Next-Level Bliss at Finz
This was my third visit to this restaurant, and yesterday's dining experience felt like travelling through various countries around the world. The newly launched menu items unveiled yesterday were more than just food—they were experiences created by Head Chef Lucas's philosophy, skill, and creativity. Every single plate came from imaginative concepts beyond imagination, and I believe they represent the culmination of his culinary journey thus far. From appetizers to desserts, everything created perfect harmony, and yesterday was one of the happiest moments of my life.
Among all the perfect dishes, if I had to name the top 3:
THE BREEZE - Using Kelly Oysters, this dish replaced lemon with the refreshing notes of kiwi, and the perfectly balanced coconut glaze elevated the oyster's flavour profile. It was a perfect harmony of flavours I had never encountered anywhere else.
HEARTY DEPTHS - The harmony between two different sauces served alongside and the finishing touch of caper leaves was perfection. The chef's ingenuity shone through in elevating the Black bannos rice with shrimp stock, creating an absolutely perfect dish.
FROSTBITTEN LEMON HAVEN - As the meal's finale, this was an elegant dessert that combined refreshing citrus notes with the natural sweetness and smoothness of mango, creating a luxurious sensation.
This is a restaurant where I eagerly anticipate future visits and look forward to the chef's continued creativity.
