many young singles on the prowl. It was fun watching the group of girls trying to look very good and eyeing some guys. And guys trying to hit on some chics. This is where I'll be if I live in Denver and single! Lols!! It was very packed on a Saturday night. Lots of people and lines for drinks. Patio was packed. No cover when we came!

Yelp
Return to Finn's Manor... time as the guide, not the guided! Had an absolute blast at Finn's Manor during a past visit to Denver, so when I found myself back with two friends new to the city, I knew it had to be a stop! I love Finn's Manor for multiple reasons. First, the eclectic array of food vendors serving a diverse set of dishes out of everything from shipping containers to VW Vans! It changes over periodically too, so the mix is always changing. Next, I love this spot because of the HUGE selection of spirits and well developed cocktail menu. There's literally something for everyone! Lastly, the vibe is chill. It's colorful, fun, casual and a little rowdy at time. If you're in the area, stop in and check it out!

Jessica B.

Yelp
Best bar in rino no doubt. Place is cool, fun and you can never go wrong. I come here every week.

Yelp
Vibes were great! Loved the music. The drinks were also really good. Bartender was nice and accommodating. I'll be back!
google avatar

Jelena L.

Yelp
I love Finn's Manor! It's especially perfect during Covid because the seating areas are outside. This entire place is basically made out of recycled items. Our table was half a red pickup truck with a metal kitchen table and a sink. I know strange, hard to explain. Just go and see for yourself. They have heating lamps hanging all over the place. The drinks are very affordable and I love the vibe. Super cool place to hang out. Social distancing is enforced.

Yelp
I've been going to Finn's for years , fantastic bartenders and a wide array of drinks and cocktails! However we love to go on sundays because it's a little less busy and more relaxed atmosphere...but recently every Sunday we go there's been a jazz band that's been playing and it does not fit the vibe of Finn's . When I go to Finn's , I go for a hip style and young people . However every Sunday now feels like bingo night at a village inn . The crowd also seems to be stay at home moms ,substitute teachers and retired veterans . Where is the young vibrant crowd at ??? Where is the good music . Please get rid of this jazz band

Anna K.

Yelp
Do not accidentally leave your tab open at this place. I just checked my account and the bartenders decided it was okay to tip themselves $20 on my $29 tab. There is no phone number to get in contact with anyone as well. I will be going back down and asking for a copy of my receipt which will not have a $20 tip, that is absolutely outrageous and illegal.
google avatar

Angela L.

Yelp
Such a great place just miss the food trucks...boo COVID! Glad to know they are still open. Come and check it out...
google avatar

Miles R.

Yelp
Used to be a great spot, food trucks, good music great cocktails and a packed bar. Got rid of their food trucks, took ok service and made it much worse with their new set up, and just bumpin cheesy music. Place was mildly crowded with the overflow from Federales next door. The line to get drinks was significantly longer then the amount of time it takes to finish a drink.... Get a 2nd bar out back. Get a good dj. Bring back the food trucks. Act like you give a shit.
google avatar

Molly B.

Yelp
This was a first stop on a Thursday night bachelorette party picked for their mixture of fun drinks, huge open space, and different options for varying food tastes. The drink menu had quite a few specialty cocktails including shots of a concoction that was covered in edible glitter. EDIBLE GLITTER PEOPLE. You also can't come without having at least one frose (frozen rose, I think there was vodka in it too). It goes with the vibe of this laid back, outdoor patio space equipped with picnic tables for the "frose all day", basic lady inside you. The food seemed a bit overpriced but I was more interested in catching a buzz so I can't actually comment on the taste. Most of the girls chose the Indian food truck which looked pretty tasty. Living in Hawaii I just can't justify spending $15 for a poke bowl but I guess I don't know what the going rate is in Denver. The other food places were closed. Not a bad option for a group outing or a casual lunch/dinner in the RiNo area.
google avatar

Melanie S.

Yelp
Okay, this place is really freaking cool. I have walked past here about a billion times and even tried to stop in before, but it's always nightclub-status packed at night, so I usually just walk by. During our Saturday day drinkathon we wandered into the empty version of Finn's Manor and I completely get the ever-present crowd. An excellent use of space, Finn's has multiple large areas to congregate in, and boasts a great mix of food trucks combined with an amazing but simple drink menu, ranging from beers and wines to mystery shots. I loved the selection of food trucks, and it was amazing to sample different menus while we sat on their beautiful outdoor patio enjoying a tall boy. I look forward to coming here again, and being one of the many that make this place super crowded. I definitely would love to come mid day and repeat the good experience we had during their slower hours, too!
google avatar

Tyler L.

Yelp
Very hip, sexy bartenders who seem to have a uniform that consists only of Ed Hardy sleeve shirts and Carhartt pants. The cocktails are inspired by alcohol. Lots of other cool liquids are used. They have beers, but you have to stare at the wall to see them, the bartenders won't tell you. Overall pretty spooky place, but like sexy spooky. Like a sexy stripper ghost. Very clean door staff.

Yelp
Was in Denver for a quick weekend trip and met up with some friends at Finn's Manor. It's got a cool vibe - lots of color and unique art. The real draw is the outdoor seating, which was perfect for our sunny, warm Saturday afternoon. It also has a bunch of seating for whatever size your party is. Good for groups. I got the drink that was served out of the punch bowl, that was sweet. Though I only had one (had to be somewhat sober for a wedding) I can imagine 2 or 3 would put you right in your happy place. Price per drink was reasonable, but you can only order from the indoor bar so stock up or you might have to walk back and forth. But if that's your luck, the bartenders were super nice and quick (bouncers too). I wouldn't be mad if someone asked me to meet up at Finn's Manor next time I'm in Denver. Definitely go for the punch bowl drink if you're a visitor.
google avatar

Leeann V.

Yelp
I went there with my friends and they randomly decided to not accept my payment or order. I'm not sure what happened but I was not drunk or anything. If they're just gonna play with us like
google avatar

Vicki P.

Yelp
What a fun spot! It's basically a big patio surrounded by food trucks and a small inside bar area. Only a couple of the food trucks were open during our visit on a quiet Sunday evening but the overall selection is pretty varied (I think I remember tacos, BBQ, and sandwiches of some sort). We didn't eat anything since we stuffed ourselves earlier. The bar has just about every brand and variety of alcohol you've ever heard of but the big downside is having to stand in line to get a drink. I bet it's a pretty ridiculous line when things are really hopping. Prosecco comes in half bottles, so I only had to stand in line once. The patio has picnic tables aplenty, so come with a group and spend a warm summer night or a sunny fall afternoon sipping and relaxing.
google avatar

Yelp
A food pod in Denver, hooray! And not any old food pod, but one with a serious bar. Their liquor wall is pretty damn impressive. I'm waiting for the day that I get to see them climb to the top shelf. They usually have a really solid draft beer selection too, and watch them during GABF week - they can have some very impressive events. Bartenders are some of the friendliest I've encountered anywhere - always cheerful and very professional in their craft. About my only complaint is the prices can be rather steep for the casual atmosphere. The food truck selection is somewhat limited, but it's nice to have a selection. Quality and price vary, but have had some tasty items here at times. Really great place to chill, have a nice drink and snack, and hang with friends on a nice day.
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
The last two people who left reviews (Britney and Taylor) failed to mention that that the reason their brother/friend was kicked out was because he laid hands on the bartender before he began to shove him. I'm a regular at this place and happened to be here on that day. Yes, it get confusing as to which door you should enter (if you're unable to read a massive EXIT ONLY sign).
google avatar

Kaitlyn S.

Yelp
Tried going here twice and the set up is very odd. We waited in line outside to order a drink and got cut by a bunch of people that I guess knew the bartender. It was hot af outside that day and they wouldn't let us wait inside until it was our turn to order. Definitely understand some circumstances with covid and what not but it hasn't been a pleasant experience both times we tried enjoying this place so we left.
google avatar

Nicole J.

Yelp
I came here during the day once right as it opened. I was visiting my best friend here in Denver and we wanted to day drink and heard they had Frosé (frozen rosé). I don't quite remember why they didn't have any frosé (I was both*** lol) but we all loved this place anyway. I love the whole vibe. All the colors make everything look so vivid and lively. There are food trucks outside so you have options. Inside there is a full bar. I ended up getting some frozen blackberry whiskey drink that was awesome. I am from Miami and this place was like a mini Wynwood within itself.... and I love Wynwood. Very artsy and chill. They had live music (Cuban Jazz that day) and there are bunch of picture perfect colorful backdrops. Everyone that worked here was super friendly and willing to explain the menu and give recommendations. Will definitely be back next time I visit!

Yelp
RiNo is quickly becoming a favorite spot of mine - as it exudes a sense of hipster cool, that all the kids are flocking to. After hearing the buzz on this place, I couldn't resist getting a group together to celebrate my birthday! It's the perfect place: ++ For a large group! The space outdoors is HUGE, and allows for parties small and large, as it boasts an indoor and outdoor space! ++ To take a date! Inside is intimate, heated, with dimly lit red lights, and all the booze you could want :) It's also interesting enough to create conversation and people watch. ++ If you're not sure what you want to eat - but want something from a truck! This "food truck pod", as Finn's Manor calls it, serves us just about anything you could want. Recently, we noshed on the famous Chicken Rebel (deep fried chicken sandwiches and fancy tots!), Rocky Mountain Slices (so many different kinds of za!), What Would Cheesus Do (featuring the best grilled cheese sammies ever!), Fried plantains and more! Although there seems to be a set truck here each night, different trucks rotate through. ++ If you're wanting just craft brews on tap and a killer selection of booze. Like woah. I stuck with a local IPA (which I have blanked on the name), which was crisp and delicious! With the huge selection, anyone can find something to drink! Not wanting alcohol? They make their own soda! ++ To celebrate any kind of occasion! :) With breweries on every corner, and Stem Ciders just down the street, I know I'll be back! :)

Yelp
This is one of the worst establishments in Denver. The drinks are overpriced and watered down, it's filthy inside, including the water and waste on the bathroom floor of the ladies room. When I told a worked about it they laughed and walked away. They yell at you for standing up at your table and the bouncer is clearly on a power trip as it will be his only position of "importance" in his life. Their safety guidelines they are following are inconsistent depending on if you know the crew or not and their woke bigoted arrogance is on full display. These are the types of places that are further ruining the charm Denver once had. Avoid this dump at all costs and find a better place.

Yelp
Fun hang out spot with delicious food! A few coworkers and I came after work on a Friday. I love the vibe. I don't like drinking but I ordered the sangria and it was delicious! We ordered food from a tater tots food truck and it was really good too! Giving Finns Manor 4 starts because the food truck ran out of chicken. Also, it's pretty expensive. $10 drinks and $8 for the appetizer.

Yelp
This review is based on one cocktail but damn, it was really good. I ordered an Irie (Jamaican Rum cocktail) and found the Island Peppapot (food cart) out back. Between the jerk, the cocktail and the man playing the acoustic guitar it was a great visit and I'm thirsty for more. Definitely will be back soon.

Yelp
I don't usually write reviews AND this is one of my favorite spots to go to but I am so upset with how a bartender handled a situation last night. My friends and I came in for some drinks and the bartender (Tommy I believe his co workers were calling him) yelled next in line, so my friend went up to order and the bartender completely ignored him. We were after him ordering and got our drinks first. Then my friend asked the bartender again for drinks and he said well you weren't next but ok (mind you I was watching the guy the entire time roll his eyes and make faces as he didn't know I was paying attention). My friend got his drinks, paid for them and the bartender slammed the receipt and card on the table and walked away, no thank you after my friend still being nice to this guy. Then the bartender came back and said a thanks. My friend accidentally walked through the front door (no one was even in line) and this Tommy guy started arguing aggressively and cussing at my friend, then took his drinks and threw them away. Even people in line were yelling at the bartender saying that's BS and not right. ALSO THERE WAS SEVERAL PEOPLE DOING THE SAME THING walking in thru the exit or out the front that he didn't yell at. AND put his hands on my friend and kicked him out. Yes, my friend was arguing back because there was NO reason for how it all went down. The only "nice" thing he did was refund his drinks. We dropped our brand new drinks and left. As a bartender/manager myself, I am absolutely disgusted. So thank you for ruining it. We will not be back.

Yelp
I loved Finn's Manor. I thought the concept was great and reminded me a lot of the food truck lots in Austin. The open air patio is my favorite part of the space and is so perfect for summer nights. The covered areas will work well for when the weather starts cooling off. The different food trucks were awesome and we decided it was best to sample all of them. I think the favorite was the brisket at the BBQ joint. But we also sampled some pad see ew and egg rolls from the Thai truck. Nothing disappointed. This place is great for large groups. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Place is like a wild New Orleans party happening any time of the week. I don't think there's a more funky, cool, bar in Denver... it really transports you outside the city. That said, they are really rooted in the community too. What can you drink? Frozen wine, a unique batch cocktail every night, tons of local beers, full bar. There's 6-7 great food trucks so plenty of variety to eat, as well.

Yelp
Trotted around in RiNo for my birthday in April. I had been hearing about Finn's but didn't expect this! If you've been in the Dallas area you'll know about a place called the truckyard and this place is a lot like that. Music just a touch too loud for me but good spread of food trucks and a great place to take a group with some hungry, some needing a drink, some chillin. Shout out to Stokes poke which was yummy!! I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Another open air food truck Bizzare. Super hip, casual and a fun place to take a group of friends. The bar has some fermented creations and interesting cocktail list. Some really yummy food truck options like BBQ, falafel, Vietnamese and grilled cheese. The BBQ truck, Owl Bear, had some of the best brisket I've ever had in my life! And my husband is from Texas and I lived in KC for awhile, so I've had lots of great BBQ. But, I'd take Owl Bear brisket over another joint anyway!

Yelp
Well, I used to think this bar was great. It's got a good vibe to it, live music on Friday's and in a good location. Until I went there this past Friday, ordered a round of 5 old fashioned's for myself and 4 friends ($50 total) and left a credit card tip. Check my bank statement today and the tip amount I left was altered by one of the bar tenders and increased by $4. Is $4 the end of the world? No. Do I want to continue spending my money at a bar that employs people with low integrity like that? Nope. I'll happily head over to Ratio, Odell's, OMF or the 10+ other bars in the vicinity.

Yelp
Great bar, but my review is for Twans burgers. Waited over 45 minutes for 3 burgers and saw other people behind me who had orders get their food. Asked them where our order was and they responded by saying, "we are going as fast as we can, but we can give you a refund." It's not even super busy, but they skipped over our order clearly and were just being d bags about it. Decent smash burgers with a side of bad attitude is the norm i guess. But i don't support this kind of treatment especially when Antwan was so cool when he first started out. Then my friend walks over to them (her order was gluten free) and she literally saw the guy move her order to last after all of this!! She calls him out and he replies by yelling at her, "we aren't a f$&&@ McDonald's" never will support this place again. Absolute jerks, especially for my friend with a dietary restriction.

Yelp
I have been to Finn's many a time and I absolutely adore it. Every time. It'll get pretty darn busy on Fridays and Saturdays. And if the weather isn't nice, you may want to pass if you don't get there early. The actual bar itself, the only part inside, is rather small with very limited seating. But the outside is where there's magic to be had. A (semi-rotating) cast of food trucks will keep your rumbly tumbly happy (May I recommend Night Shift when they're there, you won't be disappointed) and a surprisingly awesome Beer list in addition to what I roughly calculated to be 45,000 different whiskies and bourbons to satisfy your booze intake port. It's fun and weird and cool and a little out there but it's a blast. Patrons are always enjoyable, I've met some friends and always had fun chats with random strangers, and while the bar can occasionally be a bit on the slow side, the 'tenders are friendly and fun folk who always have a suggestion or recommendation. See you there!

Yelp
Not bad, but not really impressive either. I didn't mind the eye-searing decor or the hipster vibe, but I wasn't in love with it either. The bar certainly looked well stocked, but I wasn't all that impressed with any of their signature cocktails. I tried the Fuck's Sake, because it looked like a good use of whisky, and at first I thought it was supposed to be an exceptionally bitter drink. Turns out that it's just that the syrup was all on the bottom, so the second half of the drink was exceptionally sweet. I'd have been happier to just have the Scotch. Only one of the food trucks was open when we went (at about 7 pm), so that takes away from some of the fun of a place like this. I'd probably go here again, especially if I had to find a place that could handle a medium sized group, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Yelp
Fun setup - chill environment - small food truck options - lots of drink options Definitely a nice place to stop by with friends for a drink and some good music. DJ setup is different and unique being a gutted out vintage car set outside. They also have a few fire pits through out the area which are cozy. They have plenty of seating and table options around which was nice. The inside bar had a pretty nice beer selection. Their speciality cocktail menu was a tad smaller than expected with the amount of liquor bottles displayed through out the bar. The food trucks were pizza, sandwiches and thai which was interesting. Wish there was a few more food options to choose from but overall it was a fun place!
